No coordination between reception.restaurant and room service.

Old furniture, not very friendly service, questionable cleanliness.

Varied breakfasts. High-rise hotel, rooms with a beautiful view of the skyscrapers. Clean, large rooms. The only minus Not convenient location through several routes, roads, interchange. Transitions and subways are far away, go from 15 to 30 minutes. There is a bus to the beach. Near several cafes and canteens, a supermarket, a pharmacy.

Average hotel buy hotel service was not good, few things are really disappointed me.<br/>1. Shower was broken.<br/>2. Washbasin drain was broken<br/>3. Shop stand was broken.<br/>4. TV has limited channel<br/>5. Room service not changing towel every day<br/>6. They not provide complimentary water bottle every day<br/>7. They charged 6AED for 500 ml water bottle, it's too high.<br/>They should improve hotel facilities and services.

Great place deserve the money paid for, the food is delicious

It's a more than decent hotel, we got a upgraded room as it's our honeymoon. We were put up in the second highest floor so nice view. The biggest downside is the bar is super expensive but then again it's hard to find alcohol here unless it is a bar.

Nice hotel, got everything that you need. Only the gym equipment needs some renewal

The first room found a cockroach late @ night and hade to change a room for a very small one with very small path room

Nice staff, probably, you'll find dirty ladies from Russia at the reception. They are weak. I bought the room by booking. I got a nice room with a balcony. 2 towels for 3 people :). The telephone did not work. Cleanliness was average but a nice surprise was the free parking. Poor breakfast and very dirty in the restaurant. The food itself is not very tasty. Fairly cheap.

Really sorry to give a one star review for any business but there are a few things about Armada Bluebay that need to be addressed. A nice relaxed breakfast is what you Normally expect at the very least. There was nothing at breakfast. No available tables or chairs. No plates. No cutlery. No glasses. And no cup for coffee or tea. Queues of people at the kitchen door for the essentials is wrong. The only thing there was lots of, is people in the queue for the overworked chef cooking eggs. Come on guys sort it out.

Service was really bad. Very small bathroom. No proper toiletries. Breakfast was below average. Only good thing, view from the room was great

Almost all travel agencies praised and offered this hotel. On the advice they took this hotel, the service is just awful. The second day just arrived 4 more days left. The windows are dirty; the floor is dirty; the towels are dirty and smell bad; for two people they put one device and personal hygiene products.

I was a little worried about the accommodation after reading a lot of negative reviews, but only one of them proved true - in the case of noisy neighbors and rooms above the engine room of the air conditioning need to be in ears. Otherwise I evaluate positively. For a holiday stay you also need to choose a hotel by the beach, this is only on the map

It is pathetic. One towel for two persons, one pair of sleepers for two persons. They are not ready to correct any mistake. For everything, staff says these are the rules of management and when you ask for the rule book , they don't show. No senior person is available till now to talk. Manager is not available as per reception staff. Staff is casual. Not recommended.

The place and ambience is great 1 thing that i want to change regarding to the price of the food like breakfast buffet lunch and even dinner buffet please reduce it so everyone can afford it.. hehehe.. Thank you for the staycation.. we going back soon asap..

Excellent hotel, location, quality of services. It is very close to the metro to reach different points of the city. The rooms are super spacious and comfortable. I recommend it

Fantastic location, very well maintained rooms, very nice stay,
I would repeat without doubt.

We paid a very expensive hotel with a bad service and poor customer service. Ac is not even working, all staff don t know how to face and handle the guests. I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends and relatives. We stayed 2 nights can t even feel comfortable.

Large rooms, open view, quiet location, the only downside is the food served at the hotel, it's a disaster, no taste, and very little choice

Lack of Lift availability... Only 3 lifts are available, out of these one is under maintenance all the time!

Good location, but the facility is neglected and let go, bad service, incompetent staff and poor cuisine. The tablecloths were always missing and they gave us two single beds instead of a double one, we asked several times to solve the problem, but we only got promises

Good hotel, the rooms are rather clean and spacious, but environment not representative of Dubai and its culture, restaurant around too expensive, we must wait for the assenceurs too long, music that breaks your ears breakfast and room sport, so it's missed if you liked the tranquility, the modesty is not set either in this hotel and the mosque is too far, that's why I put 2 and not 4 stars.

It is not worth it staying in this hotel.

1. Location - they say location was very good but if you do not have a car. it is not that good. It is 20 minutes away from the metro station.

2. Room - didn't looked like it was clean properly. Bedsheets were with strands of hairs, not ironed and wasn't changed at all.

3. Bathroom - Rusted steel parts. Limited towels. i have requested and was denied. Towels looked dirty.

4. Reception - the most important part of the hotel. Cold.Rude.Not Welcoming. I know it was a busy day and there were alot of guests however, they have to remember tht they are the face of the hotel..

5. Restaurant - Not very well coordinated with the reception. We were told at the reception that breakfast was included. We were informed by the restaurant attendant that it is not included. She called someone at the reception and after some laughs of this and that, she got back to us. It was a disappointment!

6. No wardrobe, no slippers, and no laundry bag.

Because of these experiences, we will not go back again nor we will recommend it to our friends and family.

the management should train their staffs properly and whover they hire to be managers should be a well experienced personnel.

They are the worst. Dirty and old towels kept. At the reception they kept very rude people, don't know how to deal with customers. They think that they are the owners of the company. They are there to create problems not to help people. Guys it's a waste of your money. Worst service in Dubai.

Armada Hotel is great and staffs are so gentle . 7 stars Hotel .

Room look tired bathroom unhealthy not hot water breakfast only 2 * was quite disappointed I suppose it's a budget hotel relative to Dubia non the less one to avoid

Good hotel, rooms are clean and spacious. Balcony is big enough with great view and it's perfect for smokers. No water every day but staff is really polite and helpful. Breakfast is good. Fair price for quality.

Has so much potential but I was horrified that they don't offer drinking water.

Overall a nice experience, the rooms are clean and the location is great being 300 meters between the damac properties metro station and jumeira towers. Rooms with balcony, pool and gym facilities included in the price.

Even though they call themselves a 4* hotel, there was no coffee or tea in the room. Moreover, the room also lacked slippers and a dental kit. The access to parking was made difficult by the security personnel, moreover, after 10pm the underground parking can only be accessed with the help of the security. Lifts take eternity to wait for.

Three stars enough, messy dining room uninviting bar, room fine and clean, near metro and tram

Poor service, no hot water (barely warm if you're lucky), room cleaning is far from good (had no towels one day, no toiletries other day and taking out rubbish is just not on their list to do), water in the pool really cold and there is no sauna to warm up in.

Great food, child friendly, romantic atmosphere and stuff members are very polite and attentive.

Good ubication. Bad elevators. Uncoordinated. 15 min waiting or more. A single coffee machine working. They do not change money despite the poster

Visited Hoxtons, great bar and busier than used to be prior to covid which is good to see as before the customers were very limited

Very amazing. It is a 5-minute walk from the metro station. The staff are wonderful. Excellent for families

Features:
Close to all services, such as Carrefour
Laundry, restaurants, cafes, and Jumeirah Park are large with activities and daily activities.
In front of the Marina Mall and the Marina and close to the Emirates Mall
Away from the airport, I mean, by taxi, it takes you about 80 dirhams.
Therefore, I recommend the metro from the airport to the hotel to Damac Real Estate Station
Disadvantages: the bed is uncomfortable, no slippers, robes, etc.
The breakfast buffet is a failure. I don't recommend it at all.
Entry delay is about half an hour.
And if you enter before 3 o'clock, you pay 100 extra.

It's just a great hotel that some things didn't work, like for example. lamp, cooker, television ...

Ideal location at the Marina. Helpful staff. Room to review side decoration .... presence of a supermarket just downstairs.

Decent hotel and well connected to most business areas. The ONLY hotel which doesn't take AMEX cards so make sure you have a visa/master for the deposit.

Fantastic hotel. Great views depending on what side your on. Quite conveniently located, and the carrefour is brilliant located just outside. Car parking could not have been easier. However trying to get the lift between 8 10.30 is hard work!

The room is clean. Service also good. All staff are very polite. What not nice is only the break fast, every day are the same kind of food.

Exquisite! Amazing food! Wine is becoming on and off though !
