Having a contract for internal pipelines, I asked Homeserve for a leak on November 17, 2016 and to date the leak is stopped but the repair not made, making my bathroom unavailable. Since my last phone call of November 9, no response on the progress of the file while a "responsible" had to call me back in 15 days. Since this date, Homeserve "made the death" hoping that I class the case because my bathroom is unusable.Le amount of the estimate for the repair is 500 euros.A take into account before signing a contract .
