I recently purchased a car from the Honda dealership and my experience was fantastic. A friend of mine suggested that I try getting a car from there and after multiple failed attempts of getting a car from other dealerships I was hesitant because of my experiences with other places but decided to try anyway. From beginning to end the customer service was exceptional!!. The car dealer who helped me was RAPHAEL. I explained to him the struggles of me trying to get a car and he assured me that he could figure something out for me and HE DID JUST THAT!! I recommend EVERYONE that needs a vehicle to go to the Honda dealership and when you go ask for RAPHAEL you will not be disappointed!!!
Hendrick Honda in North Carolina, specifically their team member, Chip Chamberlin was a pleasure to work with. Chip s service oriented demeanor towards us, his customer, was exceptional as we discerned what vehicle would be best for our new teenage driver. Chip was extremely professional and dependable. Our experience and interaction with Chip and Hendrick Honda was the best we ve ever encountered!!
I have an older model Accord and take it semi regularly for oil changes and needed repairs. My service advisor who assists me is the only reason I keep going back. Andrea Bodoya is knowledgable and explains any issues the arise and she understands that sometimes all repairs can't be done in one day due to $$$ but explains which are the most important. She's helpful and always willing to go above and beyond.
Not only am I blessed to work here, but I also am a customer. I m an eight time Honda owner and my eight purchase was here at Hendrick Honda.
I totally believe in the product before I even start in the car business.
Dennis Sanford at Hendrick Honda did a fabulous job of explaining how long the repair work would take. Hendrick is a wonderful Honda Dealership. I have only good things to say about all of the staff. While I was waiting I had time to visit the new car showroom and to relax in a rocking chair. Several helpful staff members helped me find the new but popular HR-V SUV. Dennis is very nice and an energetic worker! I would highly recommend Dennis and all of the staff at Hendrick Honda!

Waited the time they said it would take and the service man let me know it was almost done Great service. I was disappointed that Dennis was laid off. He has provided such wonderful customer service that our family keeps coming there to buy our cars. We have bought 4 cars in no our family from Hendrick because of the excellent customer service Dennis provides. I hope you bring him back after the economic effects of Covid 19 is done. 4-30-20 update to post. Received response:Thanks Bill! We are glad that we were able to help you out! One thing though, Dennis is still on the team and we haven't laid anyone off because of Covid. My Response: You have in fact laid Dennis off and I I just hope that he comes back. Sales Manager SEAN McLane and Salesman JAY LEVIN were both extremely helpful in getting my wife and I set up with a lease on a new Honda Accord. Sean came into the office just to help us get set up and make sure we were taken care of. Jay helped us get a car with a color that we preferred when we didn't think it was going to be possible. Just overall, a wonderful experience.
Worst experience I ve ever had in a car dealership. When my wife and I weren t ready to make a decision after less than 24 hours without even having all of the information we needed to make an informed decision, they called us and told us they didn t want our business anymore. Even after spending more than 6 hours in their dealership trying to get our questions answered. Would not recommend if you want a low pressure buying experience.
I contacted well over half a dozen dealerships from the Triad all the way down to Myrtle Beach trying to find not only the best deal, but a dealership that was interested in meeting MY NEEDS and not the old tired tactics of new car dealers from the dark ages prior to the open information era of the internet and social media. Hendrick Honda was up front and genuine during all correspondence with me and gave me everything I asked for. No gimmicks. No taglines. No vague promises to lure me to the dealership. No games. All the praise in the world goes to Malachi in sales, Nate the general manager, and Samuel in the Internet Sales department. It was such a simple and pleasant transaction. Dave Thomas was my service rep for the 15,000 mile service on my 2015 Honda. He was thorough, efficient, and very professional. I had to return the following day to have service check a noise that the ac fan was making. He quickly took my car to the service department. It was something very minor that he said should have been done the previous day. He was very busy but had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. I was so appreciative of his excellent customer service.

This company worked very well with me in completing all of my requirements. However when I went to pick my car up it looked like somebody kicked the running board and the bottom of the drivers door there was mud all over it and scratches which I know we re not there when I drop the car off. Just washed my car two weeks ago and I am meticulous, ask anybody. Somebody is supposed to get back with me to see about replacing that but I haven t heard back since picking up my car yesterday. Somebody called me back today (12/7) and they are going to take care of it. So I m very impressed and have changed my rating to five star.

Clarissa Parks did an excellent job this week! I brought my car in and had work done and when I left there was a very loud noise that was not there before. Once I contacted Don Gunn who is always very helpful, he and Clarissa did everything they could to ensure when I brought my car back that the experience was a success. Clarissa even followed up with my the next day to make sure that the noise was still gone after they repaired it.
I also want to mention that I have worked 2 years now in partnership with Hendrick Honda on sponsorship for a local 5K that benefits area schools. They are a huge supporter of local youth and I believe that says a lot about how they feel about the community. Overall a very good group of people to work with on all levels from buying, maintenance and community involvement.
First time buying a car on my own and had a great experience! Everyone was extremely helpful, and I recommend asking for Ken Hill, who will provide you with outstanding service and is very knowledgeable/ genuinely great guy! Not your typical pushy salesmen at this dealership, everyone was kind, understanding, and passionate towards helping me get the best car and deal for me. She gave me step by step updates and provided the best customer service. She was genuine and kept it real me. She even followed up with me in the weeks after my purchase. My daughter just started a new job and was assigned a position in Charlotte. We have no family or friends in the area. She needed a car as soon as she arrived in town. I worked with Jess Johnson. She was able to complete all the details of the purchase with me (in CA) via phone and e-mail, prior to my daughter arriving in NC. Jess even offered to pick my daughter up after her first day of training and bring her to the dealership. If that wasn't enough, my daughter was released from work an hour late. My daughter wasn't able to talk to me or Jess. An hour after her scheduled end time, I called Jess to let her know that it wasn't going to work out that day. Just as Jess answered and I asked if she had heard from my daughter, Jess said my daughter was calling her. I hung up. In a few minutes my daughter called me as I was setting up alternate plans in my head. My daughter told me she was in the car with Jess. I asked, "Jess?" She said yes. Jess had waited at my daughter's work for over an hour!
Jess got my daughter to the dealership. Both Jess and the finance manager worked past closing time to complete the sale.
Jess didn't know me or my daughter. She didn't wait at the dealership for a call from my daughter to pick her up. She went to her work and waited, just to make sure my daughter was taken care of. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Jess. This is not service, it is caring. She cared about my daughter.

I had an AMAZING experience yesterday with Israel Rigaud and Michael Donoghue (I'm pretty sure I am not spelling either of their names right) they were extremely courteous and respectful and went the extra mile to help me get into a new car. I have never had such a positive experience in a car dealership and will reccomend them and Hendrick to ANYONE I know shopping for a car!
This is for my wife's car and I wasn't there, but based on the series of angry texts I received relating to how long it took to get her oil changed I can confidently say she was not happy with the experience.
I had a reservation in Winston-Salem on a Saturday at 2pm and experienced car trouble around 10am. So I was totally convinced that I would need to cancel but from my first call to Hendrick (squeezing me in at 11am), to me coming in and speaking with Don and Mr. Peacock, I felt more and more reassured that I could still make it happen. I was able to talk through my service appt. and grab a rental in time to make my reservation and drive back and turn the rental in and get my fixed Element by 5pm. Excellent all around!

Bought a brand new car 3 weeks ago, and as great and helpful as my sales guy was, the customer service since then has been way less than stellar. Multiple times I found myself desperately missing my 18 year-old car, because anything was better than dealing with the rude, arrogant, and pushy finance department, specifically their brand new finance manager, James Sicuro. I bought one of those extra basic maintenance packages for my car and wanted to cancel. After more than 3 days of emails and calls just to get in touch with the guy, I finally got unprofessional one-sentence or one-word emails back with the word "you" spelled "u". When I eventually had to go all the way to Honda just to cancel I was bullied by the finance manager who thought he could intimidate me into keeping a deal I didn't want. When I still ended up canceling I think he was shocked, which is why he didn't even look at me or shake my hand when I left. I left Honda so upset and in a panic that I didn't do the right thing, even though I did. One other thing I found frustrating was when I finally got to drive the car off the lot my very first day, they left me with less than half a tank of gas. The car is amazing, and my sales guy was great. Other than that, Honda needs to work on customer service.
I wish i could give negative star. I went for my honda Service. But services was not so goo nor the advisor . I had to revist the honda for tire pressure check . Advisor was rude and bad . I felt very bad that entire day because of his rude way

Tanner & Joe got the job done expeditiously. Tanner was immediately available upon my arrival with the pre-approval ready; no wait, no delay. Joseph made the whole finance experience the most fun I have ever had signing oversight documents. His personality and interaction made the signing fun and interactive. The test drive, finance and vehicle prep was very efficient. I really appreciated the effort they put forth to get me in and out especially considering the ongoing pandemic. Both gentlemen were very conscientious and effective with the necessary social distancing and diatribe sanitizing. I expect I will be buying here again.
This is such an epic dealership. I especially appreciated Mr. Tanner's assistance. He was very nice, informative, and obviously loving his job! That makes a difference when making such a big decision like buying a car!
Nice place for servicing for your low mileage cars. If you have high mileages cars then go for some minor service here and they will check your vehicle and tell you what need to be done and then you can decide to do it somewhere else if you are not comfortable with their pricing. But must go place once in a while.

I owned a 2003 Honda Accord since I was 17 and never regretted my purchase, as much as I loved my car it was time for an upgrade. RONNIE RUSSELL helped me decide on a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L! He was so helpful and beyond kind to my mother and I, we had way too much fun with him :) and never did he make us feel like we were being forced to purchase something. Hands down- best car buying experience I have ever had. I absolutely love my 2013 Honda Accord EX. Melissa took the time to help me make the best decision for me and my family. She was honest, knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. She took the time to show me everything I needed to know about the vehicle I was purchasing and made it such a fun experience! The vehicle was already priced fairly so no need to fight for a decent price. Ken was wonderful to work with as well. He worked hard to find me an outstanding interest rate and it was worth every minute. We live 2 hours away and they made sure I had a full tank of gas to get me home late at night. Usually I feel taken advantage of leaving a dealership- not this one!!! I will definitely make the drive in the future when the time arrives again and I know who I will be asking for. Last Friday I had an excellent experience with having a recall service done for my 2002 Honda CRV. I was greeted by my service coordinator, Dave Thomas who promptly got my car in for a recall servicing at no cost to myself. I had plans to take my 3 year old grandson for a ride on the LIght Rail to downtown Charlotte to visit at Imaginon Library while having the car work done. They not only gave me a ride over to the LIght Rail in my own car so that I had a child's car seat to transport my grandson, but they also provided me with a ticket to the Light Rail ride uptown. When I got a call that the service was completed, I rode the Light Rail back to the station and was greeted by a Honda employee, Jamie, who gave us a ride back in my service Honda....with my grandson's carseat! The service was really "over the top". I really appreciate how Honda notified me after all these years to fix a recall problem at no cost to myself, and treated me with the upmost of care and service. Thanks for this kind of first class treatment! PS....I also took advantage of the complimentary car wash on my way out:)
