It's an awesome place to stay with family and friends

Easy pleasant stay just a walk away from my home when I need some me and special time.

Lovely Hotel friendly and helpful Staff in all departments. A short walk to the trian station. Happy hour a must.

Breakfast is very bad!!!!You don t have anything to eat and the food remained the same for 7 days we stayed at this hotel!!!There are no dry foods even some dates which we saw for the first time in seven years that we went to Dubai!!!You have to please them to get an omelette which also takes them around 10 minutes!!!! Service is being rude and it is really bad!!!

I like this place. Everything was perfect... big rooms and kindly service

Though it is inside the city, good & well built room for a short business trip.

Just okay hotel not so good as per 4* rating hotel. Location is good, breakfast menu is repeatative.

The cleanliness and the hot water of the lousy bathroom

The shower water is practically cold room service bad towels broken

The rooms has not good accessories like Emirate Grand hotel.
The pool is small and not suitable for swimming.
The first metro station is far about 10minutes.

The furniture in the room was very old and worn out, there was no hot water in the shower, and I even had to ask for a kettle because there wasn't one in the room. The TV was in 1 corner while the bed was in the other, very weird room design. Just 1 good point, the staff were very friendly and helpful

I am very dissappointed in this hotel. The pictures seemed fine when we booked the room but when we got here, first the room they gave us was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom that wasn t ours, glasses were dirty, you could tell the doors of the closet hadn t been cleaned because of all the fingerprints and the room didn t have a trash can.
Then over the course of our stay the cleaning service was the worst.
The sheets of the bed would look like no one had moved them underneath the top one. We never got the trash can we needed, the curtains were intact as if no one moved them for cleaning and carpet was full of little trash pieces.
It made me doubt if the towels we used were clean or not.
If I ever come back to dubai I would bever in a million years consider staying at the Armada Bluebay.

Apart from the location and the fact that the metro was just 500m away, the room was also good. Down side to this hotel was the fact that the some of thestaff were not so attentive. Neither were they courteous too.

Lifts are diabolical you can wait 15mins and longer. Asked twice for a plug for the bath but didn't get one for both nights we were there. Plus bedside phone randomly ringing during the night.. If you get a good price then it is ok but nothing special.

Class passes, the location is beautiful, the rooms are spacious. On the beach side of the road, it would be better to have also the disadvantage mini bar empty

Great location, close to Dubai marina, minni market. Metro station 5 min away.
Clean rooms.,polite personel, tasty breakfasts.

Very good rooms, clean with resonable price, but its not easy to find directions to hotel only 1 entrance and exit from shaik zaide street, and no hot water available at all times, its 15 min by car from JBR and marina

Armada hotel basement is connected to Nora bar. Good afterwork place. 3 hours free parking!

Hotel is... Okay. Seems to not have enough staff, room and decor seems like it was designed 50 years ago. Windows were grimy so the view was hampered.
Overall it was passable but given how competitive Dubai's hotel are that is not good enough.

Very clean hotel, the location is excellent, the staff greeted us with a smile, all our wishes were satisfied. Of the minuses, only breakfast. The same vegetables were exhibited two days in a row. Sausages are not edible.

Bed was rock hard,staff seemed a bit inexperienced as check in took forever as they got my reservation all wrong and did not know how to operate the credit card machine and almost charged me twice, but the rest of the stay went smooth. A carrefour is right next to the hotel and two bars and a Greek restaurant is just downstairs which was very convenient.

Loved it. The location is great. Near metro stop Sharaf DG. One stop to the Mall of the Emirates. Or walk 15 minutes. Food is great, drinks too. Cleaned every day .. Soap shampoos conditioners sticks for ears caps and toothpaste with a brush, etc ... Water coffee tea sugar is also every day. The staff is nice. Air conditioning is powerful. Every day, shuttle bass to the beach of Dubai Marina and back. Near a bunch of good cafes and convenience stores. Overall great. Recommend.

Small mirror broken in the bathroom, toilet roll holder two times broken, toilet paper and shower gel and shampoo not refilled, towels sporadically refilled, tea and coffee only sporadically refilled, fridge not usable, food: breakfast always the same, dinner quality insufficient, for vegetarians or Vegans in the evening in the restaurant no choice. Only cooked vegetables. Staff scattered, the breakfast was always something missing and was refilled only when asked (fork / knife / napkins / fruit). Reception unhelpful, no maps taxi ordered, but none and instead have been directed to the metro. But no tickets sold. 10-lane road in front of your nose. No information available to the shuttle service. I am usually very frugal. Breakfast only until 10: 30h. Who comes at 9: 50h, gets only leftovers) But I have experienced much better 4 star hotels.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Marina Mall and Emirates Mall, and offers a spacious sunset and great views.

The photos do not do this place any credibility, the pool was closed and a mess. Pool overcrowded and average.
The lifts take forever often 10 taking 10 minutes to arrive.
Only plus is the reception staff that are dedicated and professional

Worst hotel I've had in my whole life bad with everything.
Breakfast was bad you have to wait several years until you get a fried egg.
Poor service I had to clean myself and get duvet from their storage.
Had to change the towel myself for my children.
In the room the wife found insights so went when to the reception and told them that we can not sleep here in this room then we changed the room
That hotel I can give a star no more I recommend not regretted much for my kids had no fun but lucky I rented a car had to go with them to beaches instead

40th floor - amazing view, clean room with modern furniture and working equipment (hairdryer, TV, conder, kettle)

It is a great hotel really well placed near Marina and close to the public transportation. Nice views also!

Bad management. Terrible towels (where and how do they wash them? It seems they don t wash them at all.) A lot of Super Tagil lodgers.

Though Im a regular customer to Nola ,, today in the free parking time I have received a fine ticket for staying in the free time for extra 10mins only.
Even though I might not get my money back but I will make sure not to visit the place anymore and not to dine at Nola anymore because of what has happened today. And i was so unsatisfied with the way the the hotel management handled my clarification on fining me in Free parking timing.

Arrmada has good location,on the left and right side about 500m are metro station ,you just pass them to the other side and walk to the Jumeirah res.beach or a take hotel bus they give you time list on reception or ask them.Metro is exelent for city to visit B.Kalipha,Dubsi mall,Mall of Emirates...By daily ticket silver 22 AED.If you visit B.Kalipha between 7 tp 9h eraly morninh in Armsni restoran name Atmospher on 123.floor you can see city for 75AED for person.Ticket are 60e on other way.To visit Abu Dabi use local gaide for 115 to 175 AED all day and visit everytjing only by a lunch for 65AED.
Hotel people are great,with smile,every morning clean beds,new tuels,bothles if water, and on left on 50m is shop 24works you can by bread,milk,all you need to eat for dinner.Pool is on 1st floor.Sunset is on 16.30 is good to know that.This hotel is exellent for people who are ordinary people .Weather is good jan.feb,marth.During sumer is so hot.

Location was as expected. Room service hardly available. Towels were only available on request, water too, bathrobes not available, but beetle population in the bathroom. Furniture partly broken. Breakfast buffet poor, dishes and cutlery sometimes only on request.
The German-speaking Egyptian at the reception was very nice.

The room is not clean and I found a cockroach in the bathroom and I thank the hotel management for giving me another room

They charge you 200 dirhams if you exceed the 3 hours of free parking
We spent 1 hour more and we had to pay 200 dirhams (if someone said so while giving us the ticket we would have definitely parked at some other normal place)

It s a ridiculous violent policy, as it was at 11pm we we couldn t even make use of the day
There should me some other sort of payment (reasonable hourly charge)

Everyone was complaining but the guards were so violent and tough

I don t recommend it at all
And I ll make sure to spread the word

Located close to metro but that's all its advantages.

Beautiful Hotel, bedrooms very spacious and well furnished, clean and comfortable! Great location, taxis available at all times! Helpful and friendly staff, all this has helped make my vacation in Dubai very enjoyable!
