Took Odyssey in to replace a recalled part. Had been dreading. But experience at Hendrick from the moment I drove in the service bay was fabulous. I was met by Dan, who promptly checked me in. The waiting room was pleasant, complete with popcorn offered midmorning. Several times, someone came through asking if anyone would like updates on their car. Everyone was just so nice and helpful. I received an email while sitting there about the free inspection they had done on the car, and it alerted me to several problems that were found. However, some were more critical than others, which I appreciated knowing; in other words, it didn't all have to be handled immediately. Dave Thomas found me and talked through the report with me, and he answered all my questions. We agreed to fix one of the items on the spot, and he followed up with me in person once it was complete. The service and attention was unsurpassed.
