Excellent customer service from the entire staff, very reliable internet service

Worst internet I've ever had the only reason I keep this garbage is because it's the only option I have.

I have had ProValue for 3 years and never had a single problem. Internet connection is great, customer service is also great. I highly recommend ProValue to anyone who is in their service area.

This is the best internet we have found so far!! In the past we have used dish network, Hughes net and AT&T hotspot. None of them even compared to the quality we have gotten with PVN! We live very rural and have limited options. We also enjoy that PVN is truly unlimited I remember nights I would have to get up at 2am just so I could use the free time on the internet. My only complaint is it took ages for them to own a tower that was visible from my house. Service has been great and any time I had an issue they were quick to track down the problem and explain what was wrong and how it was going to be fixed.

PVN offers great service and trouble free usage! If there ever is an issue, they get it resolved quickly and efficiently! Have used them now for nearly 10 years and give them excellent reviews!

Been with them over 6 yrs!! I have ALWAYS ALWAYS paid my bill!! Yet now they cut me off KNOWING that my daughter has to have internet because she is being homeschooled!!! I promised to pay them 100% in one week 6 days !!! Yet that is too hard for them???!!! Are you serious?? You would think in this day & age they would be a bit more careing & understanding!!!!

I very rarely had issues with ProValue Net when I used their service. Exceptional service and great speeds.

I've gone through many different internet companies this one is by far the best all around the techs are beyond helpful when setting the equipment up and the office staff is extremely kinda and helpful! A member of their staff at the office named john is incredibly helpful and all around a pleasant person to speak with anytime I have terribles.

Had an issue with billing went into the Stillwater store they assisted me within a few moments and got the issue resolved. Very friendly.

High quality internet service in my rural location. I recently went from the 25Mbps plan to the PVN100 and consistently get about 100Mbps down and 10Mbps up. Well above 99% uptime. Great customer service too, I appreciate that this is a relatively small company and I can get ahold of someone local for assistance.

There service is great. It even made it through the last ice storm.

Have 3 accounts. Fabulous service and constantly upgrading quality of service and signal! I believe we have been with them since they started.

We enjoy good internet service with Pro Value. When there is a problem or outage they're quick to respond and resolve the issue...or help me work through it if it is on my end.

The internet connection is beyond horrible. Calling their customer service to report down times and absolute loss of connection leads to nothing but scripted replies and uncaring questions about my own usage. It is plain to see that they want their reviews to be positive, but I will not change my review until they have shown progress on fixing the repetitive signs of the poorest connection available. It is impossible to work from home on anything without losing connection. It has progressively gotten worse over the past few months.

Excellent service and a great product at a fair price.

Installation was a couple of hours, but the installer we had was very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Don t usually have trouble with our internet. Only time was during the most recent ice storm and it was only off for a few hours.

Priced higher than others, but service is excellent.

I got internet from ProValue about a year ago. Love them as a company!! This is a fantastic business, bringing reliable high speed internet to the rural community! I am so appreciative of this idea this company had starting out. I have ha zero problems with my service that were not resolved almost instantaneously by them either fixing it online or sending a tech out to resolve. I would recommend them to anyone living in or out of city limits. They do a fantastic job and their prices are incredible with no contract! Who does that anymore??? Even if they had a contract I would sign with them. Honest dependable group of people, purely a pleasure to do business with!!

There have hardly ever been any interruptions in service, and then only briefly. The service is great. We are satisfied customers.

GREAT PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. FROM THE TIME I CALLED AND THROUGH THE INSTALLATION EVERYONE VERY PLEASANT AND NEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. OH AND WHEN I HAD A PROBLEM WAS ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE LOCAL AND NOT OUT OF THE COUNTRY AND KNEW WHAT TO DO TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM.

We've been with ProValue for our internet service since the late 1990's, back when dial-up was the best you could get. Now we're using their 20 mbps wireless broadband (we live out in the bojacks) and couldn't be more satisfied. These guys have always been very responsive to inquiries and service requests and have always provided first-class service. We recommend them to anyone needing reliable internet service.

Drew and his guys have a command of internet solutions that helped us unlike anyone else! We have been extremely pleased with the service, knowledge and problem solving!

I live in a rural community and it was extremely difficult to get Internet in the first place but Provalue has been awesome. I m an educator and amid this pandemic, I was able to count on reliable and speedy service to be able to do all my necessary work from home and stay safe. The service is very rarely out due to extreme weather and the techs and staff and Provalue are always so quick to get service back up and running. Also no data caps which is fantastic for all your video conferencing and streaming needs!

When Joe came to install internet, he was AWESOME.
He talked to all of us about the service and what we would be able to do. Made sure we understood everything 100% before he would let us sign the paperwork. He was so polite and helpful. Once we had issues and unable to get on our internet. I called Provalue, the gentleman gave me a few things to try when I got home. He called me back 30 minutes later to see if all was good or if we needed to dig in a little more. All was good and we are completely thrilled with Provalue.

Placed ProValue in my RV Park. I have not had one complaint from my customers with the service in the year and a half I have had the service.

Great people to work with and they make getting Internet the easiest experience in comparison to others by far! Had excellent service the whole time I had them and unfortunately moved to an area they don't cover so I couldn't continue service, but anyone who is looking should start here first! Couldn't have been a better experience from the company and employees as well!

This company offers the best internet for rural Oklahoma!! The only time we have a problem with service is when a storm rolls in (which is to be expected, of course). The service is good, friendly, informed and responsive. I wouldn't use any other internet provider outside of city limits!

I have tried Hughes Net & AT&T wireless and both do not hold a candle to ProValue. Having a home office I depend on having a good internet connection. These guys are the real deal. The service is real good and they are always very nice. I tell people about the all the time.

The company's service has been very reliable, and during the October 2020 ice storm related outages the down time was held to a minimum. Their customer service and support has been good when I've needed it, especially when working out my initial equipment set-up. Very satisfied customer!

ProValue does not only provide a reliable service, they are professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them 100%!

The service is great. We have never had a issue with it. Its also affordable. We have prepaid electric and the electric company owns provalue. The bill for the internet comes out of our electric bill.

I was so worried when we moved into our house that we would not have great internet connection living more rural. I was wrong! Provalue has been amazing! The speeds are faster than what we were getting in the city for a very comparable price. Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone!

159.99 + Tax + 99 installation fee is insane. "We believe internet should be available no matter where you live" as long as you can afford the outrageous cost associated with it.
that is just an insane cost for what is a terrible speed and a Fixed Wireless signal no less.

The name ProValue is so contradictory.
Their partnership with CREC to help save? a $5 discount per month.

Stillwater deserves better

ProValue has always been great. Our internet has only went out a few times over the years and they are really fast to get on it and get it figured out. Their technicians are smart and walk you through the process of everything if anything has to be done on your side, and they are always very quick and responsive on theirs. Highly recommend!

We have rural service, so it's slow upload, but that is to be expected. Service almost never drops, the staff is great. Outages which almost never happen, are fixed very quickly.

Always there to answer any questions or fix any problems that may arise. We've used them for over 5 years now and I think I've called them once with a problem with quick response. Always friendly. Highly recommend them!!

I moved into the country from city life. Called pro value and they came out installed a new satellite and 10ft pole to my home. I have never lost service even during bad weather. I also pay way less than sudden link. My installation guy explained every step to me as well. Also being able to pay online is a great help. Highly recommend!

Having been a pre-pandemic customer of ProValue, I was used to uninterrupted and excellent internet service in a rural area.

With COVID sending the majority of people to work remotely from home ProValue was faced with the overwhelming increase of traffic and use of bandwidth.

ProValue was able to keep service interruptions to a minuscule number. In addition, the service interruptions were repaired and restored within a couple hours!

I commend their dedication to their customer base and their constant strive for excellence in all they do for their customers and their communities!

Called in January to get internet and it is now April. Been here 2 or more times to find best signal. Recommended I set a pole. Cost $95 to bring lift to find signal. Pole is set which I did and spent digging a trench late at night to run coax cable holding a flashlight in my mouth. Did I mention I have to be up before 5 for work? Coax is hanging on corner of house waiting to be installed. If I knew it would take 4+ months to install I would chosen something else. I lost out on some great opportunities in the 4 months as I had several research projects in the works. If I ever get it hooked up, I hope I at least have a decent signal to actually use it.
Not a happy camper and my patience has all but left

They were supposed to move our service yesterday but dude was I'll prepared so he couldn't do install then when called back to reschedule cant be back till the 3rd after making us wait 2 weeks already I'm definitely calling Hughes net today to see it they can get someone here sooner tired of waiting on them to do their job

100% of the time they have resolved the very few problems I have ever had. As long as I live in the area and they don't skyrocket the prices like Dish and Direct TV...........they will be my provider.

Been having ongoing problems for half a month not getting any call backs problems keep persisting to where now there is no internet paying for there biggest package they have overall I dont feel like I'd recommend them

We have had tried many of the other rural internet options and were disappointed until switching to ProValue Net. It worked great for a year and then we lost line of sight to the tower on Range Road due to tree growth & trying to shoot over a ridge. Jeff Avilez, one of the technicians came out. He spent 4.5 hours trying multiple things & eventually got us going again. I would highly recommend that you use them for rural internet! These guys rock!

I live in a rural area and have been using Provalue.net for about 8 years. Before Provalue I was left at the mercy of dial-up. The folks at Provalue are very responsive anytime I have a problem. Speeds are consistent. I highly recommend Provalue if you live out-of-range for DSL or cable service.

ProValue has been essential for our business. We had been working with another company that charges a multiple of what we are currently paying. That company just wouldn t handle the amount of data we were using and was no where near the promised speed.

ProValue gave us a quick quote, and once we agreed, got us set up in a timely manner. 10/10 would highly recommend.
