Last Friday I had an excellent experience with having a recall service done for my 2002 Honda CRV. I was greeted by my service coordinator, Dave Thomas who promptly got my car in for a recall servicing at no cost to myself. I had plans to take my 3 year old grandson for a ride on the LIght Rail to downtown Charlotte to visit at Imaginon Library while having the car work done. They not only gave me a ride over to the LIght Rail in my own car so that I had a child's car seat to transport my grandson, but they also provided me with a ticket to the Light Rail ride uptown. When I got a call that the service was completed, I rode the Light Rail back to the station and was greeted by a Honda employee, Jamie, who gave us a ride back in my service Honda....with my grandson's carseat! The service was really "over the top". I really appreciate how Honda notified me after all these years to fix a recall problem at no cost to myself, and treated me with the upmost of care and service. Thanks for this kind of first class treatment! PS....I also took advantage of the complimentary car wash on my way out:)
