I have not had a good experience with the service ...

I have not had a good experience with the service department here. Everytime that we have taken a vehicle here for a scheduled appointment it is there all day. Please stop scheduling appointments and just say first come first serve. I traded my Nissan in for a Ford because of unreliable services. I know my service experience is better with Ford.

Sales Associate Daryl Byrd got right on the job in trying to locate a vehicle to fit my ranges. My wife wanted a SUV. I wanted anything dependable. We got what she wanted. After looking at several vehicles, Daryl said I got what you want. After wife test drove it, he was right. After negotiation on the price, she drove off in her new vehicle.

I hope I never need to get my car fixed again. I have been without a car for almost a week now and they never gave me a rental car. I had to wait and get some kind of paper work approved to show that I had an extended warranty, and they wouldn't give me a car while waiting for it to go through. Last time I brought in my car to get the gas gauge fixed and I just told them I have a warranty and they said ok and offered me a rental car that time, but I didn't need it cause they fixed it that day. But I work and are a college student so I can't afford to miss work and I had to because I had no way to get there. Its not right to leave someone without a car for almost a week.

Still deciding on which make of car to purchase but HQ Nissan service is friendly and curtious. If you are looking at a Nissan or other model HQ Nissan has a huge selection with many discounts and free oil changes for life at HQ Nissan.

I decided to make the drive from Deatsville AL to purchase a used 2014 Nissan Maxima SV. I found the car via online and had compared it to others with similar features and mileage. This particular one was better priced and with less miles than any within a 100 mile radius. This dealership also gives a lifetime powertrain warranty free of charge on their used vehicles that are not more than 5 years old and I believe with less than 60,000 miles at the time of purchase. Another complimentary service is free paintless dent repair, free roadside rescue, and free key fob replacement for one year.
I arrived to test drive the car and I noticed a slight vibration and a slight roaring noise. I pointed this out and they said their service department was already closed (I knew this because it was 7:30pm) but they'd gladly repair it. I could drive it home because it wasn't impeding on the safety of the car and return when I would like to have it repaired. When I returned to have the repairs performed (rotors turned and tires balanced) I was greeted with friendly service by the service department. I also found it nice that the service department had free snacks and beverages available for their customers. I wish I lived closer to take advantage of the $15.95 oil change they offer to their customers. My experience was nothing but great and I will be returning for my future vehicle purchases.

I have never had a bad experience at Headquarter Nissan of Columbus, Ga.. My sales woman Ms. Bessie is what you can call the founder of true customer service. She will work to accommodate the customer not just to sell a car. She goes above and totally beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your choice. If the car you want is not there, she will find it!!! Mrs. Katie in finance works hard getting your paperwork ready to sign so you can start your adventure in your new car, (she knows her paperwork with her eyes closed.. ol) Thank again for another great experience and another great car!!!!

I brought my new Rogue Sport in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation at this location in Columbus, GA. I was pleasantly impressed from the moment of reception to completion of service. The customer service is to be commended. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing reasonably priced and quick service for their vehicle.

On May 31st 2013......around 3:00 in the afternoon my husband and I were in a very bad mood. We were turned down by other dealers ..either not enough credit or the prices were too high ...but with that ,we already set in our head that we were already going get let down again. Walking into Headquarter Nissan two angels walked up to us and helped us. Told us to give them an hour and we were not going to walk out empty handed. So we waited ....all the while they were very attentive and kept us updated on what was going on. They came out and told us we were good!! My husband and I were speechless.....Dodge Charger 2012...@ a very good price!!!w/low mileage...All I can say is Great Car +Great People - Happy Customers!!

As soon as we walked into Headquarter Nissan we were greeted with a smile and a Hello. The young lady quickly directed us David Walters, who was amazing. We weren't sure what we were going to be able to get into, but he assured us, he was there to serve and help us. Before we knew it he had worked his magic and had my husband in a truck that he really likes. We are so impressed with David and his ability to serve and go the extra mile, that we are considering going back this week to trade in my minivan for something else! I speak for my husband as well, we will tell everyone to go to Headquarter Nissan and ask for David. It really was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Thank you David!

I went in for oil change. In the pass I am showing in computer as Lifetime free oil change... I had to pay this time! Why? I was charged for 2 filters that I did not approve before they were installed!!!! I never spoke with ANYONE when my car was in service bay. I always wait for my car unless I am told it will take a day for repair. Every time I go in for service I get upset !!!! My blood pressure is always up when I leave!!! Nobody seems to know what is going on...to many turn overs I guess.

When I set out to purchase a vehicle I visited many dealerships in the Columbus area. I m new to the area, my husband is military and overseas, and our vehicle just was not cutting it after the long move across the country I just accomplished. The first dealership I walked through treated me like they did not care about my needs, just wanted to make a sale. I set a budget with them when we first shook hands, but they continuously showed me vehicles that were five or more thousand dollars than what my budget had room for. I had no problem walking away from these SALESMEN. When I walked into Headquarters Nissan, the lady who greeted me at the door showed me to David Walters desk. David invested the time to listening to every want I had on a vehicle and told me he would have me in the perfect vehicle that very day. David s determination and persistence with the Headquarters Nissan team, to get me the right deal made me feel like I put my trust in the right person. His prior military experience and real persona convinced me to purchase my first NEW car that was not only affordable but he found a way to include EVERYTHNG. David made buying a car personal and the experience as a whole very relaxed. The salesman was very nice and the sales manager saved me 26k. Their internet prices this time of the year got me into HQ Nissan to buy a Rogue. However, once we sat down to talk about a purchase, we found out the internet price was actually around 1100 under because of some physical vehicle add-ons that weren't originally listed. I realized that this lower price on the website was the only reason I went to HQ Nissan and the sales manager informed me there was no wiggle room on the add-ons and was not going to allow me to give them the internet price of the vehicle plus some of their random fees amounting to 26k, which is great because it saved me a lot of money.
In all fairness, the vehicle was a good price but it wasn't the advertised price because of tint, nitrogen in the tires, and a roof rack. The advertised price was the reason I went in that day.

Came in for auto butler, oil change, tire repair. Left car at 930 and were called by 4 and was told my car is ready! When I got there I asked about the nail in tire and was told air was put in my tire. I said, what about the nail? They then took my car to the back again and said they see the nail and the tire can not be repaired ! They always say that ... because they want u to buy a new tire! I told them they should have caught this when they inspected the tire ... if y all inspected it in the first place! Ask them to repair anyway! It took another 2 hours after I arrive for pick up! Customer service and the service department are horrible!

I needed to be at work at 8 but didn't arrived until 8:45 by you guys transportation shuttle due to being seen late. I was suppose to have and oil change and a recall replaced..THAT DIDN'T HAPPENED! The recall wasn't replace because the tech advised that it wasn't no need too. I am ok with that.. however, I am not ok with no one calling me to let me know this! I had to call around 2:30 pm to get the news that your car is ready but we didn't need to change the recall. 1. Why didn't no one call to let me know that my car was done so I could have someone to bring me to pick it up? I have been a customer with you guys for a long time but I must say that this experience with you was the worst I've had.

During my visit/experience with Nissan Headquarters, I was not only there for six hours waiting, but they rushed my signing of the paperwork and told me it was okay to sign for my daughter, who was the primary signer when she wasn t in the room. Also, the Sales Associate added extra extended warranties to the vehicle without explaining/telling us and we were told we were signing for the GAP coverage. When I called the following day about this extra adding, I was told I thought it would in your best interest and assumed I wanted it. Now I m upside down $3000

Wait time was not too bad considering.
Not sure what has happened in the service area, but in the past it has been a pleasant experience, but this time it was just kind of dead in there.
Also, when the sales team got there, I feel like they are just like a bird of prey hovering over the service customers trying to get them to buy a new car. Kind of a turn off.
Overall, I truly am grateful for the great price on the oil change and being able to accommodate me on short notice.

My salesman Steve Riley, Devon and the finance man were very understanding of my situation and assisted in tailoring to payment and vehicle that I was comfortable with. So long story short I was trying to locate a part on my vehicle and called in to the Nissan headquarters seeking help and was informed by customer service that the employees were to busy to answer my question. After getting off the phone with this rude employee I called a local service station who was very happy to answer my question in three minutes. I was going to schedule a maintenance with Nissan however after my experience today I'll stay with the service station that's not to busy to spend three minutes with a customer.

The sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. I had specific options and "creature features" I wanted specifically, and my sales person, Jamie, was very helpful. Jamie was very helpful and after test driving several cars and different models, he worked with me until I made a final decision. His patience was outstanding and he was very understanding that this was a big decision for me and my family. He did not push us into anything and let us have the time we needed to make a decision after weighing the pros and cons for our family. We decided to go with a Murano and we are very happy with our purchase. Thanks to the sales people there and Jamie for all his help!

Buying a car here was an ok experience, considering how torturous the car buying experience is overall. They will do lifetime oil changes, which is nice. Only downside is that you will more than likely end up spending 2 1/2 to 3 hours waiting since they seem to only have a handful of techs in relation to the Army of helpful reception clerks.
