Great, very comfortable room
Comfy bed and very clean. Renovated. Bathroom and shower also nice !! Friendly staff. Check in was annoying and chaotic. So many people and I had to check in through a kiosk
No one was there to answer my questions. I nearly got lost finding the room. When I tried to call the front desk,, I got a call center in the philipines. I had to speak with three people before i was connected
No maid service. Amenity fee with no amenities at all. The pool is closed mon to wed the days i was there. I get covid but then do not charge me for things I can't use. Fridge was broken the whole time I was there except late evening last night. Free parking for guests which was nice. I got an excellent rate.
