i have been coming to dubai for 10 years, many hotels i have seen the hotel is the worst i have seen. I have often complained when managing Senthil Kuar has not improved. Dirty bad service team Lustless.

Two years staying at the hotel for one week per month, I go with my girlfriend with the booking reservation and since I do not have a passport since I was doing the visa and they had it stamped ... they do not let me check-in, I tell them that I am a regular customer, they tell me that they already know me but that they don't let me in. I ask for the refund since they are the only ones who can do it and they tell me to get away with booking. Unfortunately, bad things weigh more than good things. And that's why I give them a star, although for everything else it is a hotel that I would recommend.
Nice and spacious hotel with good service and attention. It has a pool with solarium very enjoyable. Acceptable breakfast that could be complemented. Very close to the bay and shopping center but very difficult to access if you do not have a vehicle as it is in front of the huge highway that separates them from both. It is far from the rest of the tourist attractions. There is a supermarket next door that allows you to make small purchases.
Customer services not answering the phone or always busy.. services were toooooooo slow .. the house keeper smelly .. yes smelly .. i have to open the windows after they cleaned my room.. i don't recommend it for long vacations
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, the only problem found, my room was not very clean. I do not put 4 stars for that reason. Good for breakfast and acceptable restaurant. Not easy to take the subway or go downtown.
Disappointing ! The hotel is not as good as it looks in the picture. On a 5-day stay, the swimming pool was closed for 4 days until 3 p.m. Breakfast is nothing special. The room is fine, although the shower water is not the hottest. Shuttles to the beach are only available at 10, 11 and 12 noon. And a unique return at 6.30 p.m. The sea is not that far, but you have to cross the main road and therefore take the metro which makes a hell of a detour (+ - 45 min walk) to get there. The staff, on the other hand, is very kind and at our service.
Moving Residence can be stressful due to all the furniture and household belongings to pack properly, label, tape them up, lift and carry and load. This can be exhausting too. Most people dream and wish that moving would be simpler, a situation where moving staff come in, pack each item of your belongings properly, carry and transport them all safely to your new home where they carry it in, unpack it and place it where you tell them to. The place exterior and location may seem like a 5 star hotel... but the interior, staff and food were a Meh My company booked the hotel but they asked my to pay a deposit and tax on arrival. And when my husband followed the next day we had to pay 150 aed per day. The elevator is slow The carpet and the wall covering is out dated And the smell... is tragic As I was having breakfast which was average I found a bug in the salad! However overall it wasn't bad and the view was amazing!
Top room on the 39th floor, attentive staff. The only problem for us is the breakfast: blah blah in terms of choice, and for the number of customers it lacks staff.
Nice rooms, good price. Long detour to get to the other side of Sheikh Zayed road and about 10min walk to the metro. Terrace is nice with lots of space to sit and chill. Lifts are slow.
Terrible expirience. They can charge from your card twice and will not release and back your double payment, moreover ignore your e-mails. Be careful with this hotel. Very Indecent Hotel despite of 4 starts.
Leakage in the bathroom from the top due to clogged A/C when we checked in,both rooms bathroom had leak.had to wait for 30minutes to get it fixed. broken towel rod.did.not get twinroom as promised.Average Room service.Time consuming check in process even though we paid full amount a day before check in. Good location. Average food.
I stayed several times for business trips it is nice and it has a good service the egyption guy at the reception very proffessional , he speaks multi languages and very gentle. The breakfast is normal, I found arm of ants near the juices and cups. I recommend it for fast business trip , this is the 3rd time I stay there. In general I am happy with it ,, it is ok .
In general, not bad, but there are more minuses than pluses. A huge barn where everything is not thought out, a small cafe, waiting for the elevator like a bus and not the fact that you leave. We lived on the 5th floor and this is a huge plus. You can go on foot, and steel, who lived above, I sympathize. The rooms are dirty. In general, the price and quality is not true. If you want to live in a huge barn without proper comfort, then you are welcome.
The worst place to go in dubai !! you have to pay 200 dirhams for parking??? what kind of an add on value are you adding to your client experience !! horrible and disappointing !! Never stepping in tho the armada hotel restaurants ever again
My worst hospitality experience since 25 years in UAE. They dont take ownership of their own responsibilities nor blame for their mistakes, even if your willing to let it go. They work with a parking company that doesnt inform you anything when you park your car AT the hotel parkings but then fines you 200 AED for staying more than 3 hours AT YOUR OWN HOTEL ROOM. And toe your car after 24 hours if you did not leave. Manipulating the system. In UAE, hotels stamp your parking tickets for free, Armada BlueBay makes all its money fining those who overstay in their parking. They also give you damaged chairs and blame you for it, and you pay even more..so sad. 1 star not deserved. I recomend Rove Marina and Oak Nights. More spacious, free parking, happy employees, peace of mind.
The Armad Blue Bay hotel is clean and has a great location close to the JBR and opposite to the Marina Mall, tram and metro, the area is very luxurious and quiet.
Ample parking.cozy accommodation.swimming pool on the loaf with best view of marina towers.close to two metal stations beaches . accessible by vehicles

Stayed their for a week could not get hot water to shower called the front desk all week long about it but they couldn't fix it room 3903 2nd when the room next door took a shower their suds came up through my bathroom floor disgusting. 3rd our first night the tub, toilet and bathroom floor had long strands of brunette hair all over the place I'm bald smh i called the guy came up with towels and wiped it up no cleaner bleach NOTHING total disgusting
Amazing internet speeds, slow elevators. Hack the TVs and windows and you'll be fine. If you smoke, avoid the detectors. Personally I'd advise placing a bag around the detectors, but that's me have fun!
I state that I often travel to Dubai for work, but I have never had a similar hotel! Dirty rooms, with no service, I had to ask the receptionist to give me the vacuum cleaner in my room, without hot water, unkind staff, not to mention the breakfast I made the first day and then I refused and went out for to do it. I am sorry to give a negative opinion but I have not seen any interest from the staff to improve the disservices, in fact I have seen a lot of indifference.
Nice affordable place near JBR walk and beach. Make sure you request a room with a city view, and be patient with check in staff, checking in could take some time.
Disappoints as a 4 star hotel. More like a 3 star or 2 star property. Unclean toilets, poor quality all day dining, and unfriendly staff stuck in the previous century is what greets you when you get in, attracted by the relatively low price in prime JLT.
Rooms are spacious, but cleanliness leaves a lot to he desired. Unclean pillows, toilets etc disappoint in what could have been a great property.
Rooms are cheap, but for what it offers, I would suggest IBIS.
This is the first time I have visited Dubai. My friend and I have come to stay for a week at armada bluebay hotel and the staff here have been lovely. Omar, who works night shifts has been nothing but a pleasure, always smiling, extremely helpful. Even with complicated queries, he has always returned to us with an answer/solution. It has been a wonderful stay, even better thanks to Omar!! If I ever return to Dubai, I will definitely come back to Armada! Thank you Omar for your big heart!
A good place if you are visiting for official purpose, as the JLT Clusters are walkable distance. Room service is good. Metro station is hardly a km from here.

It was the worst experience. Hotel staff (Omer, shift in charge) Made our night miserable.starting From security to check in they treated us like we committed crime to book the room.
Very nice and comfortable place.. parking access, metro station is near also, just we had to call them twice and wait 2 hours for towels and shampoo.. everything else was fine.
The hotel is good, but during breakfast the staff does not have time to serve all the guests: for example, the coffee machine may break down and there is no one to fix it.
Nice place with pool on the first floor and bar in the basement. It's about a 20min walk to JLT marina and the beach or 10min to a metro stop so easy to get to attractions
Well..it was a nice experience I will rate it 4 star!!! I enjoyed the conditioned system, the bed, the TV has limited channels, Restaurant was closed, swimming pool too small But you can try, it's really beautiful
I made room reservation more than a month prior. When I arrived, reception said " unfortunatly we do not have room you want" Eventhough I made reservation through the hotel website, price was high and I arrive to be told we dont have your room!!We waited for at least 20min and we already arrived late at night. Not very proffesional. Room was ok, AC is not strong, other staff, exept for reception, were nice.
The hotel does not deserve to be classified 4 *. The carpet in rooms like the hallway is dirty! The furniture in the rooms is broken and not cleaned! The lack of towels is systematic and I had to ask for them every time! Apart from throwing out the trash, cleaning was not done during my stay. The box spring is so stained that it should have been thrown away! The arrogance of the housekeeping staff is arrogant and I don't care! No soundproofing, the noise from neighboring rooms and from the street leaves no rest! In short, it's still false advertising! To flee
Got banned from using the valet parking.... yes BANNED. The reason.... because they left my car with the window open in full view over night and told be I shouldn't be upset and still pay them because nothing got stolen. Emailed and called twice but nothing.... #nola #cocktailkitchen #idiotsecurity
It is always a priviledge to go during the festive seasons to hotels as firstly the decor the hotel inside out and every hotel does it's best to publicize it's name in their respective cities. I have visited a number of hotels during this festive season and I cannot call any hotel bad as each one has something to offer which is unique from their way of running and providing to it's customers and clients only the best. I was pleased with what I experienced at this hotel. Thanks ABH-JLT.
very bed customer service and useless reception staff . room ac was not working and called 6 times reception but they dont care and didnt fix the problem .
Stayed there for two weeks, kinda dark room, couldn't open the window, not so clean, we are family and the housekeeping guy continuously was leaving only one face towel and one bath towel....definitely will not visit again
I do not recommend resting at the Armada BlueBay 4 * hotel located in the Jumeirah Lakes Towers, I cannot call it what I expected from a vacation in the UAE, although I have been resting in the emirates for 3 times already. Stayed 11 nights from 10/25/2017 to 11/05/2017., The hotel does not correspond to the descriptions on the Internet and it is not clear why so little has been written about this, It is not a beach one, it really takes 1 hour to get to the bay, there are practically no Russian-speaking staff in the hotel, there are no Russian-speaking TV channels in the rooms, when asked why not, you answered here that you came to watch TV. We lived on the 35th floor and we came across very noisy neighbors (foreigners), they made noise every evening until 23:00, but when they arranged songs and dances at 05:00 in the morning we had to call the reception desk, where, of course, no one would understand you in Russian! But at 06:00 they seemed to have calmed down, although their sleep had already been disrupted, however, so was the rest in this hotel. There is no infrastructure nearby! Across the road, Marina Moll, but it s not less than 30 minutes to walk to it, and in the heat it turns into torture and not a walk! To the metro, to go somewhere you also need to walk about 20 minutes! From the hotel they carry 2 times a day to the bay at 10 and 11 o'clock, it takes about 30 minutes, they pick up from the bay at 11.30 and 12:30, on Saturday the bus is off. One way taxi to the beach is 25 dirham ($ 7)! Wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel! When they were taken to the airport, a bus with 9 seats arrived, and there were 11 people! Two of them took a taxi.
