The speaker left my 76-year-old grandparents without water! He just turned off the water in the bathroom where there was the leak and the next day we ran out of water in the whole house.

When I announced my intention to terminate my contract following a refusal to involve the plumber a second time (he simply turned off a tap the first time) the gentleman on the phone answered me "very well, goodbye!" . We were loyal customers for years. And that's how they treat us.
