I stayed at the Armada BlueBay Lake Towers Jumeria...

I stayed at the Armada BlueBay Lake Towers Jumeria from the 18-20 Feb. I was totally disappointed that my brother-in law was not allowed to visit me, when I booked the hotel for 2. I told the receptionist that he would arrive around 7-8pm. To my shocking response that he can not visit. we are both American citizens and had the require passport information. When the hair stylist came who was also male, was not allowed and this was not his first time visiting the hotel. I will never stay there again and if any woman visiting Dubai stay here , the violation of American women should be posted on their website that guest of the opposite sex is not allowed. I paid for 2 nights and I should have been allowed to have as many visitors as I like. I want my money back! I will not stop complaining until I get my money back. I need this stipulation to be a written policy to verify this biased treatment. Theirs nothing on their website stating that this is not allowed or I would not have stayed their. Again I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK
