We decided to have a short escape to Niagara Falls and booked 2 nights at Hilton. Upon arrival, a small unpleasant incident happened at check in, but I asked to share my feedback to a Manager who called me within minutes after I made a phone call to complain. George Thomas, Front Line Manager returned my call. I could feel his empathy, his active listening skills and his smile on the phone. You wont believe it, in seconds, he made it right!!!! My twins, husband and myself were pleased with his legendary service. My boys were sad when we were checking out - they said " mom,we are leaving this nice hotel !!!! It's " mesmerizing " when they speak about the view from Watermark restaurant. They were so happy with their stay in Hilton and the outstanding service Mr Thomas gave us. Folks, when you go to Niagara,please go to Hilton and ask to meet George. He is legendary, extremely polite and always smiling. George, Hilton is on our radar for our next trip to Niagara in Summer and all years to come......Indira
