I can't begin to tell you how professional, personal and pleasant this dealership has been for me over the past several years. I've never been in a dealership where the transaction was so smooth and FAST!!!
I've purchased 3 accords in the past 2 years and have been very satisfied with each experience. Butch Walters surpasses every expectation I would have in a salesperson and even the finance personnel and Gus worked with me to achieve the most car possible to meet my budget. I can't say enough to express how pleased I have been with my experiences with Hendrick. I will never buy a car anywhere else. I LOVE my 2014 Honda Accord Sport!!! Thank you, Butch, Gus, Dorian, Tony and Hendrick Honda!!!!

Tried to take advantage of me. I'm a female and don't trust them. You can get work done much cheaper somewhere else. pressured me to fix things that don't yet need fixed. Always have a 2nd or 3rd opinion...by someone you trust if u can find one. I won't be returning. Gave 2 starts for the waiting area...man giving out popcorn was sweet. Free coffee.The least you can do. But no. Disappointing. And I asked for an tire rotation with my oil change and he forgot to add it on! Really?

I have been buying Hondas from Hendrick since 1998---and have known Dennis Sanford for most of those years. He is the consummate professional who focuses on providing an excellent customer service experience.
Honest and trustworthy is his focus and I heartily recommend Hendrick and Dennis to our friends.

The one thing Honda owners know is that they rarel...

The one thing Honda owners know is that they rarely have to bring their vehicles in for service! So on the rare occasion that I needed to, I wanted to share what an excellent experience I had. Jon Sullivan, Service Advisor, gets 5-stars from check-in to check-out. They had to get a part from another Charlotte dealership, so I decided to wait it out for the morning. The repair included a courtesy multi-point vehicle inspection with a detailed report to take home, which I appreciated having. The waiting room area is large and comfortable. Furnishings include club like chairs and office-type seating for laptop work. There is an extensive self-pay snack and lunch mini-store and free hot beverage machine. When my vehicle was ready, my receipt included a code for a free car wash on the property. In short, next time I need an oil change in lieu of going for the fast in and out at Valvoline I'm coming here for the continuity of excellence in service and customer-focused hospitality!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of meeting Bennie. He is the best seller on that lot. We were with another guy who didn't fully explain the car I was looking at. He didn't go into detail or sell me the car at all really. I was completely confused and disheartened. Then Bennie came in and changed the game entirely. He showed the same car to me and went in to full detail about all that I would be gaining with the 2016 Civic. He showed me things the other guy hadn't and even some things I hadn't noticed upon my own inspection. Although I did not leave with a car, had the numbers been right, I most definitely would have due to the way Bennie talked to us, his honesty, and his all around demeanor. He was kind and so unbelievably helpful. In the future I will definitely request him and I would advise that everyone else do so as well. Thank you Bennie.

Never a pushy salesman and everyone there takes hospitality very seriously. This most recent purchase we worked with Steve Carlton and he was great. Industry veteran who just gets it. I will continue to work with Hendrick Honda when I'm in the market for a new car.

My salesman RONNIE RUSSELL is the ABSOLUTE BEST at what he does. He paid attention to key details on what I wanted and delivered as promised. Excellent experience! We worked with Ryan Narus to purchase our 2013 Honda Pilot. He was professional, knowledgeable, easy going and great to work with. We probably wouldn't have purchased a car that day if we hadn't had Ryan as our consultant - he made the process easy and painless (and kept us laughing the whole time!). I would definitely recommend Hendrick Honda on South Blvd - a great facility with great customer service. Hands down the best car buying experience I've had.

Strongly recommend to avoid Dennis Sanford at Hendricks. His service quality is the worst I ever seen anywhere. I reported him to his manager, hope he would take proper action. This is after I took an appointment.

Extermly bad and if possible avoid Dennis Sanford. He was extremely unprofessional and had no knowledge of anythings. After 5 hours my problems with car still remains. Nothing got addressed.

I drove by the Honda dealership one evening and the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo parked in the front caught my attention. I walked in to inquire and a gentleman named GREG SPAFFORD was very helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and and did everything in his power to make sure I left satisfied. I honestly had no intentions on leaving that night with the car, but I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands. I would reccomend others to buy from Honda and specifically to deal with Greg because of the great quality customer service I received.

My salesman, Tom Robinson and manager, Sean, were excellent to deal with! Tom listened from the start to what I wanted and made sure that I got the car which fit my needs. He took the time to show me how to use all the new features on the car. Tom also called to check on how I was doing with figuring everything out. I really appreciated his time and expertise. Sean not only put the deal together but assured me he would be there should I have any concerns and he has been. Both, Men of their word! Very pleased with the customer service I am receiving!

1, Greg Thomas is UNTRUSTWORTHY..Caught him in at least one lie...makes the sale and he is unconcerned, afterward. I gave him a list of concerns & yes he was unconcerned. I wanted to trade my car & yes, unconcerned,again.
2. F& I guy was disrespectful, arrogant, & condescending.
3. Gave Service writer very simple instruction, not done.
4. General manager.....was arrogant, and condescending. Told me something he
knew NOTHING about.
There is a safety concern with the car. He said there is nothing wrong with it.
Once again, he does not know what he is is talking about.
5 Have been without the use of the car for over 30 per cent of the
time since the car was purchased. Still without use of car.
6 Purchased car with a check for the full amount from the Charlotte Metro Federal
(a GREAT place to do business!!) 12/4 have a 30 day tag. Called 1/7, NO
tag yet!!!
7 Ridiculous and exorbitant charge for Doc. fee
Overall, a VERY stressful, negative, and trying EXPERIENCE!!.
I thought the combination of a Honda product and a Hendrick Dealership was a
a good choice. I AM VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED,

Buyer a car is usually a dreaded task for many, the haggling/negotiating, that feeling you can get of "being sold" after you have been stalked all throughout the car lot, all the way to finding the right car for your needs -- no more and no less.

Well I have GREAT news -- you CAN avoid all of that nonsense by going to Hendrick Honda in Charlotte and working with Brad Thompson. I recently moved across the county from CA (car-less) and had been putting off purchasing a car trying to avoid the above mentioned. Little did I know that, that was easier than I thought. From the moment I walked into Hendrick Honda I was greater with smiles and "how can I help you" and "I'd be happy to assist you with that".

Brad took us for a test drive in the CRV I had selected, mind you I had been on three previous test drives so I was a little hesitant. I am so glad he insisted because I learned more about my new vehicle in the first three minutes spent driving with Brad than in all previous test drives combined. He didn't just try to "sell" me the car but taught me how and why the car was a great fit for my needs. How did he know my needs you wonder? He actually took the time to ask and lISTEN and then Was able to very effectively highlight the vehicles features that meet them as well as some additional options offer by the dealership that would compliment the vehicle and how I intended on using it.

After our test drive he introduced us to Amael Panhwar in finance, he was just as great to work with as well. He worked with us, also listening to our needs, to create the best financial package for our circumstance. He also took the time to explain in detail some additional items we could add to our vehicle purchase to help protect our investment, extended warranties - gap insurance - maintained even - etc.

Both Brad and Amael have gone above and beyond to make themselves available for anything that I might need, even great local spots to grab a bite to eat! If you are looking for who is professional, personable, dependable, knowledgeable, hard working, and is there for you then you should go no where else than Hendrick Honda and get in touch with Brad Thompson and Amael Panhwar, you will. It regret your decision!

Whwn it came to financing the finance managers were very aggressive and the sales people were willing accomplice to these tactics. Window tags didn't match buyers guides and it took 2hrs to get information on the vehicle we were interested in. Never been to a car dealership that couldn't find the best deal before submitting you to a bank. Also I was told multiple applications would have to be done if I found interest on a better deal on lot.

We didn't end up buying a car from Hendrick, but we thoroughly enjoyed the experience provided by Akilah our sales representative and Sean the sales manager. They provided complete information, and didn't try to sell us a car without allowing us to check out the competition. They could have used hard sell tactics to try and prevent us from walking out the door, but instead they gave us the freedom to make the choice we felt was best for us at the time. I would highly recommend Sean and his team if you are looking for a professional approach. They didn't earn our business this time, but there is a good chance they will in the future.

Hendrick Honda is THE place to go for a car -- even if you're looking for a
Toyota RAV4, as I was. Chip Chamberlin was my salesman and he was delightful to work with --helpful, patient and supportive. Finance team members Stewart Abbott and Andrew Mareno (I think; Andrew, if I have misspelled your name, I apologize!) were equally helpful and focused on finding me what I wanted at a price I could afford. I was a little wary about buying a car, but these three made it an enjoyable experience! They found me a silver 2017 RAV4 with such low mileage that the original 36,000-mile-warranty is still in effect. Thank you, Hendrick Honda!

John Miller did an excellent job.

This is my second time having the car serviced here. The first was a total disaster, and the manager never resolved the issue (still have yet to hear back from her).

I took my car back for a recall service, and fortunately worked with John Miller, who was fantastic. Nice guy, knew his stuff, and made sure I was happy with everything that was going on. I'd recommend John to anyone. Just be clear of the manager!

I have purchased several new cars in my life and never had this type of experience before. From the moment I entered the building the sales team was very professional and fantastic to work with. I could tell from the very beginning that they truly had my best interest at heart. Most dealerships I've worked with in the past, have only cared about how much money they could make off of me. Not once, did they ever make me feel that way. Working with the team at Hendrick Honda, was a tremendous experience. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend coming here. Ned was extremely polite, patient, and very helpful salesperson. Ned went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I found the right vehicle. Tony Howsare was my sales associate and he was fantastic! I was waiting on my car to come in for a few weeks and he kept me updated on status almost daily. Once it arrived he was very thorough explaining all of the features and benefits .He wanted to make sure that I was happy and comfortable with the decision that I had made on my purchase. AND I MOST DEFINATELY WAS!
Umberto handled the finance portion of the purchase. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the financing. He also wanted to make sure that I was getting the best rate.

I purchased my second car yesterday, but it was a first in regards to purchasing one through a dealership. As soon as I left the shop driving away in my new car I felt compelled to spread the word of how professional, organized and hassle-free my experience with Hendrick Honda of Charlotte was. I was amazed! I will admit, I dread the car buying process, but the people I worked with there, Greg Thomas and Dorian Gordon, were absolutely outstanding! Both knowledgeable and willing to do everything they could to best accommodate me and my car buying needs. I spoke to Greg a few times over the phone before visiting the dealership. I expressed exactly what year, make and model of car I wanted (I am a very picky girl) and within a few days he was calling me back telling me he had found me the perfect deal! And did he! The next few days that followed both Greg and his team worked diligently to make sure I was totally satisfied with not only the product but the overall experience as well. I could tell they were attentive to my needs and were not only selling me a car but were also selling me excellent customer service, I really appreciated that. I am thrilled to drive around in my 2011 Scion TC which is definitely an upgrade from my first car and even MORE thrilled at the amazing deal I got along with it! I definitely recommend Hendrick Honda of Charlotte to anyone who won't settle for anything less than outstanding when it comes to buying your car! Trust me, you WON'T be disappointed.

My service advisor called the wrong number to pick up my car after I provided my telephone number before I dropped off the car for service...later when I called her to correct the contact information on my account she had a terrible attitude and it really put me off the Honda service even after my actual car service went well. The customer service was seriously lacking.

I came to look at getting a new vehicle without really knowing what I wanted. I met with a salesman named Garrett who was very helpful and explained to me all the different vehicles and what would be best for my lifestyle. He was easy to talk to and knew his stuff. While I was not quite ready to purchase a vehicle I know when I am ready I will be coming back to see him! All around great experience.

Let me start by saying that I was referred to RONNIE RUSSELL and he didn t disappoint. Everything my daughter told me about RONNIE RUSSELL was that and then some!! This is the fourth Honda I have purchased/leased at Hendrick Honda. I keep coming back because of the high quality service. From start to finish, I am impressed with the quality of people that work there. Hats off to Manny Dasilva and Sean McLane for helping me once again. Manny even took the time to sit in the car with me and explain all of the new electronics-blue tooth, radio, steering wheel panel, etc. I will definitely be back to buy another Honda car from them in the future. From my initial phone call to closing out my service slip, I felt like a valued customer. Unlike your competitor where I have purchased 5 vehicles ,Jeffery Smith made me a "priority". Excellent customer service. Listened to my needs; didn't pressure declining "up-sells"; above and beyond on obtaining my preferred vehicle options; hospitality; "clean"-anti-COVID; well-maintained facilities; well stocked customer lounge; efficient closing process; great salesperson-see "Adam", or his partner Katie. Coming from a Lexus customer experience of many years I didn't think that another manufacturer-dealer would match Lexus. I will say that the common thread between my Lexus and Honda experiences is "Hendrick Motors"-highly recommend. My service expectation was exceeded. Great overall experience, start to finish.

Buying my 2016 Honda Accord Touring was the easiest, smoothest and most exciting experience my husband and I have ever had purchasing a car. Jay Levin and Sean are the best! I love this dealership. When sitting in the waiting room while my car was having additional features added, Jay came by and checked on me not once but three times. Thought this was very impressive.

When I got my car that had every bell and whistle on it that I ever wanted, Jay took the tine to explain all the features. He didn't even mind explaining it a 2nd and 3rd time in the event I didn't understand something.

Also wanted to mention that Scott Wendel in the Service Department was very courteous and speedy. I was in and out quickly. Can't ask for any more than that. Thank you so much, Scott!

I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially Jay and Sean and Scott, to all my friends, family and acquaintances.

Scott Wendel in service and Blake (master mechanic) are the dynamic duo. We had a small issue with our Honda Odyssey that was difficult to pinpoint and they worked diligently to find and fix it. Chris Curran, service director, is part of this team and together provide the best service I've received.

Easiest purchase/trade transaction ever. Ken Hill was friendly, highly knowledgeable and efficient. We got a very good deal on a beautiful new Accord and they were able to deliver the color we wanted in just a few days. We had been working with a different dealer who gave us the run around and finally told them to forget it and came to Hendrick. Best car buying decision we could have made.

I agree with the review below, RONNIE RUSSELL is the man! I drove from Charleston, SC, where I had a Honda dealership in my backyard, to Charlotte NC (3 hours) to work with Ronnie and Hendrick Honda of Charlotte. The reason? Ronnie worked hard to find the exact vehicle I was looking for. He was an excellent communicator, from the moment I first spoke to him, until I signed the paperwork. Up until I met Ronnie, I spoke to several salespeople in Charleston, who made me do the work, and acted as though they could care less about my business. I got the impression that selling cars is like shooting fish in a barrel when you work for a Honda dealership. Ronnie never treated me that way, and I appreciate that! Ronnie and STEPHEN PECHA worked hard to make my dream vehicle happen. Ronnie and Stephen were warm and welcoming when I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle. The dealership was full of positive energy, nice people at every turn, and the entire staff made my car buying experience exceptional. I can't forget to name DORIAN GORDON who is a business manager there and was GREAT as well! I only buy cars once every 10 years (of course- I drive Hondas!) and this experience was well worth the drive. Thank you!!

Once again my main man, Danny Cannon, took good ca...

Once again my main man, Danny Cannon, took good care of me. For the second time a rodent bit through the gas line as it passes over to the motor. I was towed to the dealership and quickly found that the line was bitten through. It did not take long to replace the hose and to do a needed oil change while the Pilot was in the shop.
I am now using a bag of mothballs tucked into a space over the driver-side wheel well AND Repels-All spray on the fuel return hose and other areas around it and on places where I can look down and see the driveway.
