It being specified that your letters show a logo reminiscent of a public establishment. And the editorial suggests that the subscription is "quasi-mandatory" because, failing that, we would be seriously in financial difficulty in case of problems with our installation of water. I find scandalous this kind of method and think highly of the elderly who, having not realized the "trick", will feel obliged to subscribe. It is important to review your ways of conducting your canvassing campaigns.
