Sales experience all good for the most part; minus the hard inquiries. I purchased my Sentra and was offered the perfect loaded one. Didn't want a Sentra, but i love it. However, not even four months later I need services and oh my the customer service experience has currently been quit interesting. I'll leave it here. To be continued......

My overall experience with the Nissan dealership was the Best Ever , thanks to Ms. Gloria Stevens. My first impression of her, I was amazed. Professional,courteous,knowledgeable,hard working,compassionate, the list goes on. I will never forget the Winning Smile she had on her face. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ms. Gloria Stevens to the world. I called into headquarter Nissan looking to trade in my vehicle and purchase a new truck. The person I spoke to on the phone happened to be a manager and assured I would be taken care of. I was set up with a sale person by the name of Jamie Crowder. Out of all my negative experiences with car dealership Mr Crowder saved my perceptions of working with dealerships. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted and the whole process was amazing and comfortable. Offered water and snacks while I waited and spoke about our families. The sales manager I worked with was Frankie Elliston. Frankie was extremely helpful and continued to make my experience smooth and got me into the truck of my dreams. Finally, Jason Strong helped inform and take care of my paper work and warranty information. Working with Jason was also a smooth process. These individuals are great at what they do and helped me get the ride to help make my commute to work and in daily life a cherished event. Thank you to Headquarter Nissan and these hardworking individuals.
I drove through the lot so my daughter could see what Altimas look like. No salesman in sight. Just the way I like it. I'm not fond of Nissan dealerships and how they operate. So my five stars is based on no contact with them.
Not everyone needs to discuss purchasing New Cars for just wanting a normal Oil Change. Your years of service will be evaluated by buying from you, but having to wait 1 plus hours for a simple Oil Change is ridiculous. They were polite to keep the car running and putting the AC on, so you are comfortable. However, I say my car come out and it took 30-45 min. before I finally got discussed and asked a worker, why the wait. It till took another 15 minutes. My car was running for 45-60 min for no reason. THIS IS UNSAT.
Nothing but great quality service! I went in to see all my options in trading in my old car for a new one and was given the best option and advice by your Sales Rep. Cristhian Gabriel. I was greatly appreciative by the quality time he took to get me to understand the full details and specs, and how he understood exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and understanding! I ll definitely be coming back in to finalize the process!

Customer service is the best I've ever experienced! This dealership is so sparkling clean, the bathroom is amazingly spic n span, customer lounge is the best, employees are, courteous, helpful, and friendly. I've been to many car dealers in my lifetime and this one tops them all! This dealership supports military veterans too!!

I have recently had to have some repairs done on my '05 Altima and my experience with Carrie in the service dept as well as the work the technicians have done was great; friendly, informative, and repairs completed in a timely manner. I have never bought a car and it be so simple. No haggling on the pricing needed. I asked for more on my trade and was granted. The manager even gave us an extra rebate to keep our payments where we needed them to be. In and out in as little as 4 hours with the car we wanted.

After leaving my car for a 1:30 appointment, I received a phone call stating that I had multiple situations with my car. I said that I only came in for an oil change, tire rotation and an inspection so that's all I wanted. When I returned the next day, they gave me the wrong keys and insisted "that" car is mine. Come to find out, they hadn't even looked at my car and couldn't find it!!! They did what I came in for and refunded my money. However, when they drove my car out of the garage, they drug another wheel with rim. They threw in a spark plug change and delivered my car to me. The service manager didn't bring any paperwork with him and I'm still waiting for it.
Just purchased a 2019 Nissan Titan had it 18 months taking it in for service while under my 36000 mile warranty very easy to get appointment at no charge, also gonna have it detailed
They charged me 150 an hour for labor, for 2 hours and it took them less than an hour, they are real pushy on trying g to get you to buy other things, I would recommend another auto repair place, other than that save your copies of everything if you get a car here they changed my 10 year warranty to 6 years after 5 years of having my car and it has had so many problems

David Walters is an great asset to HQ Nissan. He was extremely knowledgeable on the vehicle I want and did try to talk me into something I didn t want. He allowed me to roam the complete lot until I found the truck that I liked. He worked very hard to get me the best deal made sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle. He gave me a complete tour around the service department and made sure that I knew every part of the building. He is the reason that will tell my friends about my experience at HQ Nissan.

Extremely honest, competent, and professional service center! I was expecting hundreds of dollars in repairs for AC issues and the mechanics/service reps fixed the issue with little/no cost. They ve earned my continued business and I would recommend to anyone for quick and efficient work.

When your service advisor tells you roughly $5500.00 to fix your vehicle but offers no explanation of what was done to determine that and you find out a $4 filter was the problem because another Advisor and tech took time to assist. Only reason I didn't put definitely not to recommend/ purchase is thanks to Advisor Ms.Debbie and Tech Mr. Anthony.

Awesome staff there is a little bit of a wait but service was fast. Also they got a new system that emails or texts you the multi point inspection and you can approve work from the text or email sent. Very convenient and efficient highly recommend headquarter Nissan.
1 hour repair has taken 2 hours...so far....kids play room is lacking big time ( very few toys and few they got no batteries)....they do have snacks and wifi...with out that it would be hell waiting this long....It got worse..so the repair and oil change "took" 4 hrs. And the repair still aint done ...Now I have to go back again tomorrow..

When I finished talking with the salesperson, I was directed to finance where they wanted to add so much more money for gap coverage and more warranties. My payments were already high enough. Anyway, I accepted the gap insurance, but not all those warranties. Otherwise, my experience was great and my salesperson was awesome!
Purchased new car in 2018, and NEVER, received honest, exceptional services until 8/27/20. Marq Thomas (Assistant Service Manager) provide awesome customer service. Headquarters Nissan needs to work on employee retention. Spanky new staff since I visited 4 months ago. Prior visit was Dec 2019, and there was turnover of staff, and service advisor was not knowledgeable and didn t know what they were doing, not friendly and appeared to not want to be there. You can not built a relationship with a service advisor if there is a continuous change in service advisors. I always complete surveys after each visit, and was quiet pleased with this visit. I hope that Mr Thomas is there on next visit. Maybe new and current staff need to shadow Mr Thomas on how and what customer service is all about.
I came in last week and was greeted by a nice young woman by the name of Tiffany. I informed her that i was just looking with the hopes of buying soon and she helped me through the steps i would need to take. I was not sure if i even wanted to stop in but i am so glad that I did. Please ask for Tiffany if you guys go in, she had the perfect attitude and helped with no hesitation. She def made me feel like she was there to service me and not to get paid off me.
I am a returning customer of Headquarter Nissan. They make the buying process less scary and explain everything in detail. I had the privilege of working with Mr. Daryl for my car buying experience and he was awesome. He answered every question that me and my parents had with ease and understanding. He worked hard for me to get the car that I wanted and within my budget so I wouldn't settle and end up with buyers remorse. I definitely recommend giving him a call if you're in the market for a vehicle.
We had a good representative that helped us a lot without the excessive pressure, it definitely made it more customer friendly than other locations. I would buy from them again.

Everyone in the service department was good. When I went into the waiting area it was very unkept . There was a kitchenette sink with no soap or wipes to use. Another person waiting for their car to be serviced, told me there was some soap in the bathroom. Going into the bathroom to get soap will help to cross contaminate the bathroom and waiting area. The table in the waiting area was covered with coffee etc.the microwave looked horrible!! I know this is because of uncaring people. I had to wipe down a mess from previous people. I know this is not the problem of the establishment. I hope the bathrooms and waiting area ( sink, tables, microwave, counters, etc) are cleaned at least once or twice during the day. I believe that soap or cleaning wipes should be available in the Kitchenette and the bathroom .
After told car wanted was still available the day before, even made appointment to test drive and purchase. Salemans had us arrive stated he was looking for keys to show after diving 92 miles and walking lot looking for car. Salesman after the fact tells me car was sold in stead of giving me a courtesy before driving this far.
I am giving it 4/5 stars simply because we had an appointment at 6. Got there ahead of time, waited for 35 minutes for our salesman to greet us. Turns out he walked by us a few times and was polite but when he finally realized we were there for him, he said no one let him know we were there. What s the purpose of checking in at the front desk if they don t do their part in letting our salesman know we arrived Anyway the 4 stars are for Dale Williams and his hard work!! He hustled to get us in the car we wanted. My husband are thrilled with our new 2019 Platinum Nissan Altima. Our kids were restless, but Dale hung in there with us like a champ!! Keep up the good work man!
Great Service, Fast and Informative. Christian Gabriel was who came and greeted me, kept me well informed on what s available, the benefits and features and helped guide me through the process.
Rather disappointed, went to look at an XD Titan, walked the lot never found the truck. Spoke with a sales rep at the door told me where on the lot it was. Went back to make sure I didn't over look it. Truck was not there. Another sales rep asked if he could help told him which truck I came to look at, 30 mintues later he calls the guy that "has the keys checked out" to find out the truck is now in the body shop. 2 hours of my time wasted looking for a truck that should be removed from the website if it's not on the lot for sale. Very disappointed...
I recently purchased a 2015 Nissan Altima and I love it! My sales man, Mike Jones was awesome and after 5 months he continues to deliver awesome customer service by keeping in touch to make sure that I am happy with my car and that I am receiving good customer service in the service department. If there has ever been any thing less than perfect he has gone out of his way to make it right. He even called me on my birthday!! If you need a great salesman call Mike Jones!

Extended warranty is a rip off. Uneducated representative (Sandra) quoted incorrect price, but passed us along to another agent to finish the transaction instead of first admitting to her $2000 under-quote, which caused us to walk away. Total disappointment!!!
I must say Headqaurter Nissan is a wonderful dealership at least with the experience we have received. We haven t purchased a vehicle from here but the dealer is in a convent location and has a phenomenal staff. Everyone here is willing to help and has a great attitude. At this location we have used the parts department which was on point and willing to print a schematic if an older model Nissan Pathfinder so we could see what parts needed to be ordered to repair or vehicle. We have also used the rental agency as well. I didn t even know the renter vehicles but it seems like they were the only ones in Columbus when I was seeking a rental the same day. The dealership has a great layout and from my experience seems like a place I would purchase from.

I was very pleased with the customer service. Nissan Columbus didn t have what I wanted originally but I came back because of how they made me feel. From the front door to the salesman Mr. Tim Fair and the Finance guy. I also liked thy everyone was well dressed and uniformed. Amazing buying experience. We will definitely return.
Great place to get your car from . But don t go to Christian amable or Gabriel , whatever his last name is . He s disrespectful and he also pays people to write good reviews about him on here. Parents recently bought a car there but they had someone else attend them. They were satisfied . But just stay away from him .
A very busy business!!!!! Service department is by appointments only- for you old timers, something that is hard getting use to. Emergencies are taken on a case by case basis. Life Time Military oil changes are on Fridays and again for you old timers make sure you have your Life Time Certificate with you! Oil changes made by appointment also requires your LIFE TIME Certificate. Be patient, get a cup of coffee and have a seat in the waiting room and watch as they service your vehicle.
Came in for some warranty repairs. I had an issue with steering wheel rattle and I have two blown speakers. The techs made no effort to diagnose the speakers, as they re still blown. I ll come back for necessary warranty repairs and go somewhere else for everything else.
I agree with Andrea Baker about the rental staff particularly Alejandra Marin (short with hazel contacts). Unfortunately, she was nasty and totally unprofessional. Love Nissan but this service was subpar.
I ve had bugs on the front of my car since I bought it. Every time I ve taken it in for the Auto Butler it looks nice when done but the bugs are always still there. I thought they were suppose to get stuff like that off your car. I ve griped about it a few times. I even emailed our salesman about but obviously no one cares.
Come see Alisha at Hq Nissan she has the BEST customer service. She go above and beyond for her customers. My experience was great their staff is wonderful.
