DO NOT STAY HERE! I Stayed at Harrah's in Atlantic City from Aug 23-25 (two days ago) with my girlfriend. I got assigned a room # 938 at Harbor tower, which was the oldest building in Harrah's. As I enter the room, I could smell strong odor (I assume it is probably due to mold in the ventilation system) that causes us headache. I requested to change the room, and they changed the room to #1238 in the same building. I insisted that, if the room numbers are the same (#38) and only the floor is the different, the odor would still remain because the ventilation system is connected. However, the lady said it should not be and just go there. As I went to the new room, I experienced exactly the same problem, odor all over the room. I finally asked different person at the counter and got the second room change. I did not smell the odor anymore, but the room was not completely clean; for example, some hairs on the bathroom floor. Even though we did not like the second room, we decided not to ask anymore, since we were very tired.

This process, till I get the normal, not even clean room, took like 2 hours and we were very tired ever since we arrived in Harrah's to check in. The hotel reservation websites says Harrah's is 4 stars hotel, but I don't think it is even 4 stars. Avoid this hotel at any cost.
