My sales person was Lena and finance manager was Tony Hansford. He was quick and super friendly. I drove all the way from Georgia because I asked Lena to find the perfect car for me and my two baby girls and she did in one day. I drove right up and finished the paperwork the next day. Everyone was superrrrr friendly there. The dealership was pretty awesome, too. Free popcorn.. Hotdogs and hamburgers every Saturday. Too bad we live in Atlanta. Haha. Lena is a really good person. Always honest and easy to get along with. A super hard worker and always trying to make people happy. Of course I'd recommend her and Tony. And I would definitely recommend Hendrick Honda in Charlotte to anyone local or long distance. They were great and well worth the drive. Thanks guys!

I have been going to Hendrick Honda since I moved to Charlotte three years ago. They take such great care of me I won't go anywhere else! Jeffery Smith has helped me repeatedly when I have gotten my car serviced. Jeffery is awesome! He always takes the extra time to explain what is going on with my car and really listens to me. Their collision center is also excellent! Joe Faircloth has helped the two times I've had to visit the collision center and he is patient and understanding! Poor Joe even had to listen to me cry over the phone! I love Hendrick Honda because everyone is so friendly, I see the same people, they are genuine, and most importantly I trust them!

This is a disheartening review to leave, but it happened, and something people should know about Hendrick Honda. I recently emailed the sales team about a limited edition Civic Type R. A very low production volume run, very expensive car. After several emails with different members of the sales team all confirming they have one of the limited edition type r's. I finally got someone to respond to my request for pricing. As with the normal Civic Type R, I expect this car will come with a heavy mark up, but without pricing on their website, I needed to get that info from the dealership directly. I received an email from Sandy Aycoth in sales. She notified me that they had the car and that it had a lot of interest. When I asked what the price, plus any dealer mark up was, she responded that the dealership is "not giving the price out." She then said that I should come in and see it, and that is has a lot of interest. I'm not local to NC, nor am I local to a dealership that has one for sale, so I called Sandy. Within seconds of me asking what the price was, and why its not being released, Sandy told me that the manager of the dealership wants the car to go to someone who has worked hard for it, and who has earned it, and that it wouldn't be sold to anyone not local. I immediately questioned how she decided that I hadn't worked hard enough, or earned an opportunity to purchase the most expensive Honda Civic ever produced. Sandy tried to back track and tell me thats not what she meant and the manager was in a meeting currently and that she could call me back when she knew more. However I told her that I felt discriminated against, on baseless accusations that I had not "worked hard enough", and that I had not "earned it". I told her I would be ending our discussion and not pursing that vehicle at their dealership.

Since when does Sandy or the management at this dealership, get to decide who has worked hard enough, and who has earned the right to hand over a large sum of money for a car, that the dealership had no influence in creating??? Why does Sandy get to tell me that Im not qualified?

This has been, and will be my only experience with Hendrick Honda. Based on this experience alone, I'd avoid Sandy and the entire dealership.

I purchased a 2008 Cadillac Escalade on 3/4/2014. The vehicle was in very good condition and low miles. My salesman Corey Reynolds was very knowledgeable and professional. There was slight hiccup with the financing but the Hendrick Honda team came thru and made it right. Very pleasurable experience and I will be buying more cars from them in the future.

I love Hendrick Honda! The staff really know how to accommodate during the tedium of car buying. Tony and Joseph were top notch all the way! I had an idea of what I wanted and they had no problems helping me determine a perfect fit, meanwhile practical and financially affordable, for me and my two sons! I had a few necessary wait times, but not without sipping yummy earl gray tea from the break room ;) Thanks again guys and to everyone with their warm smiles and helpful demeanor!

Hi, I have been taking my car to Hendrick Honda on South Blvd for years and love the service I receive each time I go. When I usually take my car in for maintenance i would just drive in and anyone of the Service Advisors would assist me. A couple of months ago I met Andrea Bedoya-Perez and she is truly wonderful and is a very knowledgeable and always has a smile to greet you. I highly recommend her to anyone because she cares and explains so you can fully understand what your car needs. On 01/02/2019 I was greeted by Ronnie Russell aka "Double R". Upon walking into the car dealership Ronnie's spirit and amazing customer service skills came shining through immediately. He made me feel comfortable from the first moment we meet. I shared my expectation of what I was looking for and the budget I wanted to stay within. At first I thought my expectations were unrealistic, but let me tell you...Ronnie brought ALL of my expectations to fruition. Not only did he find the vehicle I was looking for, that was within my budget; he found the perfect vehicle that was WAY BELOW my budget. After visiting several Honda dealerships from surrounding areas, "Double R" was the only sales person that went above and beyond his duties, to ensure he satisfied my expectation as a customer. I was extremely satisfied with his service, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is searching for a vehicle.

I been with Hendrick Honda for 6 years by far this is the worse it's been. I always had great standards with Hendrick Honda. Always paid my car on time. Last year I switched my car to a bigger vehicle well long story short they forgot to send my paperwork over to financial services. I called and called even went there nothing was in my file, the guy that did my paperwork his girlfriend was working downtown when all that stuff was happening and she was on lockdown.. then my husband switched his vehicle, then the lady that is over everything her father passed away. So with everything they forgot our paperwork for 3 months. So we got the payments in mail but now after every month for a year they called us wanting to know what was going on but they took our cars at 6am on a Saturday in front of our 4 kids and I had to go to work. We already did maintenance on cars and gave car payments so we was without for a long time. Put us in a whole we had to get something to drive so we got behind on everything couldn't even get groceries we had to ask for help. No one has listened to us. If it wasent for them not doing there job when they were suppose too then we wouldn't be in this position. I will never ever recommend anyone to come here they will forget about Ur paperwork. They messed with our credit cores now. It's all BS!

Responding back:: thank you for responding but your not understanding my situation. We have made our payments every month. The people that did our paperwork didn't send it off so we could make payments and put us 3 months behind off the gate. I have called went up there and everything for 3 months so it had nothing to do with us making a payment. So don't blame us when your people didn't do there job like they was suppose to. Also it's Mrs. Maney.

I had the best experience ever with this dealership. I found the vehicle that I wanted but it was at another location out of state. Let's just say that didn't stop Double R from getting the job done is less than 3 days. He went above and beyond and the service was everything. He stayed in contact with me every second of this process and I want to sincerely thank him for that.

Ken Salos is honest...my repair could have been less than 100 or 2500. He was honest. The repair was less then 100. Most places would have ripped me off.. Ken had my car diagnosed quickly and the work was completed on time quickly. I would highly recomend him...

Excellent service done while we waited. Work I asked service adviser Daniel Smith to have done was complete in two hours. He recommended a 4 wheel alignment that I agreed to and that was completed quickly and we were on our way. I noticed a bit of difference in the handling. Is good.
My Daughter who lives in Mandeville La. has two Odyssey vans. She has the service work done in your shop when she visits home. Her local dealer has proven to be unreliable and somewhat incompetent. Keep up the good work.
We like Hendrick Honda.

I had a person who told me he wouldnt do business with Hendrick Honda coz of a bad experience he had there. I nevertheless visited them to see what they had to offer and was introduced to Ned Hindi, their sales advisor. He was able to relate to my needs and showed me good options. The way he interacted and discussed in detail the pros & cons made me very comfortable. I eventually ended up buying a car from them. Thank you Ned for your great service!

Worst, worst, worst buying experience ever. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Discourteous people at every turn. Even the receptionist was rude and smart-mouthed. The salesman, John Tatum, was friendly enough but kept disappearing and made us wait forever. The business/finance man, Chris Osborne, was rude and had a bad attitude. At one point he turned on a loud sales video even after we told him we didn't want any extra warranties. Wish we had walked away from the deal at that point. Hope I never have to venture there again. Bad business all the way around.

Last weekend I went to Hendricks Honda to try and purchase my first car, without being talked into something I didn't want or need. That's exactly how my experience wen. Ronnie Russel was the most professional Salesman I have dealt with in years. He showed me the car, I fell in love, he helped me get approved. Then before we finalized, which he could have considering the state of ecstasy I was in, he looked at me and said "well nothing is done until you test drive it. I wouldn't let anyone buy a car without making sure it felt right all around." I would highly suggest this dealership, but above all, Ronnie Russel, if you're looking to purchase a car.

Last weekend my husband & I started our day out with a unique list of specific needs for a vehicle. Our search began in the early am, and finally, towards the afternoon we ended up at Hendrick Automotive, with a gentleman named Tyler Patsy. Tyler was patient, kind, and determined to help us in anyway possible. He was not pushy (couldn't of been, had he tried, our needs were truly unique, remember) and he had a great attitude. We test drove 2 cars, deciding on the latter. We were introduced to a character named Mon Mahn - I truly admire the way that he doesn't let first impressions define him as a person, or care about the opinions of others - especially those he serves. It was after meeting Mon that we were introduced to Christi Cross - she is a gem. She was upfront, transparent, helpful, informative, and she honestly saved the day. I cannot say enough about her and Tyler. We had a great experience with these 2 - they are skilled in their craft, and geniune in their ability to serve, even at the end of a long day. We appreciate them, and would return our business, and recommend Hendrick Automotive to those looking for new or used.

Took Odyssey in to replace a recalled part. Had been dreading. But experience at Hendrick from the moment I drove in the service bay was fabulous. I was met by Dan, who promptly checked me in. The waiting room was pleasant, complete with popcorn offered midmorning. Several times, someone came through asking if anyone would like updates on their car. Everyone was just so nice and helpful. I received an email while sitting there about the free inspection they had done on the car, and it alerted me to several problems that were found. However, some were more critical than others, which I appreciated knowing; in other words, it didn't all have to be handled immediately. Dave Thomas found me and talked through the report with me, and he answered all my questions. We agreed to fix one of the items on the spot, and he followed up with me in person once it was complete. The service and attention was unsurpassed.

My family and I have had the most amazing experience at Hendrick Honda! Every person we interacted with was kind, courteous, caring and professional! My phone conversation with Brian began our journey with Hendrick Honda. Brian's invitation to visit Hendrick Honda made us feel welcome! The receptionist's were friendly and very attentive and quick to respond to us as we walked in the door. We were introduce to Tony and he took great care of us and then handed our family off to Tanner. Our time with Tanner was exceptional! He made us feel comfortable through the entire process. We never felt pressured or rushed. The time Tanner invested in our family
was a very positive experience much different than we've had with other car dealerships. We truly felt our family's situation was respected and Tanner was very willing to help fit our needs. Removed my previous comment on pay off as it came out as a miscommunications between the the bank and the dealership. As confirmed by the dealership earlier, they did send the check, but the bank didn t confirm the same to me when I inquired which led to a confusion and delayed the entire process.

The manager at Hendrick Honda, Charlotte helped in clearing the air and resolved the issue on pay off.

Dennis Sanford is cordial and friendly to work with at Hendricks Honda. Dennis understands our issues and does his best to rectify any problems we have with our vehicle. He also looks at the safety issues concerned with our auto and addresses his prognosis for us to be aware of.

Dennis is the best service rep I have come across with Hendricks Honda. I would consider buying another Honda ( Accord may be ) in the near future. I am very happy with Hendrick Honda cars, Charlotte, NC.

Donald Gunn my service rep does an exceptional job in keeping me up to speed about what is being done to my vehicle and if any additional work is needed. He gets me in and out as quickly as possible without compromising the service. Donald makes sure the work is done right the first time. The technicians, if you happen to meet them, show how proud they are of their work and how proud they are to work on your vehicle. Keep up the great work guys. That's what keeps me coming back.

HORRIBLE buying experience! I purchased a used car from Hendrick Honda on South Blvd, the WORST mistake I could have made. As a result of purchasing ONE car from this place, I have THREE hard inquiries on my credit report! The finance guy, Dorian denied it could have happened. I showed him, he then gave me some lame reason why it happened and told me "inquiries do not have much impact on your credit". it does not matter the significance of the impact, this is unacceptable! The car I purchased has crazy buff swirls in the paint, was not properly serviced before I was given possession. As I was signing my paperwork, the salesman told me he was having the car serviced. Well, upon completing the paperwork, I was told the service department was closed and I would need to bring the car back a different day. This is only the beginning of the many issues I have with Hendrick Honda. Once the deal was done, papers signed, the staff was not interested in my concerns...on to the next! The end result is, as a result of my horrible experience with them, I will never buy another car from them and when asked where I purchased my car, I tell them and quickly inform them of my experience. I do not want anyone else to have their joyous occasion overshadowed with the ineptness of Hendrick Honda staff!!!

He was very helpful with all my questions and explained everything to me step by step so I knew just what to expect. He made the entire experience a Great one and got me into a great car!! I cannot even stress how incredible of an experience my husband and I had with Hendrick Honda this past week/weekend. I first had the pleasure of working with Andrew Patteson, and from the get-go he was AMAZING. I mean truly the biggest joy to work with. Completely transparent, funny and informative. He knew our budget and worked with us in black and white figures so there was no confusion when we got to the finance office. What he told me THE FIRST DAY I'd pay, is to the penny what I paid. We had Ken as our salesman on the floor and he gave us every single bit of information on our car and made sure we left knowing everything we needed/wanted to know. The man even helped detail the car for us so we could get out of there sooner because it was a busy Saturday and the guys outback were a little swamped. I never felt pressured, I always felt in control and I left IN LOVE with my car. My husband and I will never take our business anywhere other than Hendrick Honda.

I have been using Hendrick Honda at South Blvd to service our family's Honda cars since I moved to Charlotte 7 years ago. It has been great experience so far. All service advisors I've met are knowledgeable and helpful. In my last few trips, Mr. Dennis Sanford helped me on regular maintenance, repairs, recall claims, etc. and each and every time he did excellent job to explain details, set up reasonable timelines, and deliver what he promised to deliver. Service Advisor Dan Cannon and the team at Hendrick Honda service department provide a level of service on my Honda Odyssey that is better than the service I receive from any other organization, regardless of the service or product it sells. Yes, they service my Honda quickly and at a fair price, but anytime there is an issue, they come up with and offer solutions that exceed my expectations. So I discovered Hendricks Honda after the state of North Carolina deemed my car a total loss,after doing extensive research I decided to finance a Honda Civic or Accord , I talked to a online advisor who directed me to the dealership after forwarding my info to them with my permission of course,some moments later I was contacted via email by a gentlemen by the name of Steven Carlton who confirmed some info with me and my appointment for the following day,long story short he was very attentive and knowledgeable and showed genuine interest in helping me with this major purchase,he answered all my questions and took care of me and my family quickly yet very accurately,very impressed and satisfied with my purchase And my overall experience with Mr Steven Carloton and will come back to him in the future.

I would like to thank all of those who helped in our most recent purchase at Hendrick Honda of Charlotte. We have now purchased our fifth new car there and we are never dissappointed. The Sales service provided by Chris Robinson and Kelvin Parsons was exemplary. Then our new Ridgeline had to go to the body shop for the installment of some add ons and the service is always second to none. Only to get us on our way after speaking with Kelly Joe who efficiently gets our paper work squared away. All the staff at Hendrick Honda is always polite and professional every time you have to visit. No wonder we bought five cars there!

We purchased a 2014 Honda CRV last night with the help of Richard Peacock. We are used to great service at Honda dealerships, but he really went above and beyond in terms of working with us on the sale. He was very patient and stayed past the dealership's close time to finish up our paperwork. He was a great champion for the Honda brand, but wasn't aggressive and gave us the time we needed to make our decision. He negotiated a fair sales price and price on our trade in and was very transparent with all of the pricing details. We would definitely recommend Richard to friends and family.

He showed us all the variants in the vehicle we wanted to lease, explained all the features of the vehicle in great detail and made sure that we get to test them during the test drive. After reading the reviews, I was expecting to have a pleasant experience at Hendrick Honda. The staff was nice, however, the process was not. I had less stress buying my house. I was lied to. As someone who this is their first time purchasing a vehicle, I am not as well educated on the process as others, so I continually asked questions. One of the questions that I asked was is there anything else I need to do to get my tags and registration. I was told no and then 30 days later receive a letter in the mail saying that you need to pay the taxes on your car in order for Hendrick to send me my tag. Keep in mind this had to be done within 30 days of purchase which has already passed. So I called and spoke with Mary Lane who says " I guess you paperwork didn't reach my desk in time, and you have 15 days to pay that or else if you can get a ticket and I can't help you," as if it was my fault that my paperwork was not processed in time. I am so disgusted it is ridiculous. I will never purchase a car from here again.

Ronnie Russell is an awesome person to work with! They were super busy when we went in, but Ronnie still gave me the attention I needed. He was helpful and answered my questions. After purchasing my car, he has checked in on me and made sure that I have been happy. The finance guy I worked with was Alex, and he was great as well. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Ronnie R!
