Lamentable. HomeServe sends plumbers from across the department who do not answer the phone and are particularly incompetent. 2 months to repair a water leak with a breakthrough evacuation pipe. Damage repair and restoration costs 1800 plus a large water bill (despite the supplier's rebate)
