Flew out for Houston to purchase a pre owned vehicle. Purchased a 2016 Escalade and on the way home started hearing a clicking noise so I brought it into a Cadillac dealership. It s been a month and the vehicle is still in the shop. The transmission, cams, lifters, starter is all bad. Hennessy Lexus sold me a lemon and told me I m on my own and couldn t do anything about it. The vehicle has yet to be resigisted through them as well. Be wary when purchasing pre owned vehicles through them. No warranty or any help in resolving this problem. Been without a vehicle and looking to lose 13,000 in manufacture by back.

If you expect any customer service when buying a car, then this is not the dealership you want to go. Earlier this week, I had finalized an ES 350 at this dealership. When I went to pick up the car, I was informed that the sales person who sold me the car had left for the day. I was quite surprised as I had informed him that I was coming in to pick up the car. Anyway, I was told that another person would complete the process for me. This new person was extremely rude and spoke to me as though she were doing me a favor. She had no basic customer service etiquette at all she just placed the car keys on the table in front of me and asked for the check. I had some basic questions about the car/documentation/maintenance/servicing etc which she did not answer at all, but just walked away and then came back and placed a booklet on the table. I was taken aback as this is not how you treat a new customer.

Anyway, since I was excited about getting my new car, I did not think much of it. I then asked her if someone could walk me through the electronics in the car to which she said I would have to come back the next day for that. I explained to her that it was not possible for me to come back, as I had had a minor motorcycle accident the previous day and couldn t walk without the help of crutches and was still in pain. She was indifferent and said I would just have to come back the next day. I again requested her to check if there was anyone who could help me, to which she said that the electronics specialist at the dealership was on vacation.

I was shocked that there was not one single person in the entire dealership who could help a new customer! Moreover, it was the lady s attitude that left me speechless! I requested her once more to please check with a manager one last time as I was really not in a position to come back the next day due to my accident injury. To my amazement, she said empathically THE MANAGER DOES NOT HAVE THE TIME FOR THIS

That made me wonder - if this is the way I am being treated at the time of buying the car, how will I be treated when I come back for any car servicing/maintenance?

The lady s attitude really put me off. No one needs an unpleasant experience when buying a car. I canceled the deal and strongly suggest you explore other dealerships before going to this one.

Not going to throw anyone under the bus. But what an awful salesman, I asked to testdrive a car and was told. I was looking too far out in the future. He stated he was commission and his time off the floor took away from sales....the sales floor was empty....Thats ok i realize i am Asian and i look like a 25 year old (I am 31). Nothing like being profiled at the dealer....The Nalley dealer let me test drive the car btw, I guess they werent as busy...

My Lexus rep, Lou Melikian, was cordial, professional, and made sure I was extremely pleased with my new Lexus purchase. While I am sure everyone on the sales staff is equally attentive, I found Lou to be a down to earth, straight-shooter who inspired my confidence in my purchase.
I will definitely call upon Lou for my next Lexus automobile.

Contacted this location on 06/02/2020 and inquire about the oil change and wheel alignment. I was told it would take about and hour and half. I made an appointment for 10:30 on 06/06/2020. Arrived at the location at 10:05 am. After about 10 mins I was checked in and was told it would take 1.5 hrs and everything would be ready by 12:00 pm. At 12:20 pm I was told it would take another hour or so because they are under staffed today.
I did ask for the manager and was told there is no manager on duty. The Caucasian lady working on the service desk is supposedly managing the team. When I asked why I was misinformed on the time multiple times, there were plenty of excuses like COVID19, Saturday, people call in sick etc. Overall it's one of the worse experience I ever have at any dealership. Biggest surprise is multi million dollar dealership is operating without any reasonable person or person that can manage this chaos.

If you don't have anything good to do on the weekend, bring your vehicle here for an oil change and spend 4 hrs sitting around enjoying the nice building.

After seeing a 14'ES 350 priced under $11k on Hennessey Lexus website for sale.When I get there they refuse to sell it for the price advertised. Salesman Tom Campbell didn't even want to talk to me when i showed him the car that i was interested via my phone.Saying the price was a mistake as he walked away. After speaking with the manager Mark Mrozak he refused as well.Good thing i was able to print the ad so that a proper complaint can be filed. They even have cars listed that aren't even on the lot.Even vending machines have marked prices. Their are laws against this kind of thing. If had purchased a car from them we all know you have to sign a ton of paperwork with the buyer agreeing to make payments on a certain date among other things.

My Service Advisor (Brad) was very thorough. He took notes as I explained the issues I was having and made sure he understood what I was saying. The work was done quickly and professionally. The waiting room is extremely comfortable. I sipped coffe and played on my phone while I waited (coffee, tea and snacks provided by Hennessey). They took great care of me and gave my car back cleaner than they received it. What a lovely experience!

I don't normally write reviews, but this time it is warranted. I recently discovered that my lug nut key was stripped. Not a good place to be if you happen to get a flat tire. I drove to Hennessy Lexus on Peachtree Industrial. I went to the parts department and spoke with a young fellow by the name of Phil. I asked him if I could buy a new key, borrow a key, or if someone would be willing to just loosen the locked lug nuts so I could replace with regular ones. Phil came outside with me with a box of keys, helped me loosen two of them, dug broken pieces of metal out of one, took my car around back and got one of the technicians to loosen the other two, and was back in less than 5 minutes. From start to finish, the whole process took less than 10 minutes. He could have just as easily told me I would need to leave my car until someone could fix my problem, but he used intelligence and common sense and made a real impression on me. I have never been more impressed than by the level of customer services that Phil displayed. As a business owner and a consumer, there is no replacement for superior customer service. If this is how Hennessy trains their folks, you bet I'm on board as a customer. Thanks Phil.

Updated August 2020: HEATHER RELLINGER is seriously a super star! Two years into my lease with my 2018 Rx350, I got a new job where my daily work commute was 180 miles round trip and the lease was not working out for my transportation needs anymore due to the mileage limitation every single lease has. This wasn t something anybody could have predicted going into a lease so I reached out to Heather for help as I remembered how helpful and caring she was when I originally got the vehicle from her. She immediately started looking for ways to help me by running ideas of different routes I could take for lease end options to make sure I am making the best decision for my situation. After all options considered (buying out the lease now, buying it later, trading it in for a new purchase) I ended up trading in my 2018 Rx350 for a brand new 2020 NX300h as a purchase so no mileage limitations anymore! As most people who has leased before know, getting out of a lease is not an easy task but Heather made the process so easy for me and got me into a beautiful car that had all the same safety and features as my previous car and then some! (Apple CarPlay in the 2020 models is dah best!!!). The best thing yet? My car payments are pretty much the SAME as the lease before so I m absolutely satisfied and thankful for Heather s hard work and will continue to be a loyal Hennessy Lexus customer!

August 2018:I have been a loyal Lexus fan for years and have been getting my older Lexus serviced by Hennessy since I moved to Atlanta 4 years ago. The service is always on point. Michael Williams is a fabulous service representative who recommended Heather to me when I told him I was interested in trading in my older Rx400h for a new Rx350. Heather was extremely patient and honest and such a pleasure to work with! This is my first time car lease and Heather took the time to explain everything that I needed to know about how a lease works. She was also very accessible and communicative throughout the whole process and really went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable about my decision. She even took the time to set all my favorite radio stations and connect my phone to my new car to ensure I am getting the full experience and taking advantage of all the new technology that the newer models have! She is the definition of what you would expect to experience from Lexus: amazing.

I will not be returning to this location for servi...

I will not be returning to this location for service repair or maintenance. I can deal with the usual wait but the customer service is terrible.

If you plan to take your Lexus in for a repair, an appointment wont matter, you'll still have to wait. It turned out my car needed a major repair to the brake actuator. This stuff happens (the only reason why I couldn't take it to another shop is because the actuator is on a module and only the Lexus dealership can program the parts on modules, I literally had no other option), but I have to deal with it and pay. I had expectations of having my car fixed within the timeframe the service representative provided, 3 days.

Day 3 arrives and I have received no calls for updates. I as the customer had to follow up and find out that there was a misdiagnosis and that the car will need another part that costs even more money, plus the car will not be done.

The misdiagnosis is frustrating because I brought my car to the dealership where the best of the best techs should be to work on Lexus specifically and not some local shop with a four chair waiting room and a broken vending machine. That's how the service I received felt like.

The next two days were similar where I as the customer had to call and check up on my car each morning and being told the car would be finished that day.

Okay, if you tell me the car will be done that day, I am going to plan accordingly and move my personal schedule where my potential opportunity cost could have been maximized elsewhere, but instead it is wasted three days in a row.

Overall, I will gladly drive an extra 20-30 minutes to another Lexus dealership. I should not have to jump through hoops to get updates on my car especially when I have to pay thousands in repairs. For those reading, you have been warned.

We had a great car buying experience with Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. Heather made our experience informative, efficient, and easy. I was concerned about potential exposure, but Heather spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me prior to test driving vehicles explaining the various safety precautions that Lexus and the dealership were taking to make it safe for their customers. She put me totally at ease and the car buying experience was completely fantastic from there. I couldn't recommend Heather more.

I ve been here on several occasions and the level of service is spectacular. It s why I picked the Lexus brand and I would expect anything less. From check in to check out I am always well taken care of. Everything is always explained to me and communication is clear/concise. Jorge is an absolute gem as well as Darius Boyd. I would wholeheartedly recommended their service department to anyone needing service on their Lexus!

Worst car buying experience we ve ever had. Active duty military with excellent credit. Walked in pre-approved for our USAA loan for a used 2020 4runner. After test driving the vehicle and wanting to purchase, we were made to feel like they did not want to sell us the vehicle as the process was very inefficient and was capped off by them pressuring us to use their financing if we wanted the vehicle. They lost a sure sale, my wife was heartbroken as she really wanted the vehicle. Amateur feel for process and felt underwhelmed as a customer.

Let's just say, my experience at this dealership was less than stellar. In matter of fact, my entire time at this dealership was as long as the run time to Christopher Nolan's 2014 film "interstellar" was. I waiting for a salesperson to talk for over 2 hours and a half. Taking matters in my own hands, I talked to the receptionist and had to wait what felt like a lifetime to get someone to tell to just go find the car in the lot. Feeling a rush of subpar
emotions, I decided I had wasted enough of my day and made my way home while contemplating the time loss that I will never get back. On the plus side they did have the requested car in stock, so that was pretty cool.

I had been looking for my dream car ES350 for over 9 months. Mr. King along with several other salesman at other dealerships were very nice while helping me through this process. Mr. King called me on Dec. 9th, 2014 about the perfect car that had just come in that day, a 2013. I was leaving in 2 days to go to a funeral so I wanted to see it before I left. I lived about an hour away so going there after work I would never see the car during the day unless it was on the weekend. Mr. King assured me the car was like new, he showed me a clean car fax but funny he didn't let me keep the carfax. I saw the car and drove it and it was great but I still wanted to see it during the day to see the flaws. Well Mr. King didn't want me to miss out on this deal. Well I was rushed and this was my fault into getting this car the next day and I was able to see it like 15 min before it was dark. Well I got the car 1 day after it was brought in and never thought about the time it should take for them to properly do the 160 pt check. Well the 1st day actually driving the car after it sat over the weekend the tire pressure light came on. I called Mr. King and he said it was due to the cold weather and to add air. Well I had been adding air every week. I also noticed a wind noise in the driver side window, the seat belt was twisted, the tint that was on the car was horrible to see out of because of bubbles and the windshield wipers didn't clean anything off the windshield. Well I had been calling Mr. King and his answer was now, make an appt with the service dept. I did thinking all of this would be fixed because evidently none of this was looked at during the 160 pt check they so call did. Well my 1st experience with service was not good at all. Mr King was not nearly as helpful anymore and Ray in the service dept was polite but didn't do a thing for me and wasn't apologetic at all. 1st of all I waited for 1 hour before I went to the cashier and she realized they hadn't even sent anything to a serviceman that I was there waiting. They ended up telling me no one heard the wind noise and didn't even offer to just change the rubber around the door anyway. I had to buy a new tire because they said it had a piece of metal in it $225 (this could not be verified) and I didn't have road hazard on the tires, I had to pay for the new windshield wipers $20 and they wouldn't replace the tint, they just had it removed and that was poorly done. I didn't think that any of this should have been my responsibility purchasing a Certified Lexus. They cleaned this car up before they sold it to me but clearly didn't do anything else to it, no way the 160 pt check could have been completed in an 8 hour day. They kept my car from a Friday to a Wed to basically do nothing but thanks for at least suppling me with a loaner! The next day I took it to Lexus South and the customer service was AMAZING! They did the rest of the work for free and just to see I asked about the other work and they said they would do it for free before I told them it was already done. I just wanted to see if they would have done it because I told them I had just purchased the car. I thought taking it back to where I got it from they would want to please the customer. It's like once you purchase the car they don't care after that. While sitting at Lexus South I spoke about the situation and 2 other customers there also had bad experiences at the that dealership. One person actually said "they are crooks and don't know how they are still in business". I will take Great customer service any day over the bottle water with "Lexus" on it because that basically is the only thing I got from Hennessy Lexus. I will never buy another car from Hennessey and will never refer anyone there. I sure hope I don't have anymore problems from this car because I love it but it seems so weird that all the issues were all on the same side. I sure hope this car wasn't in an accident.

Don Bonura please don't leave! I walked in on a whim asking to see several models with no intention of buying. This was going to be my first big girl car so I needed sufficient time and resource to commit to something so grandeur. Don was absolutely the nicest salesperson I have ever met. He was extremely patient and allowed me to tether and explore all my options. I was instantly compelled to buy because of how great and informative he was. I left that Saturday with a heavy task on hand to sell my current car and use that as a down payment towards my new purchase all before Tuesday which would have been Don's last day. I came back the following Monday with all intentions to purchase an IS250 which changed drastically to an IS350 after driving and comparing the two all over again. Now usually car salesmen would want you to opt for the more expensive approach, not Mr. Bonura. He analyzed my driving style and gave me his honest opinion that there was no need to go up. That revealed his intentions to me that he care not what he would make from my purchase but that it would be suitable for my needs and be a purchase I would not regret. I ended up going with the IS350 anyways but by my own recognizance. Now if rushing to buy a car because of a certain salesperson leaving doesn't depict the satisfaction and the level of customer service that Hennessy Lexus offers...I don't know what else will. This is a beautiful facility with absolutely the nicest people working and it is evident that they are happy to be there. I dreaded going to finance due to past experiences but Mike was extremely nice and helpful. His 25 years of experience provided with insight that would protect my new investment. I highly recommend Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta and I would recommend friends and strangers to go to them because of how I would vouch for this great experience.

I just want to say that I am in the business. Paul Kiplinger is fantastic and goes out of his way to assist me in any way. I ve been on the market for a while for a GX. Given COVID-19, we ve been trying to find one that fits our needs. Inventory is super, super short. We are still on the search for our GX but I felt like I needed to give him a shout-out because he tells it like it is and is very professional.

Our salesman, David Attal was very personable and his knowledge of the car and its features was a huge factor in our purchase today. Bought a used Toyota Sequoia from Hennessy. Very pleased with the vehicle and transaction. Salesman was Larry Bassett who was very professional and extremely courteous. Did 95% of the transaction over the phone which was unusual but easy. Tom Kim (finance guy) was the best I ve ever dealt with. He was straight forward and to the point which I really appreciate. I would purchase another vehicle from them.

Hennessy Lexus has unmatched and unbeatable customer service. If you are in the market for a new Lexus, Heather Rellinger is your girl. She is amazing. Not only was she able to work with me (both in-person and remotely) to find the exact car I was looking for, she made the car buying process smooth and painless. I don't think I ever waited more than 5 minutes for a text or call back from Heather whenever I had a question. Since car buying is one of the most stressful processes to go through (for me), the fact that I just had to show up to pick up my car was a huge win. She even took time out of her busy day to program my phone and all of the other remote features so I was set up as soon as I drove off the lot. Definitely a customer for life. Thank you, Heather!

I was in between a rock and a hard place after I took my car for an oil change at a local express lube shop. They informed me my oil pan was stripped and that it was the fault of my previous servicing (Lexus), however, Lexus advised the opposite. After bringing my vehicle in I met with Jorge, whom during the duration of the service was fantastic. Jorge more than exemplifies the necessary traits to be successful in a customer service environment. He did everything he could to ensure I had a positive experience by constantly communicating and spending time walking through everything with me. This dedication goes along way for me and shows he and the rest of the Lexus team want to build a long term relationship. On top of this Kenny went above and beyond and helped me financially on this service, which was greatly appreciated. I will most certainly be back for my next service with Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta

I have mixed emotions..The customer service I rece...

I have mixed emotions..The customer service I received from Eddie was outstanding. He helped secure financing, held the car until I got there, and met me at the Marta station. What I was not impressed with was the quality of the vehicle I received. I was informed that the vehicle went through all of these checks to make sure it was a good vehicle with no issues and then 48hrs after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. I reached back out to the dealership and received very little assistance. None with fixing the issue of the check engine light or even trying to find the problem. Now I sit in the Infiniti dealership as I write this paying $200 for them to even diagnose the issue after I already put 7k down on the vehicle. Who knows how much this will cost me. Please be cautious when buying used vehicles from this dealer.

Update: Just to update it appears the catalytic converter was bad on the vehicle which the part alone will cost around $2,000. No one offered to look at the car for me and yes it s not feasible or safe for me to drive my car with a check engine light from VA to Atlanta. Did you offer for someone here to look at it and you cover the charge to fix it? NO! But in my opinion it should have been THOROUGHLY checked before the vehicle was sold in which I asked Eddie if it was. I have the text messages still where I texted Eddie 48hrs after purchasing the car about these issues with the car and the check engine light. As I mentioned PLEASE be careful when purchasing a used car from them. They obviously are not fully checking them before sales!

I have been a customer at Hennessey Lexus for over 20 years and I just bought my 4th Lexus. My salesperson for this latest purchase was Chip Whatley and he is FANTASTIC! He was very responsive from my first call and everything went according to clockwork. I spent a total of two hours deciding on a car, an hour with the actual process, and then two hours with Chip showing me all of the features of my new car. He LISTENED and advised me on what fit my objectives the best. I look forward to buying my 5th Lexus from him in four years.

Beautiful sprawling facility with new previously own Lexus. The salesman's a thorough and Their sales techniques are not pressuring. The service department is great. Relax in luxury while waiting on your car. They bost several rooms and private office spaces while you're waiting, so that your business day don't stop. Don't worry about snacks they have a plenty and smiling faces to assist you with all your mechanical car needs. Some services Compatible with that of discount service places, For example I pay $60 for an oil change and $55 at Walmart. But Walmart does not make me feel as I do at Hennessy Lexus.

Was scheduled to come at 3:30 to sign and finalize...

Was scheduled to come at 3:30 to sign and finalize the deal on a preowned with Eddie Cushing, only to find out upon arrival that the car had been SOLD earlier in the day by Patrick Jolley, the manager. Expressed my disbelief and dissatisfaction and comes out the department manager, Mike Champion, only to be told in essence that it's "first come first serve," when I had made my intentions clear and submitted a loan application through their website two days prior--which apparently isn't enough. Even offered to put down a deposit to which they said they do not take deposits. And the person that they "committed" to basically sent them a copy of a check with which he intends to use to pay for the car and HAD NOT yet come to the dealership.

So the old school used-car salesman tactics are alive and well at Hennessy.

And if the FACE OF LEXUS is in Eddie Cushing, Patrick Jolley, and Mike Champion, I will never step back into a Lexus dealership ever again.

Horrible, horrible experience, and will be contacting Lexus directly with printouts of the text messaging conversion which clearly shows intent to purchase, along with appointment to finalize the sale. Will also be uploading it all on Youtube, so that folks will know how these people operate.

Just leased my third RX 350 from Hennessey and worked with Chip Whatley for the third time. I may never buy a car from anyone else. Straight forward on pricing and all of the details. When you get to the paperwork everything is exactly they way it was discussed in the sales office - if you've bought a car from some other dealer you may have had the experience of the numbers mysteriously changing when you get to finance office to sign everything. That does not happen with Hennessey and Chip. We were able to get most of the paperwork prepared in advance by email and phone and all I had to do was walk in, sign the paper work and drive out. Easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had.

We rated this dealership as truly outstanding because of the service that we received from Chip Whatley. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient, understanding and really listened to our wants and needs. He was not pushy and was truly interested in providing us with the car that we desired. Before we arrived, he had already done the research on the car that we were interested in purchasing as well as the pricing and trade in value of our existing car. When we arrived, he was well prepared and the car was waiting for our review and test drive. He wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the car and all the specifics as well as the price. He spent the entire morning and part of the afternoon with us going over every detail and answering all our questions. After purchasing our new vehicle, he then spent a great deal of time going over all the manuals of the car as well as the programming of the electronics. We will definitely recommend Chris to family and friends and will return to him for our next purchase.

The mark of a truly classy business is how you are treated AFTER the sale. My LS400 is 15 yrs old and I still get excellent service and attention from Hennessy's service department. Prices are reasonable for luxury cars and they appear to be honest and reasonable when items need fixing or replacing. I don't think you will find a better luxury car dealership in Georgia.

I just the left this dealership and my experience with them was HORRIBLE!!!! They had a used 2005 Chevy Tahoe listed for sale at $6,000. I sent a wire for $7,000 (taxes&tag fees) two days before I was to pick up the vehicle. My salesman (Derrick) knew I was on the way and I arrived at the dealership at 1:26 after a 50 minute drive (in an Uber) from Henry County. You would think that this would be an in and out deal whereas the vehicle was already paid for wouldn t you? Nope! My paperwork wasn t ready and I had to wait and wait and wait until after an hour...I ultimately left!!! I stressed to my salesman that I had to go and although he communicated this to his managers...not one came over to talk to me. I even suggested letting me leave in the vehicle as I provided them with proof of insurance but they wouldn t even do that. I was planning on buying this Tahoe for my kid brother but I guess I ll have to look elsewhere. Hopefully they will send my check without me having to get my attorneys involved. If you are looking for a dealership that respects your time...keep looking.

I went in for a service call on my car. When I walked in, front desk lady was very rude, I don't know if she was having a bad day or what. But the service I was getting from the lady was just ridiculous. I asked her for a simple request which was to give me a call when the advisor gets to the spot to take care of me and I did not wanted to wait for advisor to get to their desk when they were out for lunch. Advisor and everyone was fine but the front desk was very rude and unprofessional.

I walked in last week not sure exactly what I want...

I walked in last week not sure exactly what I wanted, with my budget, and looking at pre-owned. I got paired with Hank Stover and am very thankful at that. We found one that seemed in line with my needs and budget, test drove, etc. Hank also was knowledgeable enough to look at and assess the brake and tire life and helping me to understand what the lifespan might be. Shout out to Carter in finance, who worked with me for a very good loan %. I left feeling pretty happy with my purchase. However, the next 48 hours the car had other plans for my life...I went from really liking the car to never wanting to buy that brand again (it was not Lexus) given all that was going wrong with the car, the kicker being a bolt in the tire among everything else. Hank was incredibly empathetic and helpful, and worked with me straight away to make sure I left with a vehicle that met my needs and with me as a happy customer. He went the extra mile, and I honestly felt as though he and the dealership would work to make things right for me. In the past I have dreaded buying cars and dealing with salespeople but this experience was incredibly positive despite the hiccup with the initial purchase.

Recently renovated with new lounge and office area...

Recently renovated with new lounge and office areas and some cool tech like imagers during drive in that checks alignment and takes 360 degree pics of car. Service is good and while slow to react they will do everything possible to make you happy. Quality of car repairs is so-so as ive had my tires changed and brakes changed and I've had issues with rima being scratched and breakers needing re-done.
Located right off highway, always has loaner cars, send notifications via emails, and hrs of operation are good for those of us who work as open extra early and close extra late. They will also honor coupons from competitors.

Would have given them 3 stars but they have fixed the issues I've had for free, they could also be an easy 5 stars if they didn't screw up my car multiple times.

Went there to get a pre 120 point inspection on a lexus i was planning on purchasing. They told me i needed new brakes, new battery, and alternator. Lets just say 35000 miles later my lexus is running in pristine condition. never repaced any of those items. Now i take my lexus to a personal mechinac that is very honest. do not take your lexus to hennessey. They are very dishonest.

I had a Lexus vehicle for several years up till a year and a half ago and received excellent customer service every single time from this dealership. I felt valued and pampered as a customer. In fact, the Gwinnett branch was closer to where I lived but I always went to the Peachtree Industrial location based on the quality of service I always received. Guess I took it for granted as I decided to try something new when it came to changing my vehicle and went with Mercedes. The Mercedes dealership (and vehicle) cannot hold a candle to Lexus and this dealership. They nickel and dime you for everything and have no concept of what excellent customer service looks like. Wish I could come back to Lexus but may have to stick it out at least for another year.

I am 76 years old and have "NEVER" had a "BETTER" car buying experience than I had with Mike Keitchens at Hennessy Lexus. He sent me information as requested, was patient, friendly and answered all my questions.
I live in Greenville SC. my wife has Parkinsons and does not travel well, Mike arranged to have the car delivered to my front door at no charge so my wife would not have be stressed to make the purchase.
This was how buying a new car should be and it was, if you want no pressure, informative information and the best experience in car buying call Mike.
To make a long story short, I'll only buy from Hennessey in the future if I live long enough to purchase again (lol).

Came here to purchase a vehicle for my wife as hers broke down.
Found a gx470 that we liked and made the deal before purchasing the car the sales person said it would be washed and vacuumed. cars wash started at 12pm and it was ready at 4pm after paying for the car we went outside to check it out and found litteral dirt and hair in the car we talked to the manager he said he would get it washed again we waited about 30 minutes for it to be "washed" when he brought it back the car looked exactly the same. the sales persons name was king and he was very rude about it. not something i would expect from a lexus dealership and was very disappointed i have dealt with this dealer before and it was an amazing experience not sure what has changed.

Its too sad that an almost great sales experience was ruined by the poor customer treatment meted by Jay, the sales manager. Frank did a great job of bringing me into the store and worked on a deal that was quite acceptable to us. But after closing all negotiations and verbal agreements, Jay brought in quite a bit of hurdles in his own path. He made unacceptable demands in relation to a trade, and almost insinuated that it is a crime to buy a vehicle in GA if you recently moved from FL. I visited two other dealerships with the same set of paperworks, and none of them made any such demands. It is sad when you represent a world class brand like Lexus, and you make your customer experience worst than a used car dealership. Very sad.

I went there 2 times to get a printed estimates so that i can talk to my insurance but I wasn t given printed paper but somebody with a pen wrote labor charges on the printout I got from parts department... I came home and I did total and somehow worked on it ... I am using lexus cars for years and first time I felt like I am not at lexus dealership .. I am sorry

We had an amazing experience at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. They are handling COVID-19 very well, with temperature checks and hand sanitizer everywhere. Kevin was extremely helpful, straightforward, and friendly and guided us to find our perfect vehicle at a fair price, and Lance was very patient and informative in handling our financial paperwork. In a single afternoon, we were able to view three different cars, go for a test drive, work out the contract, and sign our lease. We ended up staying long after opening hours, yet everyone remained very helpful and friendly. Thanks again Hennessy Lexus! We drove away very happy.

Just leased my second Lexus in 12 months and again...

Just leased my second Lexus in 12 months and again for a second time gave Hennessy Lexus in Doraville a chance with terrible service. The salesperson basically would not even quote as he said he would only give me prices once I showed him a quote from another dealership. At this point I wanted to give Hennessy Lexus a chance and not called any other dealership. Anyway for a second time Nalley Lexus came through with flying colors. Never in my life been to the dealership personally and getting my second Lexus delivered as I type this review. I will not name the salesperson that was down right of no help and apparently did not need any more business and am hoping he provides others with better service. Good Luck!
