I shopped all of the dealers in Columbus when I needed a new car and ended up at Headquarter Nissan. Shawn, my salesman, was extremely attendant and helpful, showing me several models and trims, including good bargains on the previous model year vehicles. This was in January of 2013. I ended up buying a 2013 Altima S and after 3 years, I still love it. The service has been spectacular, I have been well taken care of by who I considered my personal Service Manager, Carson Fugate. Anytime I have any questions or concerns, I feel like I can call and get answers at any time. And if I need to have a service done, I can schedule an appointment as quickly as that day. Although Carson has now been promoted to a supervisory position, I know I will get the same service from whoever I deal with, and I can always talk to Carson if I need to. And as I told Terry Bell, my only complaint is that this car makes me late where ever I go because the seats are so comfortable, I don't want to get out when I get to where I'm going.
