One star is already too much.
After taking over the papers from my 78-year-old grandmother who is moving, I realize that she has a few rather bizarre contracts with the company Home serving with monthly debits.

By chatting with her she assures me that I have never signed up to these contracts !!!
By reading the comments here I understand better what kind of society we are dealing with.

I find it shameful to improperly subscribe contracts to people and in particular elderly people by associating themselves in a vicious way with organizations like the water company.
