Bought a brand new car 3 weeks ago, and as great and helpful as my sales guy was, the customer service since then has been way less than stellar. Multiple times I found myself desperately missing my 18 year-old car, because anything was better than dealing with the rude, arrogant, and pushy finance department, specifically their brand new finance manager, James Sicuro. I bought one of those extra basic maintenance packages for my car and wanted to cancel. After more than 3 days of emails and calls just to get in touch with the guy, I finally got unprofessional one-sentence or one-word emails back with the word "you" spelled "u". When I eventually had to go all the way to Honda just to cancel I was bullied by the finance manager who thought he could intimidate me into keeping a deal I didn't want. When I still ended up canceling I think he was shocked, which is why he didn't even look at me or shake my hand when I left. I left Honda so upset and in a panic that I didn't do the right thing, even though I did. One other thing I found frustrating was when I finally got to drive the car off the lot my very first day, they left me with less than half a tank of gas. The car is amazing, and my sales guy was great. Other than that, Honda needs to work on customer service.
