This company is fraudulently charging my debit card for an unauthorized amount. I have no idea who they are and how they got my card number.

I have been fraudulently charged $500 by this company. I have never heard of of them or done business with them.

Crooks!!!! Where is the #surgeon general on this !!

Recieved letter on 12-20-2019 informing me that I was entitled to a return of funds after my vehicle was auctioned.Called and was told to call back in 90 days..and then was told 120 days.It has now been 150 days and still no check.I only get the run around.I get sent to a Jeremy Wilson who never answers the phone or returns my call.How is it okay for them to hold my money for so long...This company is a joke.period.....

I have had no experience with these people. I have no idea who they are. I did not know there was an Alpharetta GA. They did however attempt to take $100.00 out of my account without my knowledge.

5/27/20 know IT'S 11/19/20 still haven't got my check it's passed 120 day's just want my check!!!!

Worst company ever do not do any business with them!!! Please protect yourself!!!

I got an SMS message from them referencing a "Loan Max" payment due in a couple of days. I never heard of either company, and when I called Loan Max, they had no account for me. I think they're scamming whomever falls for their tricks. I tried calling Select Management Resources in GA but when I tried to speak to a customer service rep, I got a recording saying that due to a system problem, no one could take my call and to try again later. What a bunch of unethical scammers.

Annette and Irene seem to have a problem with people of color including their co workers.

They charge my debit card, I don t even know this company ! Total fraud !!!!!!!!!!!!!

VA resident. I got a letter on 6/8/2020 saying I was owed money on the car they auctioned. They told me 30-45 days to "PROCESS". I call after the 45 days and its still "PROCESSING". They tell me wait 120 days....I call after Oct 30 and they say its "STILL PROCESSING". The manager gives me the run around whenever I talk to her.... its now Nov 6 and when I called now I'm not getting an answer.... what the hell is up with this company??? I just don't understand if they sold my car and they have the money why can't I get it and what has to "PROCESS"???

SMR is the collections department of various title loan companies... New location but very proficient, consistent, and reliable! "Make your payments or expect a call!"

Made last payment and askes,for my title, then they say i have to pay $1.78 for intersest from april 17, - april 18,...the payment due on april 17. ...anyhow, paid thru w.u. both times and i ask for my title and they say i have to wait until it posts. Wich,minimum they say is 24 wait time to post. So, if it takes minimum 24 hours i shouldnt of got charged that interest bc they automatically put on another 24 hours even tho w.u. is immediately avail.. I was forced to pay or not get my title. Or pay with my card and there will be a hold on something..the lady didnt,say why.i want my title and my money back. And for everyday they dont give it to me, im charging $50. Poor customer service at rockport location..im sendinh copies of all,my texts from them to bbb and,my lawyer.

Owes me money with a promise to pay in 90 days which was Oct 23 2018. We are now around 120 days and still no check. Giving the run around when I call and inquire. Have left several messages for a gretchen and one other supervisor and not one person has enough respect or common knowledge of business practices to return a damn phone call. Very poor business practices.
