Dave Thomas was my service rep for the 15,000 mile service on my 2015 Honda. He was thorough, efficient, and very professional. I had to return the following day to have service check a noise that the ac fan was making. He quickly took my car to the service department. It was something very minor that he said should have been done the previous day. He was very busy but had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. I was so appreciative of his excellent customer service.
