Went for an overnight trip with my mom. Our room was big , clean and comfortable. We stayed at the waterfront tower, which was perfect as the pool is right downstairs. Loved the pool. Sunday there was live music which we really enjoyed. There is a shuttle and the jitney outside the hotel which takes you to other casinos by the Boardwalk. We really enjoyed our visit and will surely come back. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Rude smart mouth staff! Moved room due to faulty bed...moved to 2nd room and has no heat. Front desk gave snotty comment ...not apologetic...no hospitality.
Red Door Spa is nice, front desk and the doorman are perfect but if you are trying to get just a couple of drink to enjoy on an evening that is busy your bar tender will shake her head and go to another few unfortunately.
Rooms were nice but needed a real dusting. Shower had some mold. Room doors needed touch up paint and halls had a smell. Dealers and hotel staff were nice. Food was pricey.
This is not a family friendly hotel!! We reserved a non-smoking room and when we arrived they said our room wasn t ready. Then went on to offer us a new room, which we were ok with until we actually went inside. The vents were moldy the room smell like someone just finished smoking a pack of cigarettes in it. We went to the front desk and heard the lady next to us complaining about the same issue. We asked to be moved to a NON-SMOKING room and the best they could do was put an ozone machine which did not help out at all. This is not somewhere you want to be with your kids or if you re not a smoker, the absolute worse.
check in was easy..food was good. Liked the Gym. Layout of Casino was great. In the Tower we stayed in there was no internet reception for the whole 3 Days. Is it that hard to get the internet to work in your Hotel?
The room was clean and the hotel was great! Some neighbor noises/talking kept our friend awake and I wished they gave us more towels but overall it was a good stay.
One of my favorite places to visit while I'm in Atlantic City! There is always something to do here... even if your bored playing the slots! They have countless restaurants to eat at, they have The Pool you can lounge out and swim at, or one of the theme bars to drink at. Harrahs is top of the list for me. Always satisfied when I go there.
It's the best Ceasars Entertainment property in Atlantic City. Lots better than the boardwalk places. Beautiful facility with great places to eat and a awesome indoor pool. Our waterfront tower view was really nice. Casino was fair too.
One of the best casinos Atlantic City has to offer. It is not near Boardwalk, however provides free shuttle services throughout day to Caesar at Boardwalk.(for Caeser reward members only, however you can get a card for free at Member service area).
The hotel rooms are amazing for price. The restaurants(Gordon Ramsey Steak) are top notch and world class. The casino is VERY clean and relatively low smoke as compared to some other casinos.
I stayed in a pet friendly room and let just say, bring a candle or some air freshener. The room smelled like straight pee. Also bring a water and food bowl because none of this was provided even though it was promised. The sheets and couch were stained as well. Really wondering if the room was even cleaned. If your dog has an accident, don't expect the front desk to give you any cleaning supplies.
Just stayed over night. The room price was less than $70, but with fee & taxes came to approximately $110. Room was nice, great bed, shower was good. The pool was nice and enclosed and also had hot tubs, free towels plus a cocktail bar and food. Played a few slots, cocktail service was a little slow.
My hotel room was beautiful and spacious. There were many shopps downstairs which made it convenient, and there were also restaurants. One of a famous chef.
I always enjoy Harrah's but I didn't love the long check in lines at 4p. The lines went pretty fast because of the kiosk machines (which I loved). Also, checking in at 4p is really late in the day. Most of the day is gone. The pool closed at 5p on Sunday and would not open back up until Thursday so that was a bummer (Couldn't get my pool lounging on).
Don t stay at the Marina Towers! Hallway was dirty. I don t think they use a vacuum there. The doors looked like someone tried to break in to them. The walls need updated paint job. Our room, looked seriously run down. The furniture chipped and scratched. We had 3 very flat pillows. I understand these rooms are less expensive than others but this is supposedly a 4 star hotel..I have stayed at less expensive hotels and it has never looked like that. Not coming back. I will spend a few dollars more and go to another hotel.
I recently stayed at Harrahs this past weekend. Upon leaving my boyfriend left his keys. Although this may have been partly on us for leaving, We tried calling not only the front desk, but also security and Lost and found looking for the keys. We tried asking to speak to a manager, which i don t believe we were connected to. We live an hour and a half from the casino itself. They were all switching up their stories. In addition to the keys situation, The hallways were not cleaned all weekend, coffee pots left in hallway and also multiple sandwiches left out there 3 whole days they were not cleaned. Very disappointed in the service provided by everyone, didn t seem very helpful. It being my first trip i will not return back here to Harrahs Casino.
Me and my girlfriend had an horrifying stay at this hotel.
It is a very noisy place so don't expect to sleep before 3 am minimum.
Not to mention the fact that someone broke into our room in the morning and stole $155 in cash from us. The security in the hotel is questionable and we couldn't get a compensation for what happened to us.
I'll update this review if we got an answer from the hotel concerning our case.
1st EDIT: Customer relations called us and wanted to offer us a 200$ gift certificate only usable in Caesar's properties. But she told us at the end it was only 100$ worth as we had to spend 100$. What a joke.
2nd EDIT (April 2019): They never contacted me back. This hotel is a joke.
Wish I could put Zero stars. I would never recommend anyone stay here. I m currently in my room now and the AC barely works and I can literally hear the conversations going on in the room next to me.. clear as day. They talk so much about how this hotel has been newly renovated but the walls are PAPER thin and its so hot in here. I will NEVER stay here again!!!
I always go to harrahs and its always gorugese and beutiful my mom is gold star and know plauntnam i love it over there its beutiful i love it i was just there im coming back to igor i love harrahs its the cleanest hotel i love it
Due to COVID 19 I believe more Security should be enforced about SO MANY PEOPLE ARE WALKING AROUND WITH MASKS AROUND NECK & very little Social Distances. My room is clean & good but on the Casino Floor is extremely congested with no visors separating limited space between slots only on tables. Makes one nervous because of CROWDS. Also checking in in no Social Distances or getting food.
DO NOT STAY HERE! I Stayed at Harrah's in Atlantic City from Aug 23-25 (two days ago) with my girlfriend. I got assigned a room # 938 at Harbor tower, which was the oldest building in Harrah's. As I enter the room, I could smell strong odor (I assume it is probably due to mold in the ventilation system) that causes us headache. I requested to change the room, and they changed the room to #1238 in the same building. I insisted that, if the room numbers are the same (#38) and only the floor is the different, the odor would still remain because the ventilation system is connected. However, the lady said it should not be and just go there. As I went to the new room, I experienced exactly the same problem, odor all over the room. I finally asked different person at the counter and got the second room change. I did not smell the odor anymore, but the room was not completely clean; for example, some hairs on the bathroom floor. Even though we did not like the second room, we decided not to ask anymore, since we were very tired.
This process, till I get the normal, not even clean room, took like 2 hours and we were very tired ever since we arrived in Harrah's to check in. The hotel reservation websites says Harrah's is 4 stars hotel, but I don't think it is even 4 stars. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
One star is too good for this place We booked a room way back in February got there in March they put us on a floor where the pets stay they wouldn't offer us another room and they didnt even check for other accommodations. Their racist...the so called manager named James Brown Room smelled like weed and puppy! Insulted all the way around
Amenities are very nice restaurants are top notch. My room not so nice mildew and water stains in the bathroom. Bedside vanity top broken jagged corner.
First things first... It appears to be a beautiful hotel from the appearance but that s not the case. The room was ok but there was no microwave (the most inconvenient thing ever). I asked ahead of time (when I booked) to have bathrobes in the room which they said would be available upon request, there were no robes, and also the parking is very confusing as far as paying for it so I ended up paying only to find out it was already included in the hotel charges. But the straw that broke the camels back and caused me to put 4hrs early was when the ceiling by the door started leaking. No complaining, just packed our bags and left! NEVER AGAIN
This hotel is really fancy. It's so beautiful and the workers are nice and everything is so clean. The pool was really calm and nice. And I had the best sleep ever in a hotel. But the only thing I did not like was that when I enter my room it smelled like someone was smoking. But either than that it was a really nice vacation.
I'm legit so let down. I mean relationship was already on the rocks. But damn....we pay two weeks in advance and our dream room was given away. All we wanted was a two person bath. Do not waste your military money here. They have absolutely no accountability.
Poor customer service from the manager down to the front desk agents. We stayed for our anniversary weekend and upon checking in, the agent failed to inform us that certain services were no longer. When we brought it to the manager's attention, he delivered on the first day but then next was a fail. We tried to contact him, left messages for him only for him to avoid us completely. Still waiting for him to call back by the way. The room wasn't properly cleaned. I found a makeup bag from a previous guest on the floor behind the chaise. For the money we paid - we should've had better. Such a disappointment.
I LOVE staying there! Although I had a rocky start trying to get my room that I paid for in advance, it's a beautiful, family oriented place! I mean yes, it's AC, but they have a pool for kids with a game room, so it takes your family away from casino life. I'll definitely take my daughter back!!!
This place deserves a 4 star dc it is nice looking it was a pretty clean and fancy but I did not like the fact that it had bed bugs and the casino smelled like weed
Harrahs is a beautiful, clean and fun resort. That being said with COVID restrictions in place I would highly reccomend staying somewhere on the main boardwalk as there is little to do at this resort. Upon entering we were told we could not bring our cooler in. So we walked back to car and left all food and drinks. They are strictly enforcing wearing of masks! Check in was smooth, and our room was gorgeous and clean. First night we went to boardwalk. It was busy and weather was great. The next day, the pool which was set to open at 9am, didn't open until 12pm. We returned at 11am, and after being stood in line for over an hour, were told max capacity (70 people) had been reached and that we should join their virtual waitlist. We did this and received a text at 430pm (pool closes at 5pm) that we will be invited in shortly. Thankfully an uber to boardwalk was $10 and we spent day at the beach. As far as dining goes, I typically LOVE harrahs options but again with COVID restrictions there was little to choose from and prepare to wait HOURS, masked and bored. I would recommend not traveling to AC if you plan on doing anything other than the beach but if you do, I suggest staying near boardwalk as there is absolutely nothing to do at harrahs but wait in long lines...
I would like to first start off by saying Delores the manager is amazing she really welcome me. Next I would like to say the rooms are amazing I so loved the renovated rooms I stayed in the Bayview. I like that they have a shower and a tub also check out time is at 12 p.m. easy check-in & everyone was very nice the restaurants were very good of course I had to go to the pool I just want to thank all the staff members at Harrah's Casino I will be coming back down there for my birthday weekend which is this weekend 6/23 hope to see you guys again
Booked a very expensive room already informing them of my check in time and when I get there early they tell me that I m too late then gave me a very cheap and tacky room. Please make it make sense. It was my birthday at that , never going back there.
Awesome casino. Great service. The indoor pool is so much fun, so relaxing. It is just a great place to visit and relax and disconnect from the outside world.
The stay was nice but the day of departure had roaches that came from the bathroom......stayed in the waterfront outside of that I did enjoy my room which was upgraded upon arrival. Hopefully they get that situation taken care of that's why I gave a 3 star rate!
Because of the situation of covid the room was dusty in corners.i pulled out that beautiful furniture and only to find dust in every corner.i clean the hospitals myself thats how i know the room wasnt properly cleaned and if there was dust who to say the doorknobs were cleaned as well other than that room have a beautiful setup just needs more cleaning im sure people will wait until the room is clean rather than rush the room
I stayed here and repeatedly explained my refrigerator was not working was told I would be given a new one it never came nor did any maintenance my food and drinks remained room temperature my whole stay Furthermore when I first entered the room I had to request towels and cloths because there were none!
Attended a conference there the last few days. Facilities were great. Service was great and polite. Room was super clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar choice we're good and plentiful. I always look forward to visiting each year
We had lots of fun at Harrah's. The casino is very clean and has lots to offer. Our room was not so clean....it defiantly could use some updating. Watch how you pay for meals in the resort. My debit card number was used to buy "an unknown" person $45 worth of food and drinks 3 hours after we checked out and headed back to Northern Pennsylvania. I will only use cash the next time we go.
Always my favorite place to go... customer service is always on point. Any problems always get resolved quickly. Management A+... Waterfront tower is my favorite.
Came here for a short honeymoon. We were placed in a suite room #1267 in the atrium tower. I went down to the burger place to get food for my new husband and when I came back into the room saw a MOUSE in the room. We abruptly grabbed our belongings that were in eyesight and left the room and went to the front desk. We asked for a manager and was given the "lead front desk employee " who did NOT seem surprised and was NOT apologetic AT ALL! She said that they are renovating so they have been finding some "surprises" and the hotel was aware that there were mice in the Atrium tower because they were breaking down the tower next to it.
I advised her we wanted a room far away from where the mice live in the hotel and i was downgraded from a suite to a standard room. When I asked if they could send someone to check the old room to get the items that we forgot because we left so abruptly she said she could NOT send anyone back to the mice infested room but offered me the key so we could go back to the mice infested room ourselves. So we were left with cold food, half our belongings and a smaller room.
And to add insult to injury while we were in our new standard room TWO different people tried to entered the room with a working room key saying that they were told it was their room. (The 1st person was able to fully enter the room while we were NOT dressed)
The level of unprofessionalism was probably the biggest shock. Not one employee acted surprised , concerned, or sympathetic. They all acted like this was a normal occurrence and almost seemed annoyed with me that I upset. BY FAR THIS WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
It was a nice hotel. What did you expect for a Harrah's hotel and casino??? Unfortunately a lot of the main hotel things were closed. Yeah you could order stuff... But, a lot of Jerseys restaurants are outside dining only and it is windy at the beach! Casino was open and ringing like a bell of course. My girlfriend's daughter was there for here 19th birthday and talked her boyfriend into paying a load for the room but had nothing to do there! Lmao! Like I said everything was closed. I stayed at a discount hotel but, we met up a ton. Besides laying on the king bed which was a Sealy or a Simmons I forget exactly but it was one of them. I didn't sleep there... But it was nice. Lots of limos and taxis limo minimum $25. That's basically $6 a head for 4 people going to the boardwalk. I was game! Just you had a 6 to10min ride to the boardwalk. But, it didn't bother me. I was... shall I say,.. having fun and don't remember if it was 6 or 10 mins... But definitely fun!
The good: The public lobby and ground floor areas were welcoming, clean, and modern. The hotel room in Waterfront tower was large. Towels and sheets clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The checkin/checkout kosks worked well and allowed you to skip the long lines at the desk. Mynd Spa was a nice experience and good value. Food at the restaurants was good, and they appeared clean. Though Coastal Craft Restaurant was a little old and worn. The disappointments: The hotel room was gloomy and dark with inadequate lamps. The shower tile grout was stained. The hallway carpet in the hotel was badly stained. There were trash and spills in the elevator from previous night's partying. Not a criticism, but you may find the mattress too soft and squishy if you're accustomed to a medium or firm. Next time, I'd probably look elsewhere in Atlantic City, until Harrah's gets an update.
I absolutely love this hotel and casino. Always clean, the staff is great. The buffet is phenomenal, the best spa in Atlantic city. I've stayed here more than once and will definitely keep.staying here
This is the room they gave me when I checked in the hotel and the front desk answer is u check in late so our staff is not there to clean then I asked how can I stay in a room which is used then they change my room I didn't even get an apology so posting this truth.
My room in the Marina Tower was older. I noticed when I sat on the bed that the room smelled slightly like cigarettes. I called down and they explained that it can come through the ventilation system. They sent an air purifying machine up, though it improved the smell, it didn't fix the issue. I woke up with a headache and stuffy nose from the ventilation and I decided to check out early and find another smaller motel in ocean City. I think they were very nice and tried to help by I don't know that I would stay there again.
This is the only casino that I love, the employees are amazing, the food is awesome, and the guests that stay are beautiful! I will always keep coming back!
I can't account for staying overnight or the hotel rooms or the food, really. However, I had a nice time even though I was just hanging out for an hour, playing blackjack. The way the casino looks is very modern. The dealers seemed friendly and helpful. It appeared to be a really nice place. I definitely would recommend anyone to visit.
A good weekend all in all. We booked Harrah s for my boyfriends 30th birthday and I have to say for my first time in Atlantic City I had a good time. The resort is clean and new, everything is kept neat and smelling clean. Our room was gorgeous and new with a great view. The staff is wonderful and courteous and was able to answer any questions I had about the pool or the events. The only reason I took a star away was the food. We ate at ACBC the waterfront buffet, the sammich joint and Vera Cruz and while they were all good nothing was spectacular. I was really looking forward to Vera Cruz but I was not super impressed. Still I have nothing bad to say about Harrah s or the pool after dark. Great experience and we will be back!
Less than ok! They told my mother they'd gotten her the best view, upon opening the curtains not only is there a concrete tower and wall erasing the sky, a dead bird laying smack down a couple feet from the window! The following day, 2 dead birds! Either an omen or someone being funny lol idk!! The casino wreaks of age and smells like a YMCA locker room! The hallways leading to your room remind me of planet fitness. Service was not friendly, very poor. Don't believe I'll return, thanks but no thanks.
Its was a nice place. Casino was good except the smoking allowed. Not a fan of smoking but dealt with it. Our room on the other hand I requested a non smoking room and the room smelled like cigarettes dealt with it as well.
Decided to have a quick getaway and Harrah's is one of my go to places. Unfortunately it was not totally pleasant the way intended. I was placed in marina tower which I will never stay again. The room temperature controls were not working properly but they service rather timely. It was extremely hot and upon them fixing it felt comfortable but later in the stay it was too cool in the room with emerging winter winds outside. We were unable to change temperature and cold was what caused me to end my restful getaway sooner than planned. I will be mindful in reservation notes to mention that I do not want to ever return to this tower. It was additionally out of date with amenities that I am accustomed to enjoying in other stays from flat pillows and basic bathroom. Not my typical enjoyable stay
We loved everything about it. We went for 2 nights and ended up staying 4. The pool, the parties , the rooms. All amazing. We re planning to stay there again for a weekend away.
It was my first time at Harrah's Hotel in Atlantic City NJ for my birthday week. I stayed July 21 to July 25th, my actual bday is July 24th. I will never again come back. I had a smoking rm in the Waterfront Towers with a view of the roof when i requested a water view. The room was dirty--marijuana residue on floor. I had no cellphone service because of where my room was located. I had to leave room just to make a call or text smh. Never again and thats just the half of it. Ill stay at another hotel for my Birthday next year.
The stay was adequate. Rooms are not cleaned well. When getting out of shower water drips all over the floor. Carpet had stains and iron marks. Air conditioning unit full of dust. Actually the entire room was dusty. The famous pool. Water smelled of to much chlorine to the point is smelled bad. Bar at pool- drinks were not properly made, frozen drink on menu not frozen just crushed ice. I understand getting an underrated drink while gambling, but when paying for it,it should be top notch.
Love playing there. They have a huge variety of table games and slots. However, the rooms need to be updated. Something is always broken. I complained three times about something that needed to be fixed and it was not. The manager did say they would waive the fees.
If there is zero star I would have choose that, the room is dirty. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaning for years with stains, bathroom shower curtains is dirty, the toilet bow is dirty very bad. I called service desk about it. They told me their manager will come and talk to me but never show up.this people dont mean business. They are joke. Am very disappointed and my wife too
