I have been using Hendrick Honda at South Blvd to service our family's Honda cars since I moved to Charlotte 7 years ago. It has been great experience so far. All service advisors I've met are knowledgeable and helpful. In my last few trips, Mr. Dennis Sanford helped me on regular maintenance, repairs, recall claims, etc. and each and every time he did excellent job to explain details, set up reasonable timelines, and deliver what he promised to deliver.
