I have been thinking about a new vehicle for a while and when I saw online how the second row of the new Pathfinder folds forward with a car seat, I had to check it out! I sent an online request on a vehicle and had an Internet specialist call right back. I made an appointment for the following day and then life happens and I didn't have a sitter for all of our kids. I didn't make the appointment and they called to check on me and when I explained the situation they offered to bring one to me! Kenny Sterling showed up shortly with a new Pathfinder for me to check out and test drive. This AMAZING service was beyond any expectations I might have had. I decided I loved it and we talked numbers, the next day I went to the dealership and purchased a vehicle. Kenny has answered his phone every single time I have called and went above and beyond to get me a great deal and treat me like family. I loved my experience at Nissan Headquarters, everyone was so nice and helpful. We had an issue and the service department is fixing us right up. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically for sales, Kenny Sterling. You can't go wrong with him and he will do everything in his power to make your experience a good one.
