I'm going to start by saying the staff was delightful. They were all informative and super helpful. They gave me such great advise on what to do with my previous car and what my best option for financing is. They made my first car buying experience a piece of cake. I never felt rushed and even when I kept calling/emailing them with questions, they happily and quickly got back to me. I am very happy with my car and the service by this dealership!!!!

I usually don't do this but after the fantastic experience I got at Miramar Sport Cars I felt compelled to do so. Been shopping for over 3 month for a Toyota Landcruiser and have visited several dealerships. I finally found one at their dealership that was in amazing condition which is hard to come by. The car was just as advertised and just what I was looking for. The process was simple and quick which is usually not the case when shopping for a used car. Everybody was courteous and professional. I will definitely refer them to my family and friends in the future. Thanks guys, my family loves the new Landcruiser

Bought a car & Sheri introduced AUL car insurance $1000 (obviously, she had commission in it). I was ok with it, but 2 months later i changed my mind & told her that i wanted to cancel. She disagreed & made up stories that i couldnt do that & tried to delay my refund. Made a phone call directly to AUL to ask & luckily, AUL insurance was quite transparent & said i was definitely able to cancel as it was still in my timeline. Finally, we decided to send report email to AUL to tell whole story & kept Sheri in CC. Guess what? She was really angry "to be caught red-handed" by AUL & finally returned to me $1000 check immediately. Never come back to this dealer for sure.

Like share my experience at Miramar Sport Cars I called and talked to Cherry she was knowledgeable and had all vehicle history information,as I was unable to physically check vehicle since I Live in Los Angeles she assured of the condition over the phone and was accurate when i went to pick it up She also made arrangements to have us picked up at the train station in soloma and take us to the dealer.Very professional and would use her again in the future for another vehicle purchase.

Not a place that is willing to negotiate. Trying to use COVID-19 as a Sob story. Shame. They will gladly call you to come but won't let you test drive and didn't even apologize for their mistake on scheduling you when they are closed. Never said anything about being over budget. Now this place is lying about our experience with one another? Interesting business practice.

I had been searching for months for a Mazda MX-5 Miata in a price range I could afford. I was pretty specific as to what options and amenities I was looking for and just happened to find what appeared to be a great deal on an internet search at Miramar Sport Cars. Unfortunately, I was in Indiana and the car was 2100 miles away in San Diego. I almost passed on it, but I took a chance and called Sheri at Miramar. She explained to me that the price was so low on the car because of title issues, but assured me that they had thoroughly inspected the car and found no problems in the engine and drive train or any problems with the body work. She followed up with 30+ photos of every possible angle inside, outside, under the hood, inside the trunk, even the wheels and tires. She even advised me to contact the BMV in Indiana to check for any issues that could arise from the California title in transfer. After a little fair and honest negotiating we agreed on a price and Sheri even covered the cost of shipping. All paperwork was handled completely and efficiently by next day mail. All told, it took about 2-1/2 weeks to complete the long-distance transactions and deliver the car. The car was exactly as described and pictured and is a total joy to drive. My first experience at cross country internet auto buying has been quite successful in large part to Sheri's assistance in being so helpful during the entire experience.

These guys went beyond normal customers service. The prices are amazing. The vehicles are in great condition. I got exactly what I was looking for.

First off the location is a bit strange but once you get over that ita a pretty amazing place. Family owned and operated which I always love. Service was excelent. I went a couple hours before close and business took us half an hour after they typically close but not once during the entire process did I feel rushed or pressured. If I needed to buy another car I would definetly come back.

Traded in my old car for my new F-350. They were able to find me financing and work out the best deal possible.

They have the best cars and staff. Make sure to make an appointment beforehand because the car I wanted got sold exactly 2 hours before I got there.. but I'm glad I still went there because after the experience I had I realized this is the dealership I'm going to start working with from now on.

I find all these bad reviews outlandish and fake. It s sad that we live in a time where people that are personally rude and disrespectful to a company that I ve worked with personally for many years and now all my friends and family work with and has been nothing but professional, kind, honest, and have the best vehicles in all of Southern California. I ve personally bought my work truck, weekend toy, my 2 kid s first cars from this dealership and I refuse to work with any other dealers! First off the dealership is just like a new dealership which is hard to find a used car dealership to have these qualities. Not only are they the most respectable people, the dealership has the cleanest cars, they re so honest upfront about everything and show all the history information of the vehicles that they have, not once do you feel pushed or forced, and unlike all other dealers you can be in and out with a great car in less than an hour. This is without a doubt the best dealership, with the best vehicles who truly care for their customers!!

All these bad reviews are definitely incorrect and don t be fooled because these days people not only make up lie on reviews but they also don t say what and how they were acting to the company! All I m saying is check them out and see for yourself because my friends, family, and myself have never had anything but an amazing experience with this dealership!

I could have submitted my review earlier... but I've been busy for last few weeks.
We basically are happy with the 2000 Toyota Land Cruiser bought back in July 30, 2016 which since then, my husband has been fixing the body and the automotive part as well.
Most of all, at that moment, the reception we received from Sherri with her daughter and son are accommodating and respectable. My son and husband have test drive the car and it had no problem. I tried to make a deal with the total price plus the other fees and charges, to lower a few hundreds; but Sherri said that she will take care of the registration. In August, when the pink slip was mailed to us by the DMV, we were grateful that Sherri made her promise. In addition, thank you for your specialties pastries (CHEWYS) you have given us and tasted really delicious. Your service is greatly appreciated and we will buy again would there be any interesting used cars on sale. Thanks Much.

Great famil owned business. Purchased a fairly rare 2003 Toyota MR2 there, mechanic who looked it over for me said "this car is super clean" Some small cosmetic issues as the owner told me they buy cars in goid sgaoe, and don't do a lot if work in them. Thank you for a great car at a good price.

I walked in, and before being greeted I was asked how I would pay for the vehicle. Thrown aback, I asked why this was necessary. And Sheri said that I need to be approved for a loan before I am able to test drive the car. After some back and forth, Sheri let me test drive a Saturn. That car was beat up. The tire pressure light was on, I asked why, their response was "oh it does that." I thought to myself, what that's isnt good. Still took it out for a test drive and I heard rattling from the engine, asked what that was about, and the lady in my car said that's the way it is. Confused once again but continued the 1 minute test drive down the street. Finally, I noticed the breaks were very hard and felt unsafe. Mentioned that to them, and no response. I immediately left as I felt like I was age discriminated, treated poorly, and disrespected. This shop is not reliable, not car experts, and have no knowledge on the cars on their lot. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE.

the absolute best dealership i've ever purchased a car from. i'm still amazed at how they could find financing for me with my horrible credit but somehow they worked their magic and made sure i ended up with my dream car

SCAM ALERT!!!! Came across a vehicle that caught my eye online and sent an email to inquire about that vehicle before driving down to check it out in person. Was told the vehicle had said number of miles on it and was in great condition with no issues and based on the pictures on the website seemed pretty legit. Called the next day to verify information and set an appointment to view the vehicle. Drove down the following day to find a totally different vehicle. It had 3,000 more miles then I was told and several cosmetic issues not in the pictures online. It honestly looked like it was a different vehicle entirely. There were paint chips all around the car and many noticeable dents. The area around the windshield was damaged and peeling back. The passenger side had damage and was repainted poorly. Under the hood the engine was rusted as if there and been leaking left unattended. The woman working there couldn't answer any questions about the cars history or any of my inquiries about why this or that didn't match the posting on the website. She was very rude and didn't like being called out for the misleading listing. Do yourself a favor and BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

They are absolutely the best dealership. I've never dealt with a dealership more organized, patient, and informative. Actually got referred here by a friend, so i decided to check them out. After seeing a few potential vehicles of interest on their site, I decided to drive 3 hours and check them out. After careful consideration I finally decided on my now weekend car and I love it. My whole purchase process was so easy (In fact I kept asking if we were really done and I could take my car home!). Super grateful to have not only been referred to this dealership but to also have found a gem!

I m a Marine veteran who found this dealer through the USAA car buying service. I was very optimistic leaving the car lot when I bought my 2011 Forrester. My wife and I were looking for a reliable vehicle as we consider starting a family. Three weeks later the engine was knocking badly and burning a quart of oil in just a few days. They had their mechanic look at the car but he was dismissive of the problem; the dealer insisted that the car was in good condition only needing a software update. I asked the dealer to buy back the car, even keeping the $2000 I payed down. They refused stating that they are unable to buy cars from clients once sold. Very dissatisfied with my purchase, I wish I could undo this mistake.

The whole process from the beginning to end was beyond amazing.
First off I want to mention whoever does their car shopping is excellent because all the cars at the dealership were not only priced well but in great condition. The staff is not pushy at all and are such pleasant people to w ork with.

Comical! I was NOT impressed when seeing vehicle. I told guy at dealership earlier in the day, I wanted to test drive car when arriving but when I got there later, the car was still in very back surrounded by other cars not readily available for driving. It smelled like a smoker owned car previously. Was only allowed to drive short distance 2 blks into a culdesac and then return back to dealership, absolutely NO freeway driving allowed per dealership. Rear view mirror also fell off on test drive.
Employee said their insurance would not allow people to test drive cars on freeway, also must sign their waiver to test drive a car.Buyer beware..

Best dealership I have ever worked with. Sheri and the staff were very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. I purchased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them and have no complaints. They made something that has always been so dreadful for me super easy, quick, and actually enjoyable. Definitely coming back, great vehicles and great people what more could you ask for?

New to this review thing but since I had an awesome experience I thought I'd help others out looking for insight. Firstly since they're a dealership I'd like to mention how spot on the cars on the lot are and especially the prices they have the cars listed for. Secondly the staff are all honest/upfront and make you feel very accommodated. Everything was explained perfectly and there is no unexpected surprises. I definitely would recommended them for anyone looking to not only get a great used car but also work with honest people.

Could have written this review earlier but I thought I'd wait till my registration/title came and I drove the car for a couple of months to give an honest review. It has been such a pleasure to work with this amazing family-owned dealership. I wanted to surprise my wife with an upgrade vehicle so I was very back and forth on whether she would like the car or not. They were so patient and never pressured me into anything. When I finally decided I wanted to go ahead and purchase the car they prepared the paperwork in less than 30 minutes and if you've ever bought a car in CA you already know how many paperwork there are, so I was very impressed. I also purchased an extended warranty (AUL, which is from a third party ) because I thought it's best to play it safe. After I signed the paperwork, I was told the registration would take 2-3 weeks and the title comes closer to a month. That is exactly what happened, 2 weeks after I received a call that the registration was ready and the title came shortly after. The warranty company was also great and my wife LOVES the car!

Purchased a '92 Ford Cargo van that the AC didn't work. Was promised, and a work order was written for their mechanic to fix the AC. All he did was charge it up with Freon because 3 weeks later it doesn't work. Even when it did work it didn't get very cold. Now I have to fight with them to get it fixed right! Obviously there's a leak in the AC system and it needs to be fixed right.
I will come back and re-review these guys if and when they fix my AC right.
