Very friendly staff and this is truly the highlight of the hotel.
. However the hotel itself didn't meet my expectations at all. You can here the banging of the doors all day and night...Clesrly these could have been designed differently. The walls are paperthin too so you can literally hear people's conversations...Again, day and, unfortunately night too.
The water bottles in the room were refilled. This happened twice at least. The seal was opened and there was a smell of soap, as if they had been washed.
The towels in the pool area had stains. I am sure they had been washed but they were old and some stains just stayed there.

I could go on...

Truly a shame as the location was very convenient for me.
