It's billed as a 4 star but the service and quality of finish is ultimately poor. There are some lovely staff but the leadership isn't there. Breakfast is quite poor compared to your usual Dubai standard. The AC is flaky, the hot water can take ages to come through in the morning for your shower. The lifts take forever unless you're staying on a low floor, and the ever popular bars in the basement mean you'll be waiting longer than you need too because everyone in Dubai it too lazy to walk one flight of stairs. In case it is not obvious I am not a fan.
