I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for an appointment...
I dropped my car off at 8:00 AM for an appointment at 9:00. I called at 2PM and my car was not ready. I was told my car would not be ready for another hour. (Meaning they didn't even start on my oil change until I called!) I had to make alternative arrangements to be taken to my car. Upon arriving at Headquarter Nissan, I see that my vehicle is left in the bay with the windows down. Anyone could of easily walked by the car and taken things out of it. The service rep had to "track down" my paper work. I was very displeased with the entire experience.
