Brought in for a oil change. I have the free oil change and even though I gave my certificate to them I was charged for the oil change. The young lady at desk advised she would take care of paperwork and let me go. She was great. I stopped doing reviews because there was also a problem last time. We have purchased multiple vehicles and loved Nissan in the past but not sure where we will purchase our next car.

I am a gear head and have very little faith in others working on my vehicles, After a wonderful purchasing experience from Headquarter Nissan back in March 2014, I decided for once to try and keep up with the dealers unlimited Warrenty. Being Military I am rarely around to do services as they need to be done, so we take my wife's Pathfinder to them. I have to admit the idea of somebody not me working on my vehicle made me cringe, knowing some of the tactics some service stations, and departments use. (why I am not in that business anymore.) Giving it a try, I have to say that I am very surprised at the level of professionalism and quality they put into their serivice. They perform neat and correct work with a true technition. Their services are fair in price for work recieved. Only one visit, did I have a small incident, and the serivice department rapidly took care of the issue as I brought it to their attention. All of these things make paying for serivice easy to swallow for an old wrench turner such as myself. To top it all off while you wait, they have a nicely done waiting area with ipads, coffee, snacks, kids play room, window to watch vehicles being serviced, Tv, ect. Lastley their service parts department are very knowlegable people, and are also great resourse of information for anything you may be looking to do with your vehicle I.E. adding trailer hitch, getting misc. parts that are hard to find. They also know quite a bit about the parts or services you are inquireing about. So to sum up everything, I typically would have never considered buying a vehicle from a dealership near a military post. They feed and pray on young serivicemen and for people who learned their lesson early as I have in the past, know to travel out of the area to shop. Headquarter Nissan has been the exception. I was looking for a family vehicle and simply stopped by to get an idea of how big their SUV's were having never considered Nissan before (used to be die hard Ford guy). They were good to me and my wife, answered our questions, occupied my then 3yr old son (any parent knows car shopping with a small child can be a handful) and were easy to work with. I got a fair deal on a good SUV we still love a year later and travel the country in. I also got a better than expected trade in offer for my Ford Focus. ( I had done my homework at the time when I realized my expanding family needed somthing bigger). I am writing this now because I wanted to put some time (and payments) between the excitement of buying a new car and my true and honest opinion. If you aren't brand loyal (I was, till money dictated otherwise) I highly recomend buying from this dealership. I highly recomend taking your vehicle her for services. I still do, they have gained my trust and confidence. I take my other vehicles in at times , when I have little time to service them myselff, and typically ask questions and get tips for some of the services I do myself at home on my other vehicles. I recomend them to others on Fort Benning. At the very least if you are a sceptic , as I was, come loaded with questions and nitpick with them and see if they can meet your needs. Reveiws are hard to accept somtimes because they are usually writen a time when the excitment of buying a car is still fresh. This is an honest review of a guy who is hard to please and very critical of my every dollar. I think when a business produces good service and keeps fair honest sales practice, they deserve a good honest review. I will purchase from them in the future becuase of their good service and fair honest business sales practice.

After reading the comments, I am sure now that Nissan will not be getting business from me any longer. Took my Nissan in for a simple oil change and the tech did not put engine parts back on it. Left the dealership and immediately the car cut off. I was sitting in front of the dealership and the car would not start. I called the dealership and they came out and only to take several tries to get it started. When the car went back to the tech, he stated that clamp to the air duct where the air filter is located just popped off. Now, I am a female, but not stupid or crazy to realize that a clamp just pops off the care. The tech did not want to admit the truth that he forgot to double check his work. Nissan, you are at the BOTTOM of my list. If you have tech or service department to treat their OWN Nissan right, how do you expect to treat anyone right. I might as well take the care to Presision Tune or Grease Monkey to let them do the job. $14.95, 2+ hour wait was not worth my time and effort to getting a simple 15 minute oil change. I agree with the rest of the comments posted that the dealership and its people suck.

Nice selection of vehicles, but they didn't work too hard to sell me a car. I'm upside down on my trade and understood that. I've been in this situation before as I put a lot of miles on a vehicle. But HQ Nissan didn't seem to try at all.

Al Taylor is wonderful! I have bought three Rogues from him. He really cares about his customers and tries his best to help them and give them a great deal. Terry Browning is also a great guy! Both of these gentlemen have been a pleasure to work with. I plan to buy my next car (probably 2025) from Headquarter Nissan also. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

I visited Columbus,Georgia on a business trip and gave my 2000 Lexus LS400 for Oil Change and Maintenance to Terry, the service adviser at Headquarter Nissan of Columbus, Georgia,. He promptly analysed what needs to be done and completed the oil change service on time and I returned to Alpharetta with a smooth drive from Lexus LS400. I would recommend Headquarter Nissan for all used car service.

I was visiting my client in Columbus Georgia and visited Headquarter Nissan for get oil change on my Lexus. Mr David Cochran, the service manager was extremely nice to explain me that it is better we synthetic oil for my vehicle for improved engine performance and durability. He was extremely nice to advise the service advisor assigned for the job to take special of the job.Apparently they had special oil change promotion for $19.95 or so, and there were lots of oil change customers ahead of my job.I would recommend the Headquarter Nissan any one!Jay MaddireddyAtlanta

I have always been happy with the service dept. in the past. This time, not so much! I bought my tires from here and they kept my lug nut key! I recently got a flat tire and was unable to get the tire off without the key. The service dept. told me that I had to have it towed at my expense all the way to the dealership so that they could see what they could do. They could have at least paid for the tow. That would have been great customer service! It took them about 7 hours to plug the tire and change two bulbs that I needed!!

My visits to the service center have always resulted in an additional trips back to fix problems created by technicians or to complete work that wasn't finished after being told otherwise. I raised my rating due to the attendant getting us back in the shop on Saturday evening and resolving our issues quickly. My suggestion would be to greatly improve on quality assurance to make sure jobs are done right the first time.

I recently had a service appointment at 3:00 for a oil change. I arrive 10 minutes early was checked in by the service manager. I went inside and took a seat to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. I had been waiting for a little over a hour and someone asked me if I was alright. I laughed and told her that I arrived 2:50 for my 3:00 appointment for a oil change and I am still waiting. She stated she will check on it she walked away. About 30 or 40 min later a guy came by and asked if I was here for service I told him yes he asked my name and what service I told him he asked me who checked me in and I told him I wasn't sure it was a guy with the costume with a lot of hair on his head and face he said that was me. He said let me check on it and he walked away. It was after 5 when he returned and he informed me that he was the service manager and that he handed my information to someone else to write up my ticket and and it was not done. He told me that a technician was working on my car now completing my oil change he said he was covering the cost and apologized for the delay. I waited 3 hours with an appointment to go my oil changed. This is not the first nor second time I have waited longer than I should have for a simple oil change. I take my car there for the great price but it's not worth spending half my day there with a scheduled appointment for a oil change

Ok. I Love HQ Nissan and normally I d give a five. Appointment at 0930. Someone comes to me at 10:55 and says your part for your seat will be delivered within five days. I say what s wrong with the seat. He says no one has spoken with you? I say no. He goes off looking for someone and comes back saying everything is taken care of and says do you want me to bring your car around. I say sure. I get in and drive off with no information. I m confused. But hey I still Love HQ Nissan but I plan on calling them shortly for an explanation.

The 3 stars is only the service department. I have never had an issue here and only been here three times due to promotions. Two times with salespeople and one time at service. Just an average experience. I'm happy for the free oil change promotion but it was not worth the 1.5 hour wait. I could have been in and out at Grease Monkey in 20 minutes. I do recommend here if you have the time, but again just an average experience that you would expect at a dealership.

I had expressed an interest on seeing a car on the internet, when a very friendly person from IT named Frankie called me 5 minutes later to set up an appointment to come in and look at the model I was looking for. After seeing 3 Mustangs sell out in front of me, the salesman David Walters worked some numbers for me and found out what I could afford. He was very knowlegeble about the model, and after taking a test drive, I was very impressed with the 2009 Hyundai Azera so much that I decided to take it. David worked with the financial department, and got my payments where I could afford it, finalized the paperwork, and I ended up taking it home that evening. A very nice experience and I will be a return customer. EVERYONE was very friendly!

I had an awesome experience at Heaquarter Nissan. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted and everyone was friendly. They made sure that I was helped and in a timely manner. Sales Assoicate Daryl Byrd was great very knowledgeable and patient. I got my first owned car and with the help of him and the rest of the Headquarter Nissan staff got the best deal. He showed me all the features of the car never seemed to be in a rush and I was there for at least 3 hours. So I will start off with the positive part. My service advisor Brett is great. He is very friendly nice to talk to and seems very knowledgeable about his job and the parts. The greeters on the phone are also nice once they finally answer.

Now the negative part. I have been going to Nissan since 2011. I bought my car for Nissan of Columbus back then brand new. It gets very frustrating when you call up there and the phone rings continuously until it starts making the beeping noise. I should not have to call four times to discuss my vehicle especially if you are trying to get me to spend $1,800 with you all. Every time I drop my car off I do not even receive a call or an update until almost 5pm and I go through this hassle of trying to get a hold of someone. That is very poor service. I should not have to call your sales team to get in touch with service department. I understand being busy or backed up but you also have to remember what you as asking people to spend with you esp in this time right now.

I m already looking pass the huge price it will cost to get my car fixed when I know I can just go to another shop. I am not only about to be car less for three days while getting it fixed but I am also going to be out of a lot of money. The least you can do is answer when someone calls.

Also this morning I dropped my car off At 8:45M and it took over five minutes for me to even be acknowledge or greeted. When I saw multiple people sitting at their desk talking amongst each other. Even if they are busy to simply greet me would have been nice.

The last time I had an issue with my car my service advisor not only took until the end of the day to let me know what was wrong but gave me a small window to even get my car back that day. I also had to wait on the phone and call numerous times until I could even reach my advisor.

We are all busy working and trying to handle things professionally but Nissan you need to treat the customers as if they are important. Once again esp with the money they are having to spend. I have not looked at other shops to get my service but if this keeps happening you will definitely lose my business.

But I will like to say again Brett (my service advisor today) has done a great job and because he was nice and patient and is currently working with me is the only reason why I have not been upset. Keep hiring good people like him who at least know how to speak with people.

A little can go so a long way.

My car-buying experience was nothing short of phenomenal thanks to Mr. Stelting. He worked tirelessly past closing-time to ensure everything went perfectly. I am a wheelchair-bound Air Force veteran with a very low credit score, but AJ in the finance department was able to not only get me financed, but financed at an exceptionally low rate. Normally I'm very pleased with my service work. This time, not so much. They did 3 of the 4 things I asked. Of course with the 4th, it's always "we couldn't duplicate the issue." Whatever, once I got my vehicle back, the cashier didnt really say much and was kind of snarky if she did speak so I wasn't sure if our business was finished. I had to ask "Am I all set?!" Then I get to my car and they left the plastic on the seat, floor mat, service tags, etc all inside the vehicle. The inside wasn't wiped down (sanitized.) There was a big black smudge on the outside of the vehicle. Just not their best work this time.

My experience was very good, my sales rep Mr. Daryl Bryd was Awesome, he took his time and answer all of our questions and if there something that he didn't know the answer he went and got the answer. He is a great salesman and i will definite refer him to someone else that is looking to purchase a new car. He is the only salesman that I will work with, he is caring, understanding, and treats you with respect. Not only did I Myself make a purchase but my daughter end up making a purchase as well, for herself, a vehicles on this day. Which She is waiting on her vehicle to arrive on the truck, but we seal the deal and waiting on her truck to arrive for delivery , but I left and drove off in my truck. As i said before the salesman was outstanding; the only issue I had was the WAIT TIME to go into the finance office, which they said it was only one person handling all of finances. We were there from 1:30 PM until 9:15 PM, which is Too Long, and we had to sit and wait forever to go into the finance office. With not having dinner and being a diabetic my sugar was starting to drop and Daryl did get me some to eat on, Once they call us and tell us that my daughter tuck is there I am hoping we will not have to wait that long to go into the finance office. Beside dealing with this long wait time, my shopping and sales experience was good.

I ve been shopping around for a car for a while now and was never comfortable with the people I would come in contact with until I met Tiffany. She was very patient and kind and found a car that not only fits me but is affordable! I highly recommend her!!

I purchased a car from this establishment back in April. Everything seemed ok UNTIL I went to get my car serviced and was informed that the service agreement I agreed to (and pay for) is not what I have. Nowhere did it mention in my contract that they service agreement only covered 34$! I was informed by the financial consultant, Caesar something totally different! I have called and emailed several times and OF COURSE, no response! I did refer several people to this place however I will make sure no one I know brings their business here- they are not honest people.

7/30/19 Update:
In response to HEADQTR NISSAN-
I never mentioned the name Necole was given, as you can see there is a first initial (S.) prior to my middle name. The name given was that of my first name which is also the name in your records from when I purchased the vehicle. Even so, you SHOULD be able to find me by my last name.
Second, the last call in which I was ABLE TO speak with a live person and not an automated system was Tuesday, July 23rd at 7:46am (8:46 am your time) in which I did speak to a lady and she informed me that everyone was busy and no one could speak to me but she claimed she would send the message out through some system so that it would go out to everyone on the floor and someone would get back to me. I also emailed M. Caesar personally and to this day, other than response to this review to -I guess make it seem as though something has been done, I still have not heard from anyone. No phone call no email just an irrelevant response on here. My advice to all just be careful.

Update: 8/15/19
Still no response via phone call or email response. Please do not allow them to scam you. The are VERY untrustworthy people. They respond to these reviews to make it seem as though they are oblivious to what is going on but it s just to cover themselves. Thank you Austin for being such a great salesman but I will never be back neither will I recommend this place to anyone else.
