Very bad experience and will never book/stay at this Hilton again! Hilton should withdraw the license/name from them! Rude/dirty/bad MGMT & overrated hotel.

Great location, nice rooms and good service. I am a repeat customer. Reasonable rates.
Very good experience at the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly...would def stay again!!! Ok
Great place to stay, my girlfriend and I stayed in a one king, Jacuzzi, Fallsview room on the 30th floor. Check in/out experience was great,, free WiFi is included! We did find the room to be quite warm - pretty sure we had the thermostat More
We stayed overnight and vastly enjoyed the majority of our stay. The only hiccup my mom and I found was that we couldn't find the channel associated with a tv show we're currently following (We couldn't find ABC). Everything else was amazing. The Brazilian restaurant is an amazing place with delicious food and a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere. It's very close to everything you might want to do and see, with easy access to transportation, tourist attractions, shopping, and other places of interest. I can't say much about the views as we stayed in a room with a wonderful view of the North tower (another building and that was all). However, the rest of our stay went on without a hitch. I would definitely recommend a trip to the pool as there is a water slide and a spacious hot tub.
They offer 5% off in addition to any other discounts to CAA members.
The Hilton Hotel and Suites are at the heart of the tourist section of Niagara Falls. It's a one mile walk from the lobby down to the Falls. There's a walkway that connects directly to the casino next door. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and the staff is courteous and helpful. The on-site restaurants are of good quality as well.
But a few things deterred me from giving a higher rating. I was billed for several miscellaneous fees at checkout that appeared to be related to tourism. I understand they may not have a choice in the matter, but a little advanced warning on the website or during booking would have been appreciated. It was twenty dollars for self-parking which is waived at a lot of other hotels when you're a guest. And, Wi-Fi is not a free amenity which I find shocking in this day and age.
The room walls were on the thin side and the chatter from the hallway and the sound of doors opening and closing streamed in throughout the night. My Jacuzzi was not working properly the first time I went to turn it on, but I called down to the front desk and a maintenance worker came up and replaced the defective components within the hour.
The Brasa Brazlian Steakhouse and continental breakfast served at the Macaroni Grill every morning had some nice menu options and variety along with a friendly wait staff. But, the Myst lounge was a big letdown as there are only a couple of places to get a decent view of the Falls due to the design of the lounge, and needless to say it was impossible to get a seat there.
The outside of the building and pool and exercise facility are currently undergoing renovations and are blocked off, but I can't judge them too harshly since understandably this happens from time to time and I was warned during booking. So while the quality, facilities and service were good or satisfactory overall, I don't feel like that the Hilton Hotel and Suites provided a good enough value to justify the higher price tag. Next time I m in the region, I ll look to stay at a smaller or slightly out of the way hotel or resort.
Off site parking, clean rooms, ice machine broken on our floor, fast elevators & quick check in, great downtown location
Perfect go to spot if you have the $$$ it's worth the stay.
Just stayed at the Hilton on the falls and it was the worst experience ever. First of all they said you cannot park unless it is valet and then the valet was rude and told me to get put of the car in 2 minutes because they had people waiting .I have a 2 year old child and anyone travelling with a child knows you cannot get out of the car in 2 minutes . In the morning we were told at the valet that they had lost our car and my husband had to go and find our car in their parking lot and then come back and get us both and take to luggage to the car ...Is this what their valet service is defined as ? We are Hilton honor club members but this was the worst experience ever and I will never stay here.I advise anyone with children or anyone looking for good service to not stay here .
Loved the location. Beautiful views. It's worth the money to have a falls view room
We went to brasa for our anniversary dinner. The food is delicious and the environment was great!
Beautiful view and location. Staff is very friendly to accommodate my needs.
Beautiful hotel just near the falls. Brilliant service, lots to do in the area.
We booked the falls view but were given ihop view. Also the hotel states there is free wifi and we were told we have to pay extra.
we were in floor 45 with the view of both falls, the view was great.
They are under construction currently but rooms , food, and state are incredible!
Great atmosphere friendly service lots fun things to do very close to casino, I l8ke the skywalk making it easier to get back and forth fro. Casino without having to go outside restaurant was great food was amazing only problem was price but it is expected for a tourist location
Our view was breathtaking. Housekeeping were extremely courteous
The staff were pleasant. The view was beautiful and my whole experience was amazing. Would definitely go back again!
Amazing views of the falls and clean rooms. Wi-Fi was spotty - frequently ended up having to disconnect/reconnect.
The view facing the falls was lovely. The staff were very nice and helpful. The receptionist also upgraded my room. Brasa, the Brazilian steakhouse in the hotel was also delicious.
My husband and I booked this hotel as an alternative to the Sheraton we usually enjoy in Niagara Falls. THAT WAS A MISTAKE! I specifically spoke to the concierge to let her know it was our 16th anniversary as well as my husband's 40th birthday weekend and to ensure that all the t's were crossed and the I's were dotted. First, we got to the hotel and there was no bell hop or even luggage racks available. Then we got to the room (King fallsview jacuzzi suite) and there was a moldy smell, cracks in the ceiling with plaster falling on the floor in the bathroom. Stained carpet and the refrigerator was not working. I had hoped for some sort of special treat from management but instead we couldn't even use the fridge! We turned on the jacuzzi jets and DIRT came out of the jets!!!!! UGH!!! We left the room and proceeded down to the italian restaurant for a quick meal and were greeted by an incredibly rude young lady. We were seated next to a family with noisy kids (we are parents) so when I asked to be moved to a quieter spot as it was our anniversary dinner she rolled her eyes and said "yah...whatever" and moved us. We sat for a minute and decided to leave. We left and went to the casino and enjoyed the rest of the evening only to get back to the hotel and find ALL the elevators were out of service!! We were on the 43rd floor so the stairs were out of the question - we had to wait for 40 minutes in the lobby! I brought all these issues to the attention of the concierge again and nothing was done to make us feel like any of these issues mattered to them, or rather that these issues are run-of-the-mill at the Hilton Fallsview!!! We will absolutely NEVER stay her again. Lesson learned.
Always a great experience at this hotel. We normally stay here. Brasa Steakhouse is fantastic as well.
The service is so amazing! Our family got a great view of the Niagra Falls!
It was advertised for a king bed with a falls view, welllll I got a king bed with a window the size of me (and I'm pretty small). Nor what I was expecting. Very disappointed!
Great Hotel with an amazing view, will be returning here in the future.
I have recently stayed at the Niagara Falls Hilton Hotel booked for one night, and spending it with my partner and another couple.
Upon arrival into the hotel, we had made our way to underground parking. With full intentions of wanting to stay parked on site to avoid extra interactions with people, I was prepared to pay the fee of $45.00 and not $30.00 offsite. When approached by the workers directing vehicles, the gentleman advised me that they were full onsite and I would have to use off site parking. This would have been completely fine if the couple behind us that I was travelling with was not offered onsite parking due to the sole fact that he drove a sports car. Already leaving a sour taste in my mouth, as if I was not valued as an important person to the hotel.
When I got back to the hotel after being on the shuttle, I was very dissatisfied to see that there was no one maintaining control over the direction in which people were walking in, as well as not
enforcing the mandatory mask rule. It was to say the least a big zoo in the lobby.
After checking in I went to the room that was written on my key card. This room was mid tower room 920. When getting to the room I noticed that the clean seal tag has already been broken, and when entering the room, other people s belongings were on the desk and table area. To me this means I was assigned a room that someone was still living in for the night. This is absolutely unacceptable not only due to the pandemic we are currently facing, but also for the sole purpose of privacy. Had I known someone else had access and entered my room while I was not there, I would be extremely upset with the organization, and trust within the hotel.
Had I not have been a sane human, who knows what could have happened to the belongings in the room. Aswell, I am not only bringing my germs into the room, I am also collecting the ones that were in there through someone else.
When going back to the main lobby to let the front desk know, the gentleman I spoke to apologized but in the same breath made a joke that If no one was there I would have just helped myself to what was left (in reference to a bottle of alcohol I had told him I noticed on the counter)
This is totally unacceptable.
Waking up in the morning with full intention to leave by usual check out time 11:00am (but not sure because I was never made aware at check in) I was woken up at 9:00am by the cleaning service. This alone is fine because I had not placed the tag on the door to not come in, but do you not think knowing that we are only here for one night, common sense would be to wait until after check out time, and then come clean the room KNOWING that we would be gone by then.
Overall my experience was not worth near $300.00, and I will not be back.
10 percent 'tourism fee' added to the bill, charged for parking (plus tourism fee added on top) when we were told by the staff that parking was free. Another 'eco' charge added to the bill. Don't trust the price you are quoted, you will end up paying 20 percent more. Staff would not remove the parking charge or the 10 percent upcharge on the bill. Food in the restaurants was of mediocre to low quality but was priced much higher....even a coffee from Starbucks was much higher priced than typical Starbucks. Left feeling like as a tourist they were happy to screw you every time you turned around.
Very poor service attitude. When we checked in, we waited in line for a long time before telling us that we were in the wrong place. Let us go to another line to queue! Because we booked online in advance, the little fat man asked me for his ID card and bank card and gave me the room card without saying anything. Then he found out that Kari had deducted an extra $150 before he knew he needed to pay a deposit. In addition, do not move things in the room, all kinds of extra charges! And the parking fee is 50, no free breakfast.
Great view from corner room. Great location, could see falls, everything was within walking distance.
We stayed at the Hilton Fallsview Hotel early June 2018. Weather was great! Hotel was nice, efficient, great location. Request a room 15 floors or higher if you paying for the view. Do not park there it s very expensive park next door at the parking garage. (Casino parking garage) room was very spacious good price for it. Had our own living room. Buffett breakfast was ok . Can get busy get there early.
Have stayed at this hotel many times. It's ok, and convenient if you are going to the casino, as it's attached via an indoor bridge. The pool and gym are currently closed for renovations, the sign says it won't be open until spring of 2018.
Love Hilton Hotels, rooms are spacious, clean great locations around the World. Good amenities. Another tip become a Hilton honors member great perks.
Hotel was great with Niagara fall view. The only reason i gave 4 star is because all of the rooms exclude microwaves, if you travel with baby or toddler and you want to heat up the kids food, you have to go to the caffetteria. Other than that hotel rooms are excellent, clean and service is wonderful.
Hotel room was nice, staff was not as friendly or helpful as expected at a Hilton. Food & staff at the Watermark restaurant were excellent. Room view was from the 30th floor and was excellent to see the American & Canadian falls.
Have stayed here many times. Never been disappointed. Clean rooms, good staff. Lots of amenities.
We stayed for a couple day excursion and was very impressed. The hotel itself was very nice even with the construction. The rooms clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks for an amazing trip.
Paid for US Falls View - got a view of Casino. Tourist fee is just ridiculous and a bit excessive. Breakfast buffet - nothing special at all; 2 doors down serve same food 3 times cheaper. Staff needs to be re-trained. Its all about $$$ to the staff. TV was super small and only 2 channels working.
Prior to leaving i would recommend triple checking your bill. I made mistake just glancing at it. And now i'm fighting tooth and nail for money back. We booked Niagara Tour and were told the taxes were already included in the quoted price, yet taxes were charged to my room.
I can go on, but I'm sure you get the point. Stay away.
We enjoyed our stay , clean rooms . helpful staff great options for restaurants and walking distance to the falls.
Amazing hotel! It would be great if they had another check in desk, because the lines are long for checking in. Parking was a struggle, we didnt know where to go. Hilton wants you to use the Valet, but definitely ask for self parking. Self parking is 10$ cheaper (CAD). The staff knew that I had a Tesla vehicle, so they were friendly and directed me to the vehicle Chargers. This is a Tesla Destination Charger, so Tesla drivers can charge here while on stay. There are 2 Tesla Wall connectors, both go to about 50mph. There is also 2 standard J1772 Chargers. One of them is Siemens and the other is Clipper Creek.
They recently got rid of the Pranzo Italian Restaurant as they are converting it into a new place. At the time of review, I wasn't able to visit the new place.
Watermark is beautiful, and stunning views. Was able to see Fireworks. North tower goes up to 50 floors, south goes to 30.
The hotel accommodates, service and food was to die for
We had an outstanding time, it exceeded our expectations by far. The watermark restaurant served up a great buffet breakfast, Brasa restaurant completely hit the spot. The staff was top notch, from the valet, bell hops, front desk, and up. Winning a few hundred at the casino was kust icing on the cake. But most of all the conversation with the door man was quite nice. I'll be back real soon.
Great atmosphere, everything is streamlined and the staff is nice. Room service was also top and provided pillows and blankets close to 1:00am. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering visiting Niagara
Room was nice, couldn't get a/c despite the weather being 20 degrees in March. Staff were pleasant.
Beautiful, comfy room with a great view of the falls. Excellent housekeeping. Super good value since we don't gamble. The Watermark restaurant was disappointing.
Came here for my birthday with my boyfriend an our friends engagement. unbelievable how bad the customer service was at the lobby. george thomas was terrible in trying to fix a solution from his colleague who made a mistake. customer service at burger king is better than this place.
hilton you should do some customer service training with your staff.
Very nice property. Our room was nice and but a little dated. Staff all super friendly and accommodating. Really liked watching football games in the Spyce bar on Sunday
the 25th floor ice machine is not working .the reception told me "you can go down 24 or go up 26 floor same position to get ice" my answer is what, then change to " ok, I will send someone to fix." so the rate is bad .I went to the ice machine next day .the answer is"no fix and it was broken up a long time. see pictures.
fantastic view from 37th floor, the room is clean and fresh. several minutes walk to Horseshoe. The 2 Queen beds room for CAD 450 after tax, I would like to say worth it, the only complain was the breakfast buffet, long lining up, the food was just OK and a little mess in eating area. I will come back for the hotel room with falls view, but not breakfast buffet any more.
Rooms didn't have much of a view, and was quite expensive. However, very conveniently located and Brasa steakhouse was spectacular.
We stayed in the King Suite with US and CAN falls view, with jacuzzi. 32 floor South Tower. Great views. TV controller did not work and there was no hot water one night... I guess front desk was busy, because we kept getting dial tone when we called. The location is great. Parking is pricey $50 a night. Take this into consideration before booking at this hotel.
Over priced for what you experience, I know it's a falls view and all but decor is outdated.also parking is inconvenient as they led us outside the hotel to park. Doesn't feel like a Hilton.
Room was clean , amazing view and great people . Wifi was tricky to connect to.
Beautiful place but noisy in the morning, must have been some construction going on or something. Also the addition of optional "Tourist Fees" on everything was greatly unappreciated.
Was here in 2000 with my family. Great scenery at night with the lights on at the Falls.
Extremely poor hotel with average staff. Overpriced room of miniscule size with bare amenities. Construction located at virtually every corner of the hotel (good that they are updating, bad that they still charge a premium for well below standard level hotels in a similar bracket). The fact that they advertised a pool and there was none to be found on campus due to renovations is not right. When they notify you after booking that the pool is out of service and an adjacent hotel is offering their pool to this hotels guest is barely acceptable but when they no longer allow you to use the other pool upon check-in... well that defeats the sole redeeming quality for this well below average sub par establishment. If I was able to give it a zero I would. The management would not budge even though I told the CSR Loveleen and the Manager Robert about my extreme disappointment with the status of the hotel and especially the lack of a pool and that I wanted to leave and cancel my visit. This is simply false advertising and they should be held accountable for their deception. If I booked a hotel and paid full price for all advertised amenities, then provide them or clearly state that it is not available. If you say it's available and it's not, then let the patron cancel and leave in peace and not upset and disgruntled.
Central location, yes.
Nice and updated, no.
Friendly staff, so so... they are following orders but there has to be accountability for the appearance and lack of amenities available as well as the false advertising.
Cost, extremely overpriced in comparison to other much better appointed competing hotels and I'm sure some motels.
Very disappointed with this franchise and I will update this review pending the outcome of the cancellation of the booking as well as the charges that occur as a result of such. Stay tuned...
White stains on both sofas in the room, looked liked was picked up from the junk yard last night. Red fingerprint stains on the bathroom door along with soda stains.
The room is horribly dated and the decor is falling apart.
Would not recommend anyone staying.
Best views in Canada. 59th flaw I'd the Hilton. Amazing.
I don't think I've ever waited this long for a check in before... Stabding in line for over 20 minutes now.
Absolutely insane!
Rooms were clean. Nothing spectacular, but a perfects serviceable room.
