Hello, I am a Homeserve customer, I have several contracts with them .. (Interior, exterior). For 3 years ... I have had the same leak that comes back, and that Homeserve providers "hack" (do not fix): So, re-tubing, in 2018 retubing, re-sheathing ...
The leaks continued in 2019 ... Another Craftsman re-hacked ... Then in 2020, in July! And I was counted 2 interventions! if! Always for the same pipe ...
So I have an eternal overbilling, since the Homeserve Company, does not want to repair. The damaged hose is never repaired! The re-casing serves as a temporary "dressing". So I am constantly leaking.
Normally, a professional must break a small part of the concrete blocks, which are around the perimeter of the meter, up to the door of my garage ... And use the existing pipes in my garage, according to the expert, that I consulted.
Because of this situation, this lack of service; I only have worries. I no longer have peace of mind. And I pay for, ultimately; no longer be serene, because of these repeated leaks.

The front of my house will turn into a swimming pool, summer and winter alike.
Homeserve does not respond to the contract subscribed!
Will I have to terminate all my contracts? (So that they take into account all my difficulties that I encounter, with little interruption ..)
