Reserved room not available at check in... had to wait to switch rooms the next day. Games have stunk for 2 days. One bartender was awesome, polite, friendly, helpful and personable.

Enjoyable trip to AC. Choose Harrah's for my weekend lodgings. Young man named "Hannibal" at check in was very helpful. Courteous with us and very knowledgeable about Atlantic City. Room was gorgeous with a great view of Brigantine and the ocean. Room service operator was courteous and made tasty suggestions. Food was great. Spent a little too much at the tables but all in all a great weekend trip.
Misleading Water Front Room is really a view of Swamp. I was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed. 15 dollar food credit was wasted. Had to go use it before checking out.
Resort was very clean and staff were great, we didn't like the way the pool reservations were being handled, we did not get a chance to go in it. Overall the resort is beautiful and very clean
Room was clean & smells fresh. Good restaurant selections and gambling. Adults pool closes at 6pm, which is absurd. Sun goes down at 9pm but they force ppl out of the pool at 6. No one knew or expected. Even the elderly had to be helped out hastily. Ridiculous, won't stay here again.
This place was really accommodating, clean and drinks were really good. My only down part to this place was the pool. The water smelled really bad and it became itchy afterwards. After the first time getting in the pool we decided to not do so anymore cause the smell of the water stucked to our skin, not gonna lie it was a bit gross. Other than that the hotel was great, service was great and the view was lovely.
Nice and big on the inside, Casino right in the middle of the hotel and plenty of restaurants and stores.
Horrible dirty rooms. Had to switch rooms upon entry. Room was dank and dingy. Had a stale cigarette smoke smell mixed with wet towels. HVAC only worked on high and was loud as Hell. Bathroom was poorly lit. Lock on door was broken!!!! We got a new room, and while it was better than the first, there was dirt on the floor in half the room. At this point we decided to let it go because we didn't want to deal with the hassle anymore. Walk through casino floor with luggage to check in is a major inconvenience and hassle. Feels like they are punishing the guests for using the self parking garage instead of valet service. However, all that said, the customer service we received from several of the employees was EXEMPLARY!!! Everyone we spoke with was incredibly nice and hospitable. When we came down to switch rooms an employee instantly recognized us and asked if there was something wrong. Once we explained the situation, she immediately helped us get the issue resolved. Also, when we first arrived, we asked a security guard where the check in was, and instead of just pointing us in the general direction, she actually walked us to the desk, more great customer service. So the rooms suck, but employees are awesome.
in my opinion it's one of the best casinos in Atlantic city
Great, very comfortable room
Comfy bed and very clean. Renovated. Bathroom and shower also nice !! Friendly staff. Check in was annoying and chaotic. So many people and I had to check in through a kiosk
No one was there to answer my questions. I nearly got lost finding the room. When I tried to call the front desk,, I got a call center in the philipines. I had to speak with three people before i was connected
No maid service. Amenity fee with no amenities at all. The pool is closed mon to wed the days i was there. I get covid but then do not charge me for things I can't use. Fridge was broken the whole time I was there except late evening last night. Free parking for guests which was nice. I got an excellent rate.
All food is expensive. Not a ton to do if you don't like gambling or want to be outdoors. Sort of a cool resort but definitely not my thing
Let's face it, it's kind of of dated. They do change machines but it has an dated feel. Also the parking fees are outrageous especially for valet.
Checked in last night they didn t give us the room we booked. Told us to take a double bed room when we paid for a king size bed room. So then a manager gave us a room in the Marina building which was newly renovated. Since 8 a Clock this morning there has been construction going on the room above us. We called the front desk to inform them and they said they are aware. If they were aware why would they give us this room. It s v day weekend I didn t plan on waking up early. I will never stay here again for sure.
Love this place great restaurants.
The pool is amazing.
Friendly staff
I love the Harrahs. I don't stay anywhere else when I come to Atlantic City. The buffet is the best. The rooms are super clean and nice. Very Friendly staff and I love their pool!
The rooms were scummy scuffed up furniture and a strange smell. Room service don t answer and long lines for food in the restaurants that tasted absolutely awful I left early.
Someone had already been in our room. They left a partial eaten salad a room key and other papers. We were worried that they could gain access to the room. Hotel staff were quick to remove and clean room. Not much open for breakfast. Ac burger food was very good. Hotel staff were are friendly and personable. Overall it was a good stay.
Fantastic casino! Super fun! Nice staff! Lucky lucky lucky!!!
Terrible!!! Spent over $200 to stay. They put me in a room by the elevator. I called to try to get a room change to be told there are no other rooms available. Call the next day because there is no hot water. Supervisor will not comp me for the terrible stay. Total waste of money and time. Do not stay at Harrah s. Pick another hotel
Staff are courteous and very clean everywhere. The pool is unique with its greenery and decoration, looks great. Conference center with restaurants makes it ideal for business conventions. Not crowded like Vegas and gives a relaxed and casual experience. Hotel and Casino need upgrades but rooms are spacious.
Been going to Harrah's for years and absolutely love it. The people are great, the location is perfect (I like being away from the boardwalk). Restaurant choices are awesome and now they've made check-in even easier with kiosks so you don't have to stand on a ridiculous line. Dealers are always usually friendly and helpful. No matter the plans I always stay there.
The self check in/ check out is very fast convenient and user friendly. There are plenty of food options within the resort. Our casino experience was not pleasant for first time visitors it is confusing and the staff is not helpful or knowledgeable. Service for drinks in the casino was slow and they refuse to serve you unless they see money on the machine at the moment the server arrives, shock for us was 20 minute as after we placed the order. The decor in the hotel rooms is outdated.
Loved the express check in. Very convenient! Great room with a water view. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. So we're the slot machines - we left a winner!
Love this place love the view i enjoy this day thank you Harris
I enjoyed my stay here. The reception are was very busy with lots of visitors checking in. I was allowed to bring my dog. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. They have lots of restaurants to choose from. We went to see a concert. Its was held at the Pool. It was fantastic. The bar area was very busy but service was quick. I look forward to my next visit.
Stayed down there from Thursday to Monday. (Today) over all good experience until last night. While on the casino floor I was approached by someone trying to sell me drugs multiple times. After saying no multiple times he was persistent he sat at the blackjack table I was at. When he left I let the pit boss kno of what was going on. However about an hour later when going to my room he was still there saying things to me. I hurried up to my room I was very incomfortabl
The best of the three Caesars Entertainment properties in Atlantic City. Particularly if you get one of the newly renovated towers. Also the only casino i am aware of that is still pet friendly.
Nice room. Had a separate bath tub. Check in was easy. Elevators not too bad, social distancing.
Overall our experience was positive however my husband has brought it to the attention of management and housekeeping there is vomit on the back of our bathroom door three times over three days. We check out tomorrow and it's still there! Today we came back after housekeeping to find a cup of change approx $20 worth missing stolen from our room. Again my husband went downstairs to talk to management. No help!
The hotel is nice . The pool is like no other whomever design or renovated the pool area is a genius. The pool gives you the feel like you are in an exotic island. Thanks to my Union and being a Union rep I paid very little but, I gave 3 stars because their was a sock under the mattress don't know how long it was there.and I can see mold as you enter the shower on the top of the celing frame of the wall. and the tiles need to be cleaned in the shower or re calked. I'm not sure if that is dirt or mold in the cracks. Beautiful hotel. My check in was a disaster but, an hour later it was straight.
They towed my car and took us 2 hours for them to tell us where our car was loxated
Small enough casino floor to not be overwhelmed but spacious enough and much variety. The POOL is the ULTIMATE when it is open!
7 days ago, We do a State DECA Competition and staying with the Hotel of Harrah's Resort for March 2, 3, and 4th. And learn a Supermarket and making with the bagger.
Our 2 night stay was at the Golden Nugget. Recommended Greyhound bus was Harrah's / Resorts. We enjoyed playing the slot machines at the Harrah's. Nice looking hotel. Definitely recommend going to A. C. midweek.
Very disappointed in the Marina Tower. I usually stay in bayview, water or coastal. But they put in here even though I booked coastal. The room was filthy, old and dumpy. Mold growing. Marina tower is ghetto. The slum of Harrahs. I told the front desk supervisor Brittany who was absolutely useless, unhelpful and unsympathetic. Extremely disappointed and I m a platinum member. Corporate will be informed.
I liked the casino here. We booked a 2 queen bed waterfront room for 4 people on a friday night. Rooms were nice and spacious. However, the view from the room wasn't any special. Bath tub and dental kit were not available in the bathroom. Only paper cups were available in the room. Also, there were charges for entering the pool after 11AM which was not informed beforehand.
My brother and I have been loyal customers here for a decade. We came this weekend for my bachelor party, 5 rooms and 1 suite. Check in is at 4pm. The room was not ready until after 6pm. Unfortunately, our dinner reservation was at 6pm so I went to dinner at a nice Italian restaurant in a bathing suit and flip flops. We are going to seriously consider other hotels in AC now.
Great place to stay at, friendly people, shopping is good to plenty of space, and gambling is good if that's your thing.
Paris, very well maintained. Beautiful! The problem was for us in January, was that the restaurants weren't open and along with the hours for the entertainment areas as of the restaurants in the pool not great on ours. But otherwise wonderful Resort!
Stayed there for my 21st birthday. Beautiful pool, amazingly clean casino and rooms. It may have been my first time here but it surely wont be my last
Picked up our winnings from the sports betting. Parked in fire lane with wife in car.because the casino is rediculas in parking fees. I remember when it was a class act in AC casinos. Then ceasars bought them or was it vice versa. Anyway, hard Rock is the place to be now.
Very nice. Has finally replaced a lot of it's slot machines with more up to date ones. Laurel Lounge too small for such a large Casino Hotel.
Comfy room's and got a great deal on ceasers reward's that will have me returning very soon. A great place to get away for the weekend.
I booked during COVID, so I didn't expect everything to be 100%, but I wanted a few days away to relax. My biggest plan was to sit by what I heard was a great pool and chill out. Arrived Sun evening, pool closed Mon to Wed. It was open for 1 hour when I arrived and that was it. Nothing mentioned on the website or anything when booking. Staff was ok, but certainly isn't winning any awards for being friendly. Overall, it was cheap, but not cheap enough considering everything that was missing.
Nice place however there was no microwave in the room....but there was a refrigerator, I guess only for beverages. The bathroom has a shower that gets water all out on the floor. I stayed on the newly renovated side which will need to be done again soon if that problem with the showers is not addressed...
Fantastic Resort to visit, whether for gambling or the night life (The Pool After Dark is a great hit, especially on Saturdays). For professionals organizing or planning on attending an event, the Harrah's Waterfront Conference Center is a fantastic venue. If staying overnight, I highly recommend the Waterfront Tower. Rooms are well maintained and no complaints with room sevice. There are several restaurants and bars to visit, along with a buffet. Definitely worth a visit.
The hotel is nice, but my husband and I were very frustrated, we are military family and we were looking forward to our weekend getaway.
1st, it took 1hour to check in.
Then when we get to our room, is NOT the room I payed for, I payed for a suite and they put us in a regular room.
Called the front desk, and I was told, there wasn t anymore suites available, and as an apology they gave us a $20 voucher, which we use to pay resort fee.
It was a simple thing that really made us decide to not spend time in the hotel, we didn t feel like having anymore surprises , and we went to a closer casino.
So beware, doesn t matter which room you book, they will get you whatever is available at the time.
It was a great stay and would recommend them 2 anyone who ask about them
Took my wife to Gordon Ramsay steak here which opened memorial day 2018 and was totally blown away by everything. The food, the drinks, and the wait staff made everyyhing worth it. Less expensive than we expected which was a nice surprise. The food was amazing and the presentation was beautiful. It was truly an experience to behold and made our anniversary extra special.
Cheap rooms because there s pool access to kids. Also it s a drive from the beach and boardwalk.
Very clean. Social distancing encouraged. Masks required or staff will remind you and even supply one if needed. Only issue we had was the shuttle going to ceasers. 40 minute wait togo and returning from ceasers waited 20 minutes tgen when shuttle gets there aays going on break but another one will be there in 15 minutes. We waited and the rude and ignorant driver after 4 people get on says they are full. We asked how long and she said atleast another 40 minutes. We ended up walking to corner and paying for jitney. We got to drop off at harahs before harrahs shuttle did.
I love the Viking Cooking School and the shopping, even though I'm not a big gambler. Their rooms are also very nice
Customer service could be a little better in my opinion. Asked the housekeeper for another set of towels to replace my used ones (I was doing an exchange for the new ones with the old ones) and it seemed to be a problem. Room and view was ok. Like one reviewer said, the towels were very cheap quality. Cleanliness was not up to a good standard.
Great time. It was a quick check in with the self serve kiosk. We did arrive early and the room was not ready but the wait was not too long. Great pizza (coming from a New Yorker)
I wanted to give a shout out to a blackjack dealer that went well and beyond to make our stay at Harrahs extra nice. Linda (P119979) was so friendly and remembered us "by name" two months later when we returned to Harrahs for a few days. We were there in Feb 2019 and then again last weekend, and to our surprise she remembered not only our names, but where we live.. Super friendly dealers, hotel is nice, rooms are large, food is good.. Everything at Harrah's is always nice.
Worst resort and casino experience ever.
I was arriving late and made numerous phone calls to state my location and verify my room was still available.
I was consistently told yes, my room would be reserved as I continued my 8 hour trip towards the casino.
When I showed up I was told there was no rooms available and mine was given away. After driving 8+ hours I was basically told, sorry about your luck.
The rep at the casino gave me attitude and was not helpful or sympathetic.
Other guests were experiencing the same thing when this happened as well.
I won't play or purchase anything from here after such treatment
I'll never come back here again, regardless of price.
Additionally I'll be avoiding all other properties associated with this business. Goodbye Caesars.
They left me with no place to sleep after a 10+ hour drive after assuring me multiple times I would be taken care of.
This ruined my personal vacation.
Don't let this casino/resort lure you in. It's a dump compared to other properties you can visit elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. The prices are cheap here for a reason.
Great time good clean rooms keeping us safe during covid....love it....
The was an awesome hotel. Pool at dark was great. It also has a bar lounge that you can sit back relax have a drink and enjoy the music. The rooms were clean modern and worth the stay.
I found empty Popeye chicken container and an empty box from Dominos pizza behind the dresser and a half chewed gummies worm the floor behind the curtain. And the shelves in the bathroom was very dusty.
Place is nice inside they have alot of good slot machines
Very nice place dealers are very friendly lots of fun great time very accommodating
This is one of our favorite casinos anywhere. The ability to order drinks directly from the sort machines is amazing. Rooms and amenities are all you need. Not to mention the inside pool that feels like being outside on a summer day, but on the noodles of winter! No reason to leave the resort.
I really and truly enjoy my stay every time I come to the Harrahs in AC. However I feel like the cost to eat at the waterfront buffet is on the expensive end. Breakfast shouldn t be $54 for two and neither should dinner for two cost $74. The vending machines are a rip off. $2.50 for a 6oz bottle of water! Insane!
Tip: Buy everything you need near your home before you even think about purchasing anything at the Harrahs. You ll save more money!
Smokey!!! The food and service was lackluster. Very young crowd. I am in my late 30's and between the smoke in my hair, the unattentive service and the half dressed kids going into the party, I would have preferred to stay in my room and enjoyed my group there for my birthday. The server even ruined my birthday surprise and told me that someone in my party had ordered me a dessert. The ice cream came out half melted. It was THEE worst. Pro tip: parking sucks. Bring a pair of flats to swap into for the walk in, otherwise your feet will be over in heels.
Breakfast buffet was good. Cashier's were SLOW! We arrived at 9am sharp and didn't pay to enter until 915. I was the 6th person in line. I paid extra to have unlimited mimosas and our waiter was so slow coming back to our table that I was only able to drink 2 in the time we were there, and we could never find him. Super annoyed!
The place looked dirty and not to mention customer service is horrible. When you first walk it smelled like urine
The room was dirty. There was no coffeemaker or microwave when we call for housekeeping no one picked up the phone! Terrible!
Here currently on my 18th year wedding anniversary with my wife on 9/1/18. Also here for her birthday on 9/3/18. Had an issue with vallet service at arrival and choose to do the self parking. Vallet told me the tunnel to go from parking to casino was in the 4th floor. No it wasn't. After walking in between all the game room with all my luggage I finally did self check in at a kiosk due to a ridiculous line wait if done at front desk. After going to my room on the 11th floor, my wife and I were devastated to find 1 of the dirtiest showers in our opinion from all our past hotel stays anywhere else. Also after calling the front desk told to walk down to exchange keys for another set of room keys in the same "Bayview Tower" wing. This time on the 17th floor. To continue the 2nd room now had half the bed wrinkled as if someone was on it. The bathroom had a used dirty towel unfolded on bathroom sink and empty/open soap boxes with used soap bars on soap dish. The floor rug was not vacuumed with crumbs on rug and seats. I even forgot to mention the nats or fruit flies in the room. After calling and speaking to 4 different Harrah's Representatives I told them I will not haul my luggage again to get another set of keys to be moved to a 3rd room. I waited till someone was sent upstairs to this room with my 3rd set of room keys. I did have to wait a long time till that person came up to give me the new set of keys. If it wasn't for "Andreas" and atleast understanding our frustration we wouldn't be here. We were accompanied by him to our 3rd room on the 7th floor and although I am not fully satisfied, it is an improvement in comparison to the previous 2 rooms but still some concerns I don't even plan on mentioning to any representative since I should be enjoying my stay. This 3rd room has a missing desk chair, pysically damaged/broken alarm clock. Still has dirty bathroom tile mildew. Stained lamp shade. I did find a tiny insect (roach I believe) in my ice bucket this morning. Just trying to check in the first day cost me 3-4 hours on my time and that was quick check in. It's an obvious low staff in house keeping. I've heard multiple similar room service complaints as myself. I as still here and I would like to say If it wasn't for that 1 employee Andreas I would have just asked to cancel my reservation and gone to Ocean as I originally intended. Just trying to make the best of my anniversary and my wife's birthday. Long, detailed and yet sincere review of my current reservation and still more to come till I check out on 9/3/18 on my wife's birthday. As for today 9/1/18 we will try to enjoy our 18 yr anniversary. Hope the rest of or day is better. Now trying to install wifi that should be free with out reservation but being told it will be $14 daily. This is rediculous. Hope this review helps....
If you have to wear a hat for whatever reason do not go there
What a fun place. Rooms are large and comfortable. Restaurants are top quality. Gelato doesn't measure up to the rest of the place. Checkout by TV was fast and easy. Legends show was outstanding.
Stayed in marina tower. Nice room. Would go back. No issues at all. Nice stay. Wished we would have done better in the casino..
Went to the buffet restaurant for dinner for 5 people. A little pricey but unlimted crab legs and oysters make it worth it. Pasta dishes and noodle dishes made to order. Nice vegetable selections and chicken fingers for kids. Very complete salad bar. Food areas served and kept cleaned nicely all the time. Dessert and ice cream choices are as good as any Atlantic City casino buffet.
Friendly staff, clean room, and The Pool was amazing !
Pool area is beautiful, lots of famous performers come here. $20 cover charge to get in to the pool after dark, but ask the lobby receptionist and they'll give you passes so you can get in for free. The casino is far from the city so if you want to go eat outside the casink or need anything, you have to drive there. Rooms are nice and spacious, with good bay views depending which side you are on
Deluxe room on the waterfront was nice, modern and clean. Nice oversized bathroom with glass door shower.
Casino floor is pretty large. Not a bad place to visit.
Great views from our room. Furniture is a bit old and could use update. With covid unfortunately not much opened. Ridiculous lines for anything. I wish they offered more outside seating to eat food instead of hotel room. Pool only allows certain amt of ppl and was always at full occupancy-which was disappointing. They should do an hour each for ppl. Other than that it was nice to get away for a few days.
Barely any staff receiving guests at check in, as a result lines were excessively long. When we finally arrived at the room, the rooms were not ready. Beds did not have sheets. Ridiculous.
Well we are here for our 15th Anniversary!! And it took us over an hour to get in the room because our cards didn't work after driving 9 1/2 hours. We still had issues with our cards throughout the visit. But we still had a good time. The room was very spacious!! And the staff was amazing!!
Me and my girlfriend had a really good time, the serve was awesome and the food was good , the room was Beautiful
In town for a health industry event. Harrah's is away from the other casino's.
Well maintained, friendly staff. Very comfortable bedding.
The gym was well appointed with everything needed for a workout. The area was a little dark.
Nice place to spend a weekend or stay for the vacation. The pool area is awesome, good selection of restaurants. Nice customer service, possibility to check-in/check-out without waiting in a line. Pet friendly. 4 stars because not all rooms are available if you have a dog - if you have a dog you can not have a room with a view or renovated one
