I was in between a rock and a hard place after I took my car for an oil change at a local express lube shop. They informed me my oil pan was stripped and that it was the fault of my previous servicing (Lexus), however, Lexus advised the opposite. After bringing my vehicle in I met with Jorge, whom during the duration of the service was fantastic. Jorge more than exemplifies the necessary traits to be successful in a customer service environment. He did everything he could to ensure I had a positive experience by constantly communicating and spending time walking through everything with me. This dedication goes along way for me and shows he and the rest of the Lexus team want to build a long term relationship. On top of this Kenny went above and beyond and helped me financially on this service, which was greatly appreciated. I will most certainly be back for my next service with Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta
