I could not have been more impressed from the minute I was greeted until the time I drove away with my new car! The entire team worked together to make sure my experience was top notch! Thank you to Sean, Raphael and Mon (sorry if I misspelled your names) and the rest of the team behind the scenes! I appreciate all you did to make my car buying experience effortless!

We had car trouble a half hour south of the car shop. We were 400 miles from home. The car shop was easy to find and a relaxed place to wait. The service advisor, Dan Cannon, understood our desire to get back on the road as soon as the repairs were complete. I appreciate his communication about the repairs needed on the car. He provided great service!!

I went a day before regarding making a copy of my ...

I went a day before regarding making a copy of my key fob
I told the guy that I bought one just need the key copied & he told me yes but to go next day when it s open
& I went bright & early & turns out the guys have the wrong information & said I couldn t do it
Then I was like fine I ll buy the parts & he told me the price then he asked for my license & Registeration obviously to see if the car was mine & etc with their regulations
But then I told him it s my husband he working & asked me to go for him, apparently they needed him physically there & for his United states ( as he told me )license
I looked him & was like uhm okay what other license would we have ?
So I walked out & a worker was like can I help with anything today & I was like I m just disappointed & he replied okay
Like wow nice customer service guys

My service person was Rob. He was outstanding friendly and very knowledgeable. I have an Acura but I'm new to the area and didn't know where the Acura dealership was so somebody recommended Hendricks Honda in Charlotte. Very pleased will be returning. Kudos to Rob.

I had the absolute best service in their service d...

I had the absolute best service in their service department there today. I had a button fall off my automatic shifter on my CRV, which lead to more problems when we tried to switch it out ourselves with a new button I purchased earlier in the day in their parts department. Took it there expecting an actual (unexpected) repair, with the cost to go with it. Instead they immediately replaced the button as well as the shifter, at no additional charge. Plus, super personable and very friendly. It was actually a pleasant experience being there! So happy.

Danny Cannon welcomed me as I arrived and ensured that my car was serviced promptly. I was so pleased to be directed to the self serve complimentary car wash and on my way within an hour of arrival

You don't always get a friendly person when you call to make the appointment but most of the guys in the service department are great! Dan helped me last week when I brought my car in. He was very friendly and informative. He kept me updated and was upfront about the cost. If I could request him every time I would!
