Service is so horrible here. These people don't see black skin even though they have black skin staff. We sat at the oysters about 5 to 10 minutes before a white couple came to sit very next to us. The waitress passed by us more than 10 times to ask the white couple what they want to eat and serve them food and drink etc. She did not say a word to us. Finally, the chef (thank God a black handsome man!) realized that we were been neglected. He approached us and offered us something to eat. After the chef brought us the food to eat, we could not find any knife, spoon and folk on the table. We saw a different waitress passing by and asked her to give us some spoon and folks to eat the food that was just brought to us by the chef. This waitress left and never came back for over 10 minutes. We saw another one passing by and asked her same and we were lucky this time to have folks to eat the food.
In addition to this, front desk talks to you as if there is no other hotel on planet earth. Very arrogant people. The front desk agent was frowning his face as if my check-in was irritating him. Lucky us though, we got a smile from the check-out front desk lady when we were checking out yesterday morning. I go to conferences all the times and stay at the hotel hosting the conference. This was by far my worst experience and I have discussed this with the conference organizers and their networks and suggested to them to erase this Hilton from their list of potential conference centers. In conclusion, my simple advice, if you are black, please stay away from this hotel.
