OK ish, rooms to full, some chairs can be taken out, lifts take forever, smoke smell in hotel not great

Worst gym ever, most of it is broken and doesn't work.

When i saw the reviews i was little afraid to book, after i spend 4 nights there i was surprised why people made bad reviews?
The hotel was perfect to me, the location, Cleanliness, roomsurface, reception...
Everything is too good for me.

It was our 3rd check in there last night and we arrived kinda late at night. I left my charger at home. I asked the reception if they could lend me a charger and after checking with the housekeeping, they called me to tell me couldn't provide one as there is none. And morning as i was about to have my shower, i noticed that there is no dental kit on the shower room. I called the reception to request for one. After 10 minutes of waiting i called the reception again to follow up. And the housekeeping personnel arrived after 20 minutes just to tell me that they don't have any available dental kit. That i would need to wait until 9AM just to have one. While I requested around 7:30AM... like seriously?!?! they couldn't provide simple things for their guests and they don't even know how to apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. Poorest service that i experienced on a hotel. I don't think we'll be checking in there again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Would rate as 3* hotel only. Full on rude Chinese people.. 3 lifts not enough for such a tall building..but has few very good independent restaurants on the ground floor

Cosy and nice quick access via major roads and metro

5 star simply because it is the best value for money you will get in JLT, JBR and Marina area.
Rooms are definitely good for the money you pay. Some parts are a bit tired but still you are getting plenty for what you pay for. Breakfast costs are a bit steep but you have plenty of places near the park below. Supermarket is really close. Bars and restaurants are in the basement section of the hotel. And you can see the marina and the beach from the west side of the building which is cool.

Very good service, great view, they maintained hospitality standards very well.

In Dubai we were second time, so we wanted to choose a better hotel, first we had a three-star, now we chose the four-Armada BB which was a big mistake, we are not very nice, but what a lot is, many, zero food, Weak no choice when compared to Turkey or Egypt so it is one and a half, personal receptionist reluctant, hotel cleanliness at the low level, we had even dinner but what we gave the threat, so we went to the restaurant outside the hotel, this hotel I estimate the two max

The view is very impressive and the location is excellent

Felt Extremely Poor Hospitality....

No Towels In the Bathroom..

Only 1 tower for day either you are family or whatsoever they done care...

Water bottle costs 6 AED per 500ml bottle...

Even if you stay for 3 nights they give u only 2 bottles 500ml on arrival.. nothing else...

Breakfast needs improvement in vegetarian foods...

A few staff helped a lot for the stay...

Hope management takes action to make the experience good.. because ultimately if a cusotmer is not satisfied with your services you are nothing..

At breakfast, although the time runs until 10:30 a.m. When we arrived at 9:30 a.m there were only leftovers of fruit.

Nola ; you have to visit here and enjoy one of the coziest atmosphere in Dubai

A decent 4 star property in JLT area. The rooms are reasonable, the bathroom is relatively small, particularly bathing area is not convenient. The bed is good and comfortable. The breakfast spread is reasonable. Hotel has disabled friendly access. Wheelchair accessible lift available. Rooms have safe. I did not find iron box or board. Work table and proper lighting available. You can find taxi outside the hotel.

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.
These clowns don't allow any visitors in your room, meaning you can't have friends over. Ridiculous!
Room Service is quite bad. You have to wait ages for the elevators, pool area is terrible; poor staff is trying sometimes but can't keep up. Loud, dusty, dirty, old. 2/10

Top cleanliness and comfort .. Worth five stars .. But the flow of shower water is very bad and the bathtub stopper was removed.

Wouldn't stay again. That says it all. Was located conveniently for meetings attending but for all other activities was relatively inconvenient. Even a mall about 400m straight line away required a 30 minute walk due to expressway in between.

Rooms were average or less. Water pressure was terrible. TV only had BBC and CNN in English so not much to look at. Elevators to higher floors took forever.

Check in was uneventful except for other guests literally standing beside. Not the hotels fault except through design and lack of a proper queue.

If the hotel is convenient as it was for me then my be okay fir a quick and cheap stay. Carrefour supermarket right next door bet convenient for in room breakfast and snacks.

Very cheap breakfast, no sausage, no fruit, no yoghurt, no rolls, only toast, fried egg or omelette you have to ask first, then it comes from the kitchen, staff slowly,
quickly reaches its limits,
Lots of pan dishes, but not described. You are only taking a shower, the hotel itself is great, also in a good location

Overall, everything was great. We were happy with everything except a few
Trifles. Long waiting times in front of the lift were tedious and breakfast was rather poor. But otherwise we had a nice week.

I stayed at the Armada BlueBay Lake Towers Jumeria from the 18-20 Feb. I was totally disappointed that my brother-in law was not allowed to visit me, when I booked the hotel for 2. I told the receptionist that he would arrive around 7-8pm. To my shocking response that he can not visit. we are both American citizens and had the require passport information. When the hair stylist came who was also male, was not allowed and this was not his first time visiting the hotel. I will never stay there again and if any woman visiting Dubai stay here , the violation of American women should be posted on their website that guest of the opposite sex is not allowed. I paid for 2 nights and I should have been allowed to have as many visitors as I like. I want my money back! I will not stop complaining until I get my money back. I need this stipulation to be a written policy to verify this biased treatment. Theirs nothing on their website stating that this is not allowed or I would not have stayed their. Again I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK

The hotel is just super breakfast, lunch, dinner in general super class pool is super nearby shopping center Dubai Marina Mole

Small hotel in JLT. Nice rooms and decent prices. Close to Dubai Marina.

Worst hotel in Dubai! Run as far as you can from this place! You will regret renting here...

All services are very close to the supermarket restaurant laundry clothes

It's billed as a 4 star but the service and quality of finish is ultimately poor. There are some lovely staff but the leadership isn't there. Breakfast is quite poor compared to your usual Dubai standard. The AC is flaky, the hot water can take ages to come through in the morning for your shower. The lifts take forever unless you're staying on a low floor, and the ever popular bars in the basement mean you'll be waiting longer than you need too because everyone in Dubai it too lazy to walk one flight of stairs. In case it is not obvious I am not a fan.

Armada Hotel JLT was good until Hussam gets to attend to you on your check-in. Arrived at 2AM at the hotel, not just that he said that i have to wait until 2PM to check-in (with an already paid 2 nights booking), he didn't even bother to help resolve the issue but instead, attended to 3 customers before getting back to me.

The Good:
Good Hotel, Nice location, the rooms are fine in nice conditions and clean, Room service, Good Wi-fi (Like 6 or 10mb for each room, more than enought), Gym in good condition too.
The Bad:
the Breakfast doesnt have a lot of variety (but that doesnt really matter to me), the reception with a poor quality to server the customer, the pool is a bit small (but is fine at the same time) and the elevator witch only 2 was working for a lot people, make you wait like 10 - 15 min for one (
we were on the 25th floor soo take the stairs could be a bit tiring).

We stayed 7 days in New Year 2019 2020. In the agency we had booked a triple room, arrived at the hotel we were assigned a really tiny standard double (the smallest on the floor, we photographed the fireproof plan from which it was clear that smaller room, a double not a triple). After various controversies and requests at the hotel they did not assist us at all. For them it was our tour operator's fault.
We asked for a room change several times, never satisfied. Yet we are sure that there were free rooms.
Terrible cleaning service. In the 7 days the room was never vacuumed. Dirty bathroom and towels were missing every day.
The breakfast a pittance, the essential of a salty, as for the few old and dry sweets.
Too bad because the location is very good.

Perfect hotel. Easy to reach alot of places. Near 2 metro stations. Very good staff starting from reception to room service

The hotel is in a nice tower in JLT, rooms very well cleaned and staff always smiling and caring about my request. Nice pool

The rooms are very nice and clean but the only concern on breakfast, it wasn't good

We booked our room via Expedia just to arrive and be told that we had to pay an additional US$84 after a 27 hour flight we were just too tired to complain. When we got to the room we learnt that the AC couldnt go below 24C even when maintainance tried!

Had been to visit my guest after 23 yrs but was not allowed to go their room and was advices that we could sit in the lobby for the whole day and trust me u need to see the attitude of the reception Manger very arrogant who does not know to talk politely. The parking is very dangerous if u park more than three hours u are fined 200 just for few mintues ..... Would never advice any one to stay.

It is located in an excellent location. It is a hotel apartment near to beach, jbr walk, tram station and bus stop

In the 4 days we stayed there, they did not manage to fix our lack of hot water in the room issue which we raised several times.

Nice hotel, nice location, a little bit high cost reservation but its worth

This is the most powerful hotel. In Dubai, visited several times, but this g * but the hotel for the first time I see. The rooms are tiny, although there are four of us (2 adults and 2 children), one bed for all. For breakfast, do not give meat at all, neither chicken nor sausage, only porridge and vegetables. The room is not cleaned until you ask 10 times. Towels do not attract. To go to the sea in the heat away, but they say that there is a shuttle bass. In general, if you have the opportunity to stay in another hotel, please do so

Great hotel and everything was right, changing buffet

Everybody is so kind and helpful that it compensates the little mistakes e.g. cleaning and a bit need of new towels, otherwise there are no major problems with the hotel and i feel here well. It worth the price and i can recommend.

Some inside and outside views of the hotel. Beautiful place to stay for business. You can walk around outside in evening and enjoy the greenery as well. Plus there's a lake nearby with several restaurants.

Very friendly staff and this is truly the highlight of the hotel.
. However the hotel itself didn't meet my expectations at all. You can here the banging of the doors all day and night...Clesrly these could have been designed differently. The walls are paperthin too so you can literally hear people's conversations...Again, day and, unfortunately night too.
The water bottles in the room were refilled. This happened twice at least. The seal was opened and there was a smell of soap, as if they had been washed.
The towels in the pool area had stains. I am sure they had been washed but they were old and some stains just stayed there.

I could go on...

Truly a shame as the location was very convenient for me.

Absolute garbage hotel, room wasn't clean even during Covid. Cockroaches in the bathroom, stayed less than 1 hour and checked out again immediately. Wasn't given a refund even though we didn't use the room. Wouldn't go to this hotel even if it was free so save your money because there are much better/cleaner hotels in Dubai.

Bad insulation, disgusting lingerie quality, it seems the hotel does not bother with the quality of washing. Lifts have to wait for "eternity."

Hotel worthy. The rooms are clean, breakfast is tight. The soundproofing in the rooms on the level is quiet here. The location is gorgeous - a modern area with skyscrapers. From the window of an impressive view of the forest of skyscrapers. Near the Marina Moll (it is far to go around, but there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel). The same bus goes to the beach. Behind the Marina Moll, the gorgeous embankment of the canal is a great place to stroll. Recommend.

DIRTY ROOMS! Very dated inside and I m very unsure how this is 4* in Dubai. Woke up in the middle of the night and went to make a drink and a cockroach ran across the table. Apparently I had two free upgrades so who knows what I would ve had if I didn t have those upgrades . When I checked out I informed reception of the cockroach and she said she would pass the information onto management... no offer of any resolution for me. I spoke to management and all he offered me was a late checkout at 6pm instead of 12.... why would I want to stay longer in a hotel with bugs in the room. I was a good few floors up so this bug didn t scurry in. Management don t care and as long as they have your money they are happy to leave you unsatisfied.

A disasters filthy worst hotel i ever stayed in Dubai ,Check in experience toke them almost 1 hour ,Reception area was crowded with visitors and there was on receptionist ! U can wait the elevator for 15 mins cause only two is working ! I have paid for top floors room to enjoy the view but windows are dirty to extend that u cant see through ,Bed sheets had spots ,Coffee glasses full of dust ,Windows are broken ,Shower lamp were broken ,No hot water which i found later that no one in the whole hotel has hot water ,Breakfast was very poor i had an omelet and there was an egg shell in my plate ,I couldnt risk go to pool cause the way the pool is almost clear ,I dont recommend this hotel even for business neither for leisure

Doesn't have a good lounge. Except for that, it's good.

Breakfast is a waste of money! Haven't seen such poor breakfast for a while in Dubai. Very dirty! Cleaning is not done in time! Towels were not changed for a week of stay in the hotel.
Shuttle buss to the beach is small and people didn't fit in it and was forced to go to the beach by walk or taxi!

Small pool, good brunch, very good, but small pasta bar at brunch. The staff here is very nice, but it's not as glamorous as other hotels in Dubai.

Very nice hotel, great for working in Media City and a short distance from JBL. The sports bar is very nice too. Breakfast is the usual wide spread of food and is excellent.

Hotel / Food is good however watch out for Hidden Loot at the gate of the Hotel ,Watch out if you park your car there and having a small delay then the security charges you 200 Dhs without a bill for an excess time even after you have spent on the Restaurants there , In Dubai i have never had such an experience . There is no option of a Stamp or Seal from the restaurant to claim the excess so watch out .

Comfortable hotel and very fast wifi. Very spacious rooms but must improve in cleaning and customer service.

Great location. Be aware its between both metro stations I didnt mind walking. The area is excellent the hotel is good could be better at the service. My room had balcony and since it was in th 40th floor the views were breathtaking. The pool has also a great view. No kettle or coffe machine in my room and none drinks or any producta in the mini bar (at least I saved money on that haha!)

Very bad hotel, staff has no manners. Supposedly 4 star hotel. Never again! I advise everyone from this overpriced hotel.
