Waited the time they said it would take and the service man let me know it was almost done Great service. I was disappointed that Dennis was laid off. He has provided such wonderful customer service that our family keeps coming there to buy our cars. We have bought 4 cars in no our family from Hendrick because of the excellent customer service Dennis provides. I hope you bring him back after the economic effects of Covid 19 is done. 4-30-20 update to post. Received response:Thanks Bill! We are glad that we were able to help you out! One thing though, Dennis is still on the team and we haven't laid anyone off because of Covid. My Response: You have in fact laid Dennis off and I I just hope that he comes back. To say that you have not laid anyone off is a false statement made to have Hendrick look better. That is not necessary, just bring him back please.
4-30-20 Edit - I am sorry for commenting that Dennis was laid off. I was misinformed and he called me today. Thank you for the quick response to my comment and I love Hendrick Honda.
