DIRTY ROOMS! Very dated inside and I m very unsure how this is 4* in Dubai. Woke up in the middle of the night and went to make a drink and a cockroach ran across the table. Apparently I had two free upgrades so who knows what I would ve had if I didn t have those upgrades . When I checked out I informed reception of the cockroach and she said she would pass the information onto management... no offer of any resolution for me. I spoke to management and all he offered me was a late checkout at 6pm instead of 12.... why would I want to stay longer in a hotel with bugs in the room. I was a good few floors up so this bug didn t scurry in. Management don t care and as long as they have your money they are happy to leave you unsatisfied.
