I have taken my vehicle to HQ Nissan for regular maintenance and service needs since they first opened and have always received excellent customer service from all the staff from the moment I arrive and continuing until I leave - every visit. They take the time to know their customers by name and vehicle and provide accurate information on the status of the vehicle. I have 70K+ miles on my vehicle and have never had any issues with any services performed and my car continues to perform smoothly. Additionally, their staff have gone out of their way to find the best deals on parts needed plus there are plenty of coupons available online and through their rewards program. I always pay much less for services here than I have ever paid for any vehicle I have owned and at any other business in town. I can breathe easy that my vehicle is well taken care of with technically proficient mechanics and a knowledgeable and extremely helpful service, parts, and cashier staff. I am thankful there is a Nissan place locally again and that they have some of the service staff I enjoyed so well from when the Nissan dealership was on Box Road, as well as, some excellent new people I've met along the way. I really like that so many of their staff have been there since the business first opened as well. That shows commitment not often found at a lot of dealerships and is a reflection of their management and the staff's cohesion that translates to better service to the customer. An added bonus - the waiting area is always clean, comfortable and stocked with fresh coffee and refreshments no matter what time of day I have gone in. I have and will continue to recommend HQ Nissan to my friends and associates as the best I've ever encountered whether in Columbus or any other town I have lived.
