I have mixed emotions..The customer service I received from Eddie was outstanding. He helped secure financing, held the car until I got there, and met me at the Marta station. What I was not impressed with was the quality of the vehicle I received. I was informed that the vehicle went through all of these checks to make sure it was a good vehicle with no issues and then 48hrs after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. I reached back out to the dealership and received very little assistance. None with fixing the issue of the check engine light or even trying to find the problem. Now I sit in the Infiniti dealership as I write this paying $200 for them to even diagnose the issue after I already put 7k down on the vehicle. Who knows how much this will cost me. Please be cautious when buying used vehicles from this dealer.
Update: Just to update it appears the catalytic converter was bad on the vehicle which the part alone will cost around $2,000. No one offered to look at the car for me and yes it s not feasible or safe for me to drive my car with a check engine light from VA to Atlanta. Did you offer for someone here to look at it and you cover the charge to fix it? NO! But in my opinion it should have been THOROUGHLY checked before the vehicle was sold in which I asked Eddie if it was. I have the text messages still where I texted Eddie 48hrs after purchasing the car about these issues with the car and the check engine light. As I mentioned PLEASE be careful when purchasing a used car from them. They obviously are not fully checking them before sales!
