I was so relieved and thankful to work with Hendrick Honda recently. I am a single female and Corey Reynolds was my salesman. He was very thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied. He walked with me through the purchase of my used car. When I felt nervous or uncomfortable, he provided me with all information I requested to help me feel more comfortable. He has always been a phone call away if I needed any further help. I recently scheduled a service (oil change) online. He called within minutes to see if everything was okay with the vehicle. I purchased a new 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E. This is my second Ridgeline and I love it more than the first one! My salesman, Rafael Pena along with the other sales forces provided excellent service and attention to detail throughout the entire process. This is consistent with my previous purchases from Hendrick Honda of Charlotte. Rafael even picked up dinner for me and my wife as we waited for my truck to be detailed.

I had a great experience here! First let me start by telling you that my car situation wasn t a good one and I had been to a BUNCH of different places that all promised to help me but only left me wasting hours of my time to be turned down. Carlos Coyle @ Hendrick Honda was different from the start... he asked me from day 1 what I was looking for and listened to how I got here, he didn t sell me a dream to get me to come in. He was to the point and made sure I understood my options and explained everything. Carlos was so kind and respectful and will definitely make you laugh . When I finally was able to go into the dealership I was taken to my new car WITHOUT ANY hesitations or hold ups. I signed, got my plate & said bye to my old baby! (For anyone in my shoes you understand how valuable that is). I understand why I see Hendrick Honda on the back of every car. You guys are truly great! Thank you SO MUCH Carlos and JR. My husband talked to Greg Thomas about what we were looking to purchase. We knew we wanted a used pilot with fairly low miles. We told him our price range and all the details of what we wanted....he found us the perfect pilot, got us in the price range, arranged for entertainment system to be added, going to fix a few things we ask for and Greg got it all. My car buying process occurred over the span of a couple months. It is a huge purchase, which I take very seriously. I went to several dealerships in the Charlotte area and test drove nearly every brands model in the class. Hendrick Honda was, by far, the BEST car buying experience.

Ronnie Russell, in particular, is a godsend and I highly recommend working with him. He is very patient, non-pushy and honest. During waiting periods, everyone I spoke to at Hendrick Honda was friendly and helpful. The tech guys and Ronnie took the time to show me how everything worked, and answered ALL of my questions (and I ask a lot of questions). Joseph Gamati, the finance manager, made the painful process of number crunching bearable and easy-breezy.
Not to mention, the Honda vehicles themselves stand out against other brands.

If you're in the market, you'd be amiss to not go here! Or even if you're not in the market, you should just come hang out here because everyone's pretty cool.

This dealership is run by bunch of crooks, never ever buy there road side assistance, they lie to you promising life time road side assistance. They will let you die in middle of the road if you are stuck.

I recently had occasion to use the Hendrick Collision Center South to get my 2013 Accord repaired following an unfortunate run-in with a deer. The damage was to the front end of the car but required replacement of the bumper cover (including painting), the A/C system condenser, the radiator and the fan cowling. The problem with the fan cowling was not discovered until the other damaged parts were removed. All the work was done in an outstanding manner.
Mike Marvin handled our claim and kept us informed regarding its progress.
Additionally, my insurance company has given this repair shop its star rating which means that it is a top level repair facility and, because of that, they will guarantee the repairs for as long as I own the car.
I can strongly recommend Hendrick Collision Center South to anyone needing repair work.

Recently I had a really good experience while doing something we all procrastinate. My car was in desperate need for oil change so I took it to anaconda, the dealership I bought the car at, for one of the free oil change services that came with purchase of the car. I knew I needed new tires and new brakes and my inspection was past due. I had lost my job due to a contract issue and hadn't received my unemployment insurance yet. So I was looking to do just enough to have my car pass inspection. I didn't want to spend money until I knew I had money coming in. Jeff Smith took the time to break down the cost of each thing I needed to complete to pass and also gave me a rough timeline detailing how long I could go before I would absolutely have to fix each issue. He was patient and understanding and probably one of the most helpful associates I've come across. Oh, and did I mention it was two days before Christmas and he did all this when most people check out mentally so close to a holiday. The prices for service at Hendrick Honda may be a little higher than other places but you can always trust them and the service is impeccable.

I was very impressed with the setup at this service center. The vehicle drop off is in a covered area, and as soon as I got out of the vehicle someone started sanitizing the inside. The workers were wearing masks. I appreciate the attention to detail to prevent spread of Covid, so it seems a good indication of the level of service for car repairs. I only had oil change and tire rotation but was done quickly even though I told them I was not in a hurry to pick up. I ll definitely return here in the future.

I have been here for service several times. The waiting room is large and comfortable. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and never once tried to push a vehicle service on me and typically get me in and out timely. I'm from NY and rarely had such a good experience. My only complaint, or recommendation, for this location is to offer a complimentary car wash for those who would want it. I used to get that in NY, at least. It's easy things like that that help to keep customers coming back. I would recommend this location.

Jeffrey Smith was very helpful. Along with the standard service, Jeffrey worked with me to get the price of my new tires down to a more reasonable level. Bad experience With Amdrew sales manager, I bought I Accord 2019 2.0 touring, and was anything in the globe box, suppose to have a manuals and wheels locks, but wasn't there, I came today Monday to pick up the key locks and the manuals surprise the try to give me a used items, how I'm paying a lot of money for this car they the try to trick me, be aware......

There were multiple lost waiting periods between the stages of buying the car. It took nearly two hours to finalize everything even when we were paying cash.
Our salesman, Kai was very helpful.

Troy Rivens was great and really took care of us - went above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Steve Bagwell was not only there for me in the process of buying my car, but he cared about experience and has followed up with me at least twice in the week that I have owned my new vehicle. He even took the time to bend and fix my front license plate from my recently totaled car so that I could put it on my new one. He made the buying process easy and stress-free (which I was thankful for given it was my first new car purchase) Hendrick Honda is lucky to have someone like Steve Bagwell on their sales team. All around fantastic experience.

I came in based on an add they had on Facebook that basically ended up being a scam just to get me in. Advertised as giving $4000 over KBB on any trade. I knew I may be upside down on my car but figured hey I d give it a shot. Thought it would be a chance to get the car I really wanted. They wouldn t give me even close to the KBB on trade and nothing additional. When i asked where was the other $4000 Said it was up to $4000 so basically giving me 0 extra. I have a iMessage from the dealer stating different showed it to them and they would not honor it. To make it worse when ask to speak to a manager about the false advertising several times he would not come and talk to me. Said he was too busy and the only Manager there. Really? It s a Sunday y all weren t that busy. Our salesperson Troy was professional and was as good as he could be. Could tell his hands were tied. He lost a sale and they lost a potential customer. If they had honored their add we probably could have gotten to a number that works. He didn t have time for me then I certainly do not have time to waste at this dealership. Totally false advertising and unprofessional.

RESONSE TO OWNER: Anne I appreciate your response but none of that was explained to me. I asked multiple times why my offer on my car was so low and where was any additional from the special going on. My car is in great condition low miles clean and no issues at all. They didn t even come close to KBB trade value and wouldn t explain why. Also as I mentioned above not once but twice I asked to speak to the manager so I could get clarification but he didn t seem to have time for me.
I did go to another Honda dealership who was very open and honest with me about my car AND offered me close to max KBB trade value on the same trade I tried to do with Hendrick.

After spending a couple of weeks at a few dealerships and a disappointing week at another Hendrick with a salesman that failed miserably, I was tired of dealerships altogether. So when Barney (Greg Barneycastle) called about an Odyssey that we might be interested in (due to another one we liked that had just sold), I had my doubts. It was a pleasant surprise to meet a guy that honestly sounded sincere and just wanted to do his very best to find us a vehicle. We had a few items that we found from an inspection but Scott Byrley the sales manager told us to bring it back in and they would have it taken care of (which they did). So do yourself a favor and check these guys out and speak with Barney if you re looking for a car. Thank you to Brendan Bosshart (finance) and to Sean Smith (sales) who took time out to help.

I've been a Hendrick customer for more than a decade. I got my '98 Civic serviced there and no where else. So, I just purchased a new '14 CR-V from them and couldn't be more pleased. Everyone is great, lots of communication, service is prompt. The best!

We found excellent customer service, superior products, and great prices. Tanner treated us like family and so did Joe in the finance office. Yesterday my check engine light came on and they were able to get me in right away. They put a new catalytic converter on my car hoping that would fix the problem as it was free under my warranty. Drove the car home and back to work and it still didn't feel right so I called and they got me in right away. Diagnosed the problem and unfortunately it is going to be a pricy fix, but they were willing to apply discounts since I'm a healthcare employee. This dealership has been accommodating and flexible, but Hondas these days leave something to be desired. They aren't the sturdy, well made pieces of equipment they used to be. So the brand itself gets a much lower rating. I think I'll try a Subaru after this vehicle.

Not very confident when I here the manager Dorian Gordon telling the sales person to tell me something untrue , so I can buy his car, not a very good experience...

We drove 3 hours from Raleigh to look at a used Odyssey. Ronnie Russell was kind enough to hold it for us. He was also waiting in the parking lot with the van ready for a test drive when we arrived. Had a 2014 civic. Within 2 close to 3 years i had my battery replace under warranty and after roughly a year, my battery died again. Which the battery shouldn't have died yet. So the battery is a defect. Went to honda and they said they can't do anything cause the warranty is up already so i have to buy another battery. Told them it was a defect battery but they said " sorry I can't do anything."

Came in today for warning light that came on and to have the air bag recall taken care of. The service department was definitely five star. Took care of everything flawlessly. I have purchased five cars from this dealership, Top notch. Ask for Melissa Evans when buying car. I won't go anywhere else even though I live in Huntersville with a competing dealership 2 miles away.

Overall this experience was a positive one. The staff was very friendly even though it is a tense argument talking about prices of automobiles. I ended up buying a used 2018 Honda Civic Sport hatch back. As far as the warranties are concerned they seem to be inclusive to anything I would need and the financing was very reasonable. I have yet to go through all the coverage and warranty in fine detail but it seems to be well written and on the side of the buyer. However, this is a Honda Warranty, not a dealership one.

My sales person was Ned and he was a very friendly guy. He helped me out in deciding on what was best for me and even though I almost ended up buying the car new he managed to close a deal with me.

The other sales person named, and my spelling is going to be way off here, was criss. She had a good way of talking to me in a non-sales person manner. She also helped in getting me into some other cars to make sure I got what I wanted.

The finance guy who worked with me was Joe. He was by far the best person I worked with. Probably because we got to talking about stuff other than the finance portion of the deal. But he seemed to be very knowledgeable in his department and got me into a good finance deal.

It is hard to judge a car dealership on the first bit of owning a car sold by them. It's typically not until warranty issues start coming up that things turn south so I will update any trouble I have there.

The only thing that I felt was wrong was when it was claimed they were only making $42 on selling me a used car. Maybe that's the truth but I sincerely doubt it.

In summary it was a good experience and if anything comes up at a latter date when dealing with the warranty or the dealership fulfilling the promise of giving me the add ons I requested in the deal I will update this review.
