I have taken my vehicle to HQ Nissan for regular maintenance and service needs since they first opened and have always received excellent customer service from all the staff from the moment I arrive and continuing until I leave - every visit. They take the time to know their customers by name and vehicle and provide accurate information on the status of the vehicle. I have 70K+ miles on my vehicle and have never had any issues with any services performed and my car continues to perform smoothly. Additionally, their staff have gone out of their way to find the best deals on parts needed plus there are plenty of coupons available online and through their rewards program. I always pay much less for services here than I have ever paid for any vehicle I have owned and at any other business in town. I can breathe easy that my vehicle is well taken care of with technically proficient mechanics and a knowledgeable and extremely helpful service, parts, and cashier staff. I am thankful there is a Nissan place locally again and that they have some of the service staff I enjoyed so well from when the Nissan dealership was on Box Road, as well as, some excellent new people I've met along the way. I really like that so many of their staff have been there since the business first opened as well. That shows commitment not often found at a lot of dealerships and is a reflection of their management and the staff's cohesion that translates to better service to the customer. An added bonus - the waiting area is always clean, comfortable and stocked with fresh coffee and refreshments no matter what time of day I have gone in. I have and will continue to recommend HQ Nissan to my friends and associates as the best I've ever encountered whether in Columbus or any other town I have lived.

I had no pressure from the salesperson I interacted with I understood exactly what I was looking for at what price point I was looking for and from there it was painless. I feel like I got a good deal on the vehicle especially after looking at blue book and everything else and the price that I paid. Even though I did not finance with them I got the price that I would have got with a Nissan in-house financing.

I just bought a 2019 Sentra. I got a great deal on the car that I wanted to
buy, and feel that the dealership did everything it could to make that
happen. I am very satisfied with my car buying experience at this
dealership. The lifetime power train warranty was a nice surprise too as
I had overlooked that on their website. I am the type of person that likes
to get to know people, and I also like to know who I am buying a car from.
I really enjoyed meeting several of our bravest buying cars, and also
working at this dealership; no wonder it is named Headquarter Nissan. It
became evident to me that this dealership supports its local community,
and reaches out to our military service members. I really respect that.
Please Note: I am not a service member (no free oil changes for me),
nor a employee of Headquarter Nissan or Nissan for that matter; I drove
2.5 hours from North Georgia for this - my third Nissan; I truly had a great
car buying experience at Headquarter Nissan; therefore, happy to review.

I have been thinking about a new vehicle for a while and when I saw online how the second row of the new Pathfinder folds forward with a car seat, I had to check it out! I sent an online request on a vehicle and had an Internet specialist call right back. I made an appointment for the following day and then life happens and I didn't have a sitter for all of our kids. I didn't make the appointment and they called to check on me and when I explained the situation they offered to bring one to me! Kenny Sterling showed up shortly with a new Pathfinder for me to check out and test drive. This AMAZING service was beyond any expectations I might have had. I decided I loved it and we talked numbers, the next day I went to the dealership and purchased a vehicle. Kenny has answered his phone every single time I have called and went above and beyond to get me a great deal and treat me like family. I loved my experience at Nissan Headquarters, everyone was so nice and helpful. We had an issue and the service department is fixing us right up. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically for sales, Kenny Sterling. You can't go wrong with him and he will do everything in his power to make your experience a good one. I'm excited to be part of his family now and I hope to be hooked on 'Nissan' and be a return and loyal customer of Kenny's and Headquarter Nissan.

I am very disappointed in the service at this location. My mom bought her car from here and has always come here for every service and oil change. Today the undercover splash shield was removed for the oil change but it was not placed back on. When they were notified they made it seem like that part doesn't come on the car and my mom didn't know what she was talking about. Maybe if she wasn't a woman they wouldn't have treated her like she doesn't know about cars. As far as I'm concerned they stole it. That is very unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. Fyi the last oil change they left one of the washers out of the cover so it was hanging and they apologized and fixed it. Now it's missing completely and they stated it was never there

I shopped all of the dealers in Columbus when I needed a new car and ended up at Headquarter Nissan. Shawn, my salesman, was extremely attendant and helpful, showing me several models and trims, including good bargains on the previous model year vehicles. This was in January of 2013. I ended up buying a 2013 Altima S and after 3 years, I still love it. The service has been spectacular, I have been well taken care of by who I considered my personal Service Manager, Carson Fugate. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, I feel like I can call and get answers at any time. And if I need to have a service done, I can schedule an appointment as quickly as that day. Although Carson has now been promoted to a supervisory position, I know I will get the same service from whoever I deal with, and I can always talk to Carson if I need to. And as I told Terry Bell, my only complaint is that this car makes me late where ever I go because the seats are so comfortable, I don't want to get out when I get to where I'm going.

After months and months of trying to find the right car (it had to be a Nissan Altima or Maxima) to purchase, I finally did it. I went this past weekend and purchased my car and the salesman David was "OUTSTANDING". He made sure I left that dealership satisfied. After looking at a couple of cars that didn't catch my eye (because they weren't a Maxima or Altima) I can honestly say we found the Altima I had been wanting. It was perfect. I called before coming about a possible battery issue, I was told I could have it checked fairly quickly if I brought it in right away since they were slow. So I brought it in less than 15 minutes (around 9:45 am) and when I arrived I was told it would probably take 3 ish hours to have me out the door.. So I walked around and saw them park my truck, they didn't take it in to the shop until after 12:30pm to look at it, after I came to ask about how much long it would be. Finally around 2:15 I was able to leave. Kind of disappointing but the staff was still very nice. Just dampened by the unexpected wait time. Overall I'll still return but will arrange my schedule better for next time. Or arrange for a ride.

I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for an appointment at 9:00. I called at 2PM and my car was not ready. I was told my car would not be ready for another hour. (Meaning they didn't even start on my oil change until I called!) I had to make alternative arrangements to be taken to my car. Upon arriving at Headquarter Nissan, I see that my vehicle is left in the bay with the windows down. Anyone could of easily walked by the car and taken things out of it. The service rep had to "track down" my paper work. I was very displeased with the entire experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Head Quarter Nissan in Columbus, GA! Devon and Joey helped me to be able to get into the hottest car on the lot!! I love my new 2013 Sentra SR! These two guys went above, above, above and way beyond for me!! They took extra time with me, making sure I got exactly what I wanted and they made me an "offer I couldn't refuse"! These guys are great!! Devon is hilarious, kept me laughing the whole time and Joey took care of me as though I was his daughter! These two are a perfect team! Stanley in Finance also made me feel very valued (and was able to get me the best deal)!! Was also notified about a part recall but mine was not faulty at least at this time. I am a 4 time Nissian owner since 1993 and 3 of the 4 are still on the road... Love my Nissian

My appointment was on a Tuesday for an oil change, I was told that they only do oil changes on Friday. I told them that I came in because that is when they set the appointment up. They went ahead and did the oil change. I also did not give me the check off again showing if there was anything else I needed.

Little to no communication about the status of my service. They ended up keeping my vehicle overnight. I was told the issue was fixed, but received another call the next morning saying it was not and they had a problem. They quoted me one price and when I arrived to pay, the price was greater than what I was quoted. The shuttle driver Ebony was very nice. I will not be returning. I will drive out of city to have my vehicle serviced in the future.

My recent experience was unpleasant. The service rep and service supervisor doesn t seem to appreciate customers (well me at least). In short, communication, vehicle status and call back from both service rep and supervisor are way below standard. I most likely will not return to Nissan of Columbus.
Service performed on my vehicle was the best part of my experience there. Good job mechanics!

Racist, racist, racist! Worst experience ever!! One employee by the name of Cody made us feel absolutely horrible, unwelcomed and the issue seemed to be the color of our skin! One very sweet older woman who was a cashier, who's name I wish I knew because she tried to go above and beyond to try to make us feel better after he made us and our vehicle feel like garbage! Get better employees Nissan, this is ridiculous! It's 2017 and having racist employees is just ridiculous.
