During a call to VEOLIA to transmit the water meter readings, (for an incoming tenant customer) the person from VEOLIA using aggressive commercial methods and arguments (call duration 30 min.) Sell a contract for 'insurance? assistance? for 3E / month - this contract was signed by phone without respecting the consumer code.

I specify that the tenant must refer to the management for all problems of water leakage. These "forced" contracts are therefore useless ....

I specify that to terminate this contract via VEOLIA we spent 1:30 on the phone to be able to have the name of the company HOMESERVE

I sent an email to HOMESERVE to terminate the contract to date without response .... otherwise I would inform the services of the DDPP
