Every year we go and spend the day at a Cabana at the pool under the dome: its like a taste of summer in February. While checkin was tough this year (its a Casino, so...) we do not hold it against this great place.
Went to the buffet on Christmas night. Food was great. But they were slow to refill the buffet and there were quite often empty spots. It was a busy night so overall very good.
Room was spacious and clean. Our view was nice. Check in was quick and simple. Was initially charged for internet but was taken off our bill at our request. Need more food options though.... Besides AC Burger only the expensive restaurants were open. Very hard to find a quick bite to eat.
Very clean. Nice update since last visited. Staff was great. Enjoyed the Eden Lounge.
Excellent service! Rooms were clean and updated. Dance club was amazing! Breakfast buffet has a very wide selection of different dishes including cooks on standby for special orders.
FUMIGATE PLEASE! Booked a suite, it was expensive for AC. Room could have been cleaner. Hallways smelled. Went to gamble, came back late. ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Couldn't even set down a drink without getting bugs in it. Manager didn't care. I was told me that's what you can expect from Harrah's. I had to stop on the way home to wash all of our clothes. If thay cant fumigate for roaches. What else aren't they doing? Worst stay of all time. Never going back!
Harrahs is it a good hotel nice rooms never had a problem and I stayed there often I was just there on July 26th 27th and 28th and saw a you show Legends in Concert. Posting with artists permission
I m not sure what makes it a four start resort. I found it to be subpar. We stayed in the Waterfront tower. The room looked as though it had not been dusted in awhile. There was hair everywhere. The towels were not clean and the elevator sounded as if it would crash to the bottom floor. Not to mention waiting for the elevator to arrive was just as painful as the noise coming from the elevator.
Actually a really nice family resort. The rooms in Waterfront were nice and beds were so comfortable. My only complaint is the rooms wreaked of smoke. For a non smoker it was horrible. Overall all experience was very good.
I've stayed here a few times. This last time, i was there, the room had a strong cigarette smell(non smoking room). I called the front desk and told them. They switched the room... with no hassle. Bayview tower is a great stay!
Not bad... but just so you know there's no room service... you have to make your own bed... due to covid restrictions...
It was my first time at the Harrah's Resort's and I loved it! We only went for the nightlife there, Saturday night was Party with Paris Hilton and we had a blast! Walking into the casino area looked fun and full of energy. Getting to The Pool After Dark was easy to find thanks to the staff there. Little pricey if you're laying upfront, so they recommend buying tickets prior to getting there ($10 cheaper if bought online). The dance floor is HUGE! The bar was fast with serving our drinks. The drinks were made well and a decent size, not like the little cups you get at another club. The music had so many mixed to it, I loved it.
smelt like cigarettes in a nonsmoking room, our room was not ready by check in time at 4pm and we were waiting there since 10am and they put us in a horrible room which was not at all worth the price, and nothing for children to do there. honestly your best bet is to stay at The Hard Rock Hotel it is way better than this place

Great hotel . Few things they can do to approve in the rooms. We need microwave..for the size of the room the TV could have been bigger.
Understaffed rude staff, had us lined up like cattle to get into a casino with less than poor, poor payouts!?! My non-smoking King bed room, is a double Queen that wreaks of smoke!?! Casino smells like mildew! They should have self serve complimentary beverage machine, not wait forever for the overworked server to bring you a sample size soda!! Never, ever again!! Inconveniently located.

The pool is absolutely fabulous!! It opens at 8am and I was alone until 930am. Ahhhhhhh.
The casino is fine. Needs a video blackjack game, or several of them. Drinks were good, service friendly.
Mccormick and Schmick is fantastic as always. The hotel has a decent breakfast and lunch restaurant too, opposite the pool. I would avoid the pizza place, it was bad.
The Viking store is definitely worth a shopping visit.
My room was basic, showing signs of age, but comfortable and everything worked. The housekeeping staff was first rate, friendly and efficient.

Great service and a wonderful hotel/casino. It's worth upgrading to a better room. We originally got the cheapest room possible and it was in rough shape. They have done alot of upgrades which is nice.
Stayed in the waterfront part of hotel, very disappointed carpets old, room had old furniture, couple old stains on sheets, I requested non smoking room but all I smelled was smoke in the hallway, at checkout I was charged for internet charges which I didn't use when I tried to connect to the internet it didn't work. Lady at checkout wasn't accommodating giving an attitude when we asked about all the unnecessary charges...
There is a fee to self-park as if you didn't spend enough in the casino!
Taj at check-in was quite nice even after JUST dealing with some not so nice folks. I watched her get yelled at, walked away from while still talking to these irate guests and she still kept her cool. KUDOS to her! The bellman service was very quick to arrive with our bags once the room was ready. I took a chance and arrived early and a room was ready less than 5 minutes of me checking in. The Baretender, Harry, who was at the bar across from the adult pool area was very friendly, made great drink recommendations. The Rum Punch was the best drink I had in there. My only downside to this stay was the room wasn't thoroughly cleaned. Trash was visible in the windowsill and floor and the ice machine on my floor didn't work my entire stay (3 days). Was QUITE confused with the after dark "Pool" party dress code. Watched many patrons turned away for having on swim trunks, tank tops, ladies with mesh, sheer, see through cover ups for their bathing suits, slides, sandals, pool attire basically to sum it up. Then the guards checking were up in arms because 1 said something was okay to wear after the other one turned the guests away and sent them off to their rooms or cars to change. There needs to be a CLEARER outline of what is acceptable as attire posted like the security notice. So that while waiting in line you know the deal and not be in line for 20 minutes or longer only to be turned away. I looked for other postings around the entry line area and only saw this which is quite vague when it comes to attire. Seems to me if you have something like this up (see below) for folks to view the acceptable attire piece of it should be as well. Thank goodness I was somewhat chilly and changed out of my swimwear and had on closed toe shoes and a dress or else security would have sent me packing as well. The DJ was good once you were able to get in and hear him. Needless to say, I'm not running to get back to the "Pool" party that doesnt allow you to come in with any type of swimwear on.
Got to see the great tribute band "Desperado" tonight outside at Harrah's. Everything done so well to comply with Covid. Staff was great and very friendly too.

Hotel seems kinda prejudice. Had people come to my room and complain about noise from hours ago when me and my gf were not even in the room. Floor didn t provide ice, after asking for ice several times from a rude hotel clerk I just said forget it. It s in a suburban like area, so I guess they pick who they wanna help or nick pick with, regardless I m coo off this place. Think way too highly of themselves.
After staying at this hotel for a conference this past week I must say that by far this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years and especially in Atlantic City. I stayed for four days and three nights for a convention and the second I walked into the building I had no mobile signal so I was cut off from doing regular business and from calling my family. They're Wi-Fi was horrendous and slower than dial-up if it connected at all. Even in my room there was very slow Wi-Fi and no mobile signal. In addition I took four showers while I was staying there and three of the four were lukewarm to cold and the last one was just warm. I even complained to maintenance a few times and they were never sent up to take a look at it. The buffet was decent but not amazing and not open for breakfast during the week in their prime time of the summer. Having been in many of the other casinos in Atlantic City I find this casino to be very smokey and not appealing to non-smokers. I would have given it a no stars But the rooms were actually nice and the beds comfortable. However next year when I attend the same conference I will be staying at a different Hotel.
I had a great time here from the gambling the food and the environment. I stayed here overnight the room was nice and clean.
It was disappointing celebrating a birthday and the room booked online was not the room we received. It smelled like cigarettes. They sent someone to spray it a little. The furniture was stained and had an odor. The club was nice.
Must go to place for everyone, such a fun and wonderful time from this place!
Harrah's is an inviting hotel with friendly staff. Check-in for the hotel is quick and easy. They offer a range of rooms and you may want to check if you are being placed in a renovated portion of the hotel. Great indoor pool and fitness center. One downside is it sits off the boardwalk without easy pedestrian access but is a quick ride by car or taxi to anywhere you may want to go. The casino offers a range of slots and table games with some good restaurant choices, including the AC Burger Co., a great casual dining option.
Broken lock on door and wall had a hole in it. None of the drains would drain properly and water was constantly backing up. Toilet would only half flush. Very poor maintenance. How can this place be allowed to operate like this?
We stayed there for 2 nights for the first time and it was nice. The room was clean and there was a lot to do in the lobby if you like to gamble. The water in the bathroom was a little alarming. The sink water smelled like sewer water and the bath tub spewed out some black stuff. I think next time we ll try another resort.
Harrah's is a beautiful casino, just need to let kid's in the pool 18 in over.
Great room, friendly staff, variety of food selections, Starbucks inside, and the cigarette smell is not intoxicating like other places I ve stayed at.
I loved the stay but one thing, the fact that the family pool is only opened for summer and the adult pool is opened every day until midnight. They need to fix that, in other words it was very nice!!!

Had to change rooms upon arrival due to the room heavy aroma of cigarettes, and the king bed that I had reserved and prepaid online was switched to 2 queens. This was immediately and easily remedied, service agents were kind and helpful throughout the stay. The new room did not have the affixed sanitized seal in tact, room 744. The coastal view was of the air conditioning units. Room was clean, pillows were way too small, practically 3/4 the size of a standard pillow and were too soft, not good for sleeping at all. There was a small rug stain near first desk, no body wash or shampoo, only 3 bottles of conditioner, 1 hand soap, and 1 body soap bar, which I'm not particularly fond of due to sharing and the bland fragrance. No temperature check upon entry into the hotel like the borgota. Some may prefer this lacking service, however I didn't. Seats were removed in the casino and some machines blocked for social distancing, which was nice. Kiosk check in and check out was also very nice. Room size was actually larger than the standard rooms in the Borgota. Clientele differs to a much younger crowd. The signs for 4ppl in the elevator were not visible near the garage or room elevators, which caused some unnecessary friction amongst guests. The rooms on a Friday were not cheap, nor were they the saturday overpriced amount, it was a clear sign that money doesn't buy class. Several groups of people were talking loudly through the halls between 3-5am, highly inconsiderate, hopefully someone is learning something today, yet this has no baring on my review, many locals flock hanging in the front...AC burger spot was mediocre, read my separate review on that establishment...

I find it completely disgusting that you keep the main pool open all day, yet block 18+ people from going there. We come here to have a vacation and you pull this? The only pool I can go in, as a LEGAL ADULT, closes at 6pm every single day. And the boardwalk is a fifty minute walk! There s nothing in this hotel for anyone even as a legal adult. It s disrespectful, and I hope you know that you have ruined my vacation completely and entirely. A complete and utter waste of over $200 spent on a hotel room. Thanks. I would give less stars if possible. Don t credit yourself for having a pool if you don t allow adults in an adult pool.
They have worked on fixing the casino floor up. It has been quite some time since I have stayed in any of their rooms. The last time I did stay in one of their rooms I was very disappointed. The hallways needed fixing up as well as the rooms. Now they may have made improvements since the last time I stayed there, but I don't know. Staff is friendly and helpful. Need to have some better restaurants to eat in.

Hotel rooms needs upgrading. Beds are worn out sinks in the middle and very uncomfortable, fixtures are stripping ie. lamps, wall paper. Changed rooms, but still not satisfied.
Great stop in Atlantic City..... nice clean rooms, fantastic restaurants including Gordon Ramsay's steakhouse or a nice buffet restaurant.... excellent casino area and layouts, great views...... all around excellent place to spend the night and enjoy yourself!!!

From the moment we entered the resort. Kaos!!! Lines everywhere. Then the elevators malfunctioned. Elevators stopping on every floor. Up and down. Then the pools restrictions to 60 people... we were never able to enter the pool. Or eat indoors. Then watching 3 fights.its was honestly all a mess. The worst time ever...felt like I got ROBBED.
Nice place but clientele varies.. last weekend we saw a big fight requiring multiple security guards and a homeless person refusing to leave a black jack table, also requiring multiple security guards.
The pool parties on Saturdays can be fun if you're into the stuff!
Every room I've been in has been very clean and upscale.
And the mattress in that hotel is like laying on the clouds

Staff are very friendly rooms very clean. Restaurant's drinks don't compare to drinks in the casino. As if the first $5,000 WASN'T ENOUGH HIT ALMOST $500 a short while later on the same machine. Had a happy wife. The the adults pool AWESOME so sexy, the gym not bad at all.
We did a small family trip. I suggested this place based off the photos instead of bally's and everyone hated me for it. They ended up eating their words though because this was 1000x better. They even have a pool party at night which was pretty great.
Harrah's is doing a horrible job with following the CDC guidelines! When you first walk in there is a sign that asks you if you have any symptoms, have traveled to a quarantined state, etc. You just tell the person no and they let you go in. There is no temperature checks, I saw no one wiping anyting down, the hand sanitizing stations are few and far between and those are usually empty. There are very few food options. We ate at one place that had outdoor picnic tables. I asked you how do you sanitize a wooden picnic table??? Do NOT go! Unless you want covid. Appalling!!!

I would give a zero if I could, they checked my husband into a room that had not been cleaned (Disgusting) and then when my husband called reception to get it cleaned or moved to a new room it took forever to contact someone and they all told him they wouldn t help him and he just had to wait for cleaning service to eventually come around (they never did ) they were very rude to him and wouldn t ever email me back so I could talk to a manager.
The casino and hotel were nice. The staff was nice and helpful. My only complaint was the room. The walls were paper thin we stayed in the Coastal tower, which was an upgrade.. we could hear the women next to us talking clear as day. It was like they were in our room.
Harrahs is great for adults but is limited in things for children. I suggest staying a little more kid friendly if your bringing children.
Room smelled of cat urine and room wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Mattress was lumpy. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
It was cozy and pleaceful always loved Harah great to be back also safe but i notice other casinos are a little more servure because they have more of a crowd thats wilder but its the most beautiful atmosphere
I came for the (now cancelled) all you can eat crab leg buffet. Sad it's gone! The casino is ok. I like that you can order the drink from the machine. The slot selection seems better at some of the other places. The payout is also not horrible, as I lasted a few hours without going bankrupt too quickly. But again, the crab buffet being gone, I will probably visit elsewhere unless they send me something super discounted.

Love this place haven't been there in 4 years because my partner cheated on me while we were on vacation down there fast forward forward 4 years later went there with my new guy and had such a fantastic time!

Booked a relaxing trip, pool closed my entire stay. Smell of burnt marijuana everywhere, I mean literally inside, outside, hotel hallways, everywhere. Not one person or means of complaining to anyone. I got a bargain price, but not even worth the discounted price.

Got there at 6 and rooms not ready for anyone! Waited 3 more hrs and they gave us a suite. That was worth it!!!

We went to The Pool and it was really fun. Great vibe but very pricey cover. Worthwhile to check out but keep in mind the cover. It was $30 which was almost a deal breaker for my group bc not everyone was okay with that. Fun place though!

Was ok but the hotel is starting to show its age. Stayed in the waterfront tower on the 41st floor. Lighting in hotel room isn't the best
Had a good stay The view was nice, overlooking the bay from the 21st floor. The amenities for the children was not available, due to construction. There were lots of people gaming.
I work for a Verizon Wireless agent at 1692 Clements Bridge Rd in Deptford NJ. The owner took the staff from here and 2 other stores for our Christmas party. He arranged 2 water front suites and plenty to eat and drink. My family has been going to Harrah's since day one. It will always be our casino of choice. Thanks Cahrlie.

Still one of the best hotels in AC. The pool is awesome and the rates can't be beat... Its always our first choice next to ballys or now flagship suites.
Casino and hotel are clean. Table minimums are high on Friday and Saturday.
First of all when I arrive to make check in was awful. No place to eat well there. The hotel was dirty, the shower wasn t draining properly. The halls stink. I checked out earlier and lost money just not to stay in this hotel.
The hotel is beautiful and knew there is lots to do on the casino floor and there are many restaurants of a beautiful pool as a whole the entire experience is very beautiful and relaxing. The one negative that I would say is that parking is a little bit of a challenge we parked in the garage which is free and which is located right beside the casino however to be able to check into the hotel require quite the long walk I would say about a 5 to 7 minute walk carrying all of our luggage. I think there should be a direct entrance from the parking garage to where you check into the hotel as far as I could tell you either had to walk outside for a great distance or you had to walk through the casino floor with your luggage either way is not a very comfortable experience when you're checking in or checking out
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! We booked a room that apparently was full and no agent had informed us so we went to the wrong room, which had a leaking sprinkler and was not cleaned because their sanitation seal was not on the door. They move us to another room where we had to carry her bags up and down stairs and floors and all over the hotel for two hours just to get another wrong room then they finally tell us they were booked. Absolutely no accommodations and all staff was rude.
Anothervgreat casino.The more youbplayvthe more you earn,get a free buffet and aldo earn money just for playing slots. Ive earned gifts,free parking,free rooms,free buffets and tons of other things.
