The good: salesman was a great guy with charisma
The bad: bought a used sienna van and asked about getting a DVD player installed which they said they could do for $1000. The DVD player that was installed was a low end model ($150 on Amazon) and wasn't even hooked into the factory wiring allowing the lights to come on when doors are opened. Was treated like a criminal the entire time from test driving the vehicle (had to be chueffered by salesman) even right down to going to Navy Federal to pick up the check to pay for the van. I was driven by the salesman in his personal vehicle. I could not even drive the vehicle I was purchasing because of "some cars have been stolen" speech they gave. Not to mention while I was waiting for the DVD player to be installed my family of 6 was given a 5 passenger vehicle to accomate us.

I waited 5 hours to get my brake fluid changed, engine filter replaced and a tire rotation. This doesn t take that long and I would ve been fine if I was notified ahead of time. I was not told this until waiting for 3 hours at the dealership. This is unacceptable and the service associate was not apologetic at all. I m really hard to displease in customer service so that says a lot.

I was very indecisive the day of my visit and I would ve been frustrated with myself if I was her LOL. She s a true sweetheart and hopefully I can purchase from her one day at Headquarter Nissan.

Spent 5 hours at the dealership. A lot of it was waiting around for the sales agent to to check if each, individual used car was still available (2 that I was interested in). Had to wait for agent to pull the paperwork then again for them to print and organize the paperwork (each taking 20-30 minutes). Finally got my car after waiting for it to be detailed then waiting for the agent to return from another test drive with my key, only to get my car home to find a huge scratch on the tail end of my car. Contacted the agent and he stated he saw it but failed to mention seeing it before I left the lot. I was disappointed with the entire process. I'm happy to say I have a car! BTW, the scratch wasn't listed on the carfax.

I am upgrading yesterday's one-star rating because I am convinced that there will not be a repeat of the fiasco I faced yesterday. I removed the 5th star pending possible improvements to the Service Dept process as discussed with the Service Manager.

Steve and I had a great experience at Headquarter Nissan. Kenny Stelting is a real person who went above and beyond to make sure we had the car we needed. He then turned us over to Mac McPhail who is a real trooper and found a way for us to get the financing we needed and get the car. Thanks guys! You're the best!

I have been going to HQ Nissan for all my service needs since moving to the local area. While I have always been greatly satisfied with there overall customer service; I must say working with CARSON was the highlight. Carson went out of his way repeatedly to proactively seek, explain, and overcome all my service needs. Not only was he extremely professional, knowledgable, and helpful but, he made the often dreaded task of vehicle maintenance a pain free and enjoyable experience. Carsons' considerations in all aspects of providing the greatest and stress free service is the reason I will continually return the HQ!

I researched the vehicle online, and made an appointment to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival, I was met by a friendly staff -- who I must add were all wearing their PPE gear!

The vehicle was clean and was backed into the parking space under the awning...just how I like to park. After a thorough walk around with Mr. Thomas, we took the car for a ride.

I was looking for a vehicle that had the most up-to-date technology, affordable, sporty looking, yet good on gas. After getting on the thruway, I was very pleased with its smooth acceleration and performance. I was sold.

After getting back to the office, I followed up with Mr. Jackson. The paperwork was seamless. I was in and out in no time. My daughter loved playing in the play area, and she wanted to ride home with me, because she liked the way the car smelled!

Pretty sure someone working here stole my debit card number. I havent bought anything in over a week and suddenly the day after visiting and paying for my service, I have a mysterious charge from Smiths Station Alabama. I dont go to Alabama and because it was a local charge, someone had to have gotten my card number. When they charged my card, they took it to the back and I couldnt see what was being done with it.

I traded in my 2016 Rogue for a 2019 Rogue because i LOVE THE ROGUE! I told the sales manager what i wanted, and he had it waiting for me when i arrived. Trovon Johnson, my sales rep went above and beyond answering my questions and showing me the improvements and updates from one model to the other. He bluetoothed my phone for me and set the radio. He even helped with the detailing before i left. Mallike Caesar streamlined the finance process, so overall, it was a great experience. I will go back again!!!

It is his third year as manager, I got a used Toyota one key I was told I could get a second key so I did not fight on the price of the car $90+ key. They never honor of fix problems when new sales people miss speak. I had a great experience I got a great car paid 200 for a 2014 car however ; Joel is not kind or calm. Such a sham.

Me & my wife went up there this morning because of a recall on my airbag on the passenger side ok it took forever & when they got done with it I open my glove compartment & it just hangs to one side now they don't care if they mess someone's car up or not my wife was going to go back in there & I said don't even worry about it I was already aggravated cause it took longer then they said but yeah they broke my glove compartment when you open it up it just hangs now & it was perfectly fine when we took it to them. So I can't rate them after what they did. I wouldn't even rated them a 1 * but it wouldn't let me post til I did.

BRETT was our salesman and got us the Truck & pmts we wanted. When we were turned over to finance, Jason tried to sell us $3,000 worth of insurance, 4 different type policies , ADDED TO LOAN !! Do not fall for high pressure finance department. Consumer reports and the better business bureau suggest to avoid this insurance fee, that it is not worth the added cost.
Unfortunately, I discovered a $995 documentation fee that was never discussed when financing truck with Jason.
Management replied to this review and rewrote the finance contract and did not charge me for the warranty fees after I complained. I intend on seeing them again about the documentation fees and feel certain they will honor their word and remove it like they did with the warranty charges.

Hello, Tina Alier, Frankey Meals and Kyle Collins took great care of my needs today. I was very impressed with their service and their willingness to listen and address all of my concerns. I have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder and for the last two years I have been taking my pathfineder to Firestone for services. Unfortunately, I was unhappy with the service from Headquarter Nissan Service Dept. After my experience today, I am very satisfied. Kyle Collins and Tina went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were addressed. Honestly, after speaking with Kyle on 9/19/20, I was very impressed with his willingness to listen to my frustration and I trusted him wholeheartedly. I completed a survey on 91920 expressing my frustration with service. After my experience today, I am a well pleased and will begin using Headquarter Nissan Service Deparment. I am aware that your personnel is fairly new, however i hope that you will do everything you can to tenure Kyle, Tina and Frankey because they have truly exemplified true customer service!

Some of the rudest parts & service department people out there. Don't you dare call knowing what you need. They get offended that you actually know what you're talking about. Last I checked the customer was always right and a company that doesn't respect their customers shouldn't be in business. Can't wait for this place to go under. I recommend you finding another dealer that actually has a service department not full of a bunch of a-holes who think they're better than you.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. My daughter s 2017 Altima was less than 300 miles over the 36k mile warranty when the auto brake feature malfunctioned by braking when nothing was present. That was about a week and a half ago. My daughter was off at college 200 miles away so she brought it home for us to handle. We were informed it malfunctioned because it was damaged. Convenient excuse when the car has no body damage to it at Allan the camera is protected by the bumper and grill. The likelihood that something bounced up and caused the damage is slim. Then, to top it off, the part only costs around $625, but with their outrageous markup, they tried to charge $1000 for the part alone. Nothing but crooks.

She helped me find a car that fit my budget and that had the most options for the money! Just an overall wonderful buying experinece. My most recent visit occurred on Jan 28th for a scheduled oil change. I was promptly checked in right at 7 AM. The oil change occurred quickly as well as a new battery installation. Everything went without a hitch and I was very pleased to be in and out in no time flat.This visit restored my faith in excellent customer service. Thank you HQ Nissan.

Very busy Saturday. Made appt ahead of time but took them over 30 minutes to check me in. Not too customer service oriented that day....some people standing around looking at each other, approached the lady at the desk, who acted like I was a bother. Lady in service explained "there are only 2 of us"...as though it was my fault they don't schedule enough employees to cover busy days. One nice guy from sales tried to help, but it wasn't his Dept so there was nothing he could do. Should have better check- in service especially when you preschedule an OIL CHANGE only, nothing else. We bought the car there, one would think they would have your records, but no, at pickup they wanted to charge me for my free lifetime oil change. Same service lady said " well, no one told me". Also asked me for my certificate, and told me to bring it next time ( didn't have to on previous appts). I guess HQ Nissan sells so many vehicles, what's one customer more or less. Hopefully the next oil change will be handled more smoothly. Better to go to Honda or Toyota ( our other vehicles)- much better experience there.

They have a contest, where they offer an ipad as the prize. When it is really a marketing scheme, I drove almost 2 hours when it came time for the drawing they said we are going to wait 15 minutes, a guy came 6 minutes late they immediately had the drawing and the guy that came late won the ipad. Before hand they ask for your id, copy your address down without your permission. Told my daughter she had to give her real email,take down your phone number, than give you business cards and try to encourage you to hassle your friends with more lies!

You need a better service check in and out. I had to wait 15 minutes just to check in and all the lady did was ask my name and phone number. There needs to be a better system implemented to get customers checked in and out of the service area quicker. I ve been coming to the dealership for 3 years now and it s always the same thing. I was exhausted after my last visit at headquarter...

I was exhausted after my last visit at headquarter Nissan. Apparently, when you come for service, the Sevice techs can t see any previous maintenance done on your vehicle. First they suggested that I add stuff to my Oil during my oil change. I told them I had lifetime oil change so I d rather not come out of pocket. So instead my rewards balance was used. The tech called before using it to make sure I was okay with using my rewards balance and I missed the call. When I called back, I had to leave a message asking them to call me. By the time I was called back, my rewards balance had already been applied and they had added stuff... nice. Then, when I went for pickup, my tires were rotated without my consent and then they tried to sneak it in my bill. I had to inform them I bought my tires there so rotations should be included. The service tech couldn t tell in their system and told me I should have told them that. Why should I have to inform my service tech of every service I ve had done on my car? I did elect to have my engine air filter changed, but because my rewards points had already been used, I had to come out of pocket....lovely.

Overall, my car is running great and mechanics always do a great job. I m just exhausted as a customer having to explain what I have and have not done to my car and then having stuff done to my car without my consent. We don t have this issue with servicing my husbands truck that we purchased at GMC.

I called and scheduled an appointment at this dealership for 7/16/16. I showed up for my appointment on time and had to wait outside 20 minutes in the 90 degree weather until someone finally came to get me checked in. On top of being hot and sweaty, I explained that i was here for an oil change and I needed to get a strange sound checked out. It took 3 hours for this oil change to be completed my appointment was at 10am and I left a 1pm. This would be fine if I just was a walk-in but this is truly unacceptable as an individual with an appointment.

On top of the extended wait time, my issue with the sound my car made was brushed off. I was told that the sound my car made was "a normal tire noise for the roads around here". I asked the technician if he was certain and he said he could only go off what his colleague said. I drove in 6 different states in the last month and I knew this was not a normal sound. Needless to say I was given an option to reschedule to have another tech look at the car. Truly unacceptable and put me in harms way. My job requires I drive long distances each day. I took my car to Lynch Nissan in Auburn and turns out I needed a wheel bearing, which is covered under warranty. I had to drive nearly 40 miles to get my car repaired, that is ridiculous and very poor professionalism for Headquarter Nissan. I am thinking of filing a complaint. I have a 3 year warranty and I think that my service was just brushed aside. I could've had my wheel come off or caused an accident without this work being done. I will not be returning to this location and I will be putting this review and photos of the service paperwork online. Others should be warned. I love my Nissan and my old dealership in texas was exceptional. This is just a bad apple. Lynch Nissan took care of me!

I had an accident over 200 miles from home. I requested that my vehicle be dropped of at Headquarter Nissan Of Columbus for repair and paid the tow truck extra mileage to get it there. I've never had any problems with the local Nissan, so I thought this was a good choice. After 3 weeks, I was told the vehicle was ready, I requested that the brakes be checked and I would pick up the vehicle in a day or two. Upon paying and passed the keys, I could not find my vehicle. I was told it should be in the bay and it was not. Could not find my service representative. He was always busy when you could find him before. Another employee said he would help find it it. We found it, but it would not start. The vehicle was jumped started and I proceeded to drive and noticed a noise. I returned the vehicle and the tech stated something about a loose heatshield. I guess he never turned off the car and gave it back to me. I drove off on my long trip home and stopped for gas about 10 miles away. Guess what, the car would not start again. Battery terminals showed some corrosion and after cleaning them, the car started. This could have been corrected by the Nissan technician. I drove the vehicle home. Next morning, I noticed that the front passenger lug nuts are coming off. One had nearly come completely off, and another was loose. Also, the Nissan logo was missing from the same wheel. Just a hole there. This was a new wheel to replace one from the accident. I thought this car was ready? What if the wheel had come off? What else didn't get done correctly? Called Headquarter Nissan Of Columbus multiple times over twos days and never was able to talk to the anyone on getting the logo replaced. Always, the service representative was with a customer, at lunch, and we will leave a note to have him call you. Message passed up to the next level too, but again no response. Asked once to bring the vehicle back, but I'm nearly 4 hours away.

Issue is still not resolved as far as the wheel logo goes.

This place is a piece of work.. They are Very pushy for your business, and they will smooth talk thier way into making you actually believe that you are getting the deal of a lifetime. And best of all, they mark up their cars WAY more than what they are worth.

After our family of 4 literally spent 6 hours here, They actually made us think that we were getting a good deal, rubbing in their discounts and rebates. Come to find out they over charged me for a run of the mill car, that I am stuck with and can't even refinance because what we owe on the car, the car isn't worth and it's only a month old!!!!!
Then they tried to turn it around on me, blaming my trade when I questioned their ethics in selling cars. Yep, it's my fault.

We cant even get out from under it, if we wanted too. Great way to treat a military family headquarter Nissan. Thanks for all you did for our family. We will be paying for this mistake for many years. What a way to do business.
Let me tell you what they are good! Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place.
I would not even recommend this dealership to my worst enemy.

Assistant Service Manager BRETT NEW should get promoted to manger, he build a great rapport with me and made me feel very welcome, the service at this shop is incredible and I will recommend anyone to get their oil change here regardless of vehicle.
Overall it goes back to excellence customer service and Brett was experienced, respectful and educational. Thank you for everything today Brett.
