It was our 3rd check in there last night and we arrived kinda late at night. I left my charger at home. I asked the reception if they could lend me a charger and after checking with the housekeeping, they called me to tell me couldn't provide one as there is none. And morning as i was about to have my shower, i noticed that there is no dental kit on the shower room. I called the reception to request for one. After 10 minutes of waiting i called the reception again to follow up. And the housekeeping personnel arrived after 20 minutes just to tell me that they don't have any available dental kit. That i would need to wait until 9AM just to have one. While I requested around 7:30AM... like seriously?!?! they couldn't provide simple things for their guests and they don't even know how to apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. Poorest service that i experienced on a hotel. I don't think we'll be checking in there again.
