Great time, got to use the pool and spa, Good good time

My experience her was awesome, although I went in February it was really nice. Pool after dark is a MUST!!!!

Friendly staff. Great service. Restaurants top notched. Gaming staff has its ups and downs, but so do I. Lol.

I really enjoyed being here for my sister's birthday. The atmosphere, staff, choices of things to do, security, etc was amazing. I will definitely come back for another event or back for a visit in the state. Any issues we had were promptly addressed and solved. Keep up the good work.

Went to the pool after dark and really enjoyed myself with my friends. Security was very friendly and helpful.

Even though it's on the remote area 9f AC it's one of the diverse resorts for food and fun. The pool is always lit .

Wednesday night has pretty good deal with free admission if you RSVP online in advance and $6 miller lites and vodka mixed drinks. Not too jam packed and you can bring your swim wear in with you to change and use the pool!

The customer service and workers are awesome, but the building smells. I didn't notice too many smokers, but the air scrubbers and or the air flow wasn't enough to clean the air. It stuck with you even though you left the building.

Nice Rooms...Spacious Casino...Some Staff Is Great...Some Aren't!

Traveled with friends for thanksgiving. Lots of fun table games. New sports book is underwhelming. Rooms and overall property were kind of gross and dirty. Not a lot of ventilation so lot of smell of smoke. Went to Veracruz and Ramsay Steak... very expensive and not worth it.

The lobby areas are fine. But, the suites and rooms are not well cleaned and neither are the elevators and floors. My bathroom door to the closet actually stuck and I was unable to get out for five minutes. The elevators were disgusting. Half eaten food, sauces and other non mentionable. See photos. I was so disappointing. Cleanliness is part of a good hotel experience. But here.

Needs to be a bit more vacation like and not like I went around the corner

Newly remodeled Coastal Tower has in adequate lighting in the bathroom and the shower leaves the bathroom floor soaking wet. Also no wash cloths in the bathroom.

Absolutely Awful! I was placed in a wing where construction was occurring and called down to the front desk to complain about the issue multiple times. All they said is that they were handling it, but every might the same loud construction started happening. Overall terrible, I received no sleep what so ever.

I celebrated my engagement in May here.
My return visit was just as amazing.

No temp testing to enter and a bunch of people without masks on. Stayed about 5 minutes and left quickly! I came to Atlantic City to play slots not tag with rona!

Harrah's didn't disappoint! Sexy Waterfront Tower room.

Had a great time. It was right before Christmas so the casino was a little dead but the room was great and the view was wonderful. We stayed in the Bayview Tower and we loved it. We'll definitely be back.

Two weeks ago we reserved one king bed non-smoking upgraded room at Bay view tower. After 6 hours of waiting for the room keys we got two queen beds at the same tower but we were very upset and went down to ask for a king bed upgraded room. After 15 minutes talk customer service didn't help, I asked for a manager. Manager was very nice and finally changed our room for a king size bed. Also, because there was no upgraded room we got to one bedroom suite room. Very nice. It has large bathroom and nice king bed. Our weekend end up with happiness and joy.

The rooms we re staying in looks beautiful, but that s the only good thing about this place. The service at Harrah s Resort in AC is terrible! The concierge is not helpful at all! We reserved two rooms and requested that our rooms would be placed beside each other. When approaching our floor we then realized they gave both of our parties the same room number. Once we entered one of our non-smoking rooms we immediately noticed it smelled purely like an ashtray!! It was terrible!! After returning to the concierge to present our two issues, her solution was to provide us with an air purifier. Seriously?! I asked her if she could switch our rooms and her response was We only change the guest rooms under extreme conditions . So the fact that it smelled like someone smoked boxes and boxes of cigarettes in a non-smoking room that my asthmatic sister was going to be staying in was not considered an extreme condition to move her?!?!?! This lady did not care to accommodate us at all!! She didn t even apologize for the inconvenience. Her look and tone showed how much she did not care to work with us. I never seen anything like it. After going back and forth with her for what felt like forever, I finally requested to speak to a manager because I was not getting anywhere with her. She left and we waited for a while and when she came back she finally switched both of our rooms. I couldn t believe it took me having to request to speak to a manager for them to fix THEIR PROBLEM. This place is definitely crossed off my list. Unfortunately it was non-refundable so we have to stay. If it wasn t for that I would of left and made reservations at another hotel immediately. This is the worst time EVER!!! This place doesn t care about their guest!! Don t even bother coming here!!

Trash customer service from the top to the bottom. Gave us a dirty room and instead of apologizing they blamed us for not checking in before 830. The photos show what we walked into. Tell me you wouldn't be angry?

Was assigned a room that had breakfast this sitting outside the room from morning, I had checked in around 630pm. and room smell like weed. Front desk woman Hadyiah is rude . It s been years since I had stay here but it has gotten worse. Dec 18 to Dec 19

WOW'ed at their customer service provided me with an upgraded room due to longer wait time for a room.Casino was fun the staff was more than happy to provide information on the tules of each game. As always with HARRAHS was pleased and would definently recommend. This is the only hotel I've ever come back to in AC.

Wow what a great place. Fun and hard to quit the slots. I won $107.00 right away, did I leave with a $107.00 Nooo! But I had a great time!!

Room was awesome! Let us check in at 1 vs 3 & staff was very nice!! Only weird thing was the bathroom didn't have a fan.. also the pool was super fancy, couldn't just go jump in, it was a process of like boarding a plane... At noon... Just wanted to jump in quick before going to the boardwalk, didn't happen. It was extremely nice but not if u just want to quickly cool off... Its more of a bikini & heels type pool.

There were too many stipulations for people. Everything had to be checked in. No sunglasses, no regular glasses, no towels.... uggghhhhh, too much...

We were very disappointed. You have pay for the safe with a credit card! Does not specify how much you will be charged. We rented a cabana..TV not working. The staff on the other hand are exceptional.

It was a nice room. We decided on a last minute getaway and it was well worth it. Not many good choices as far as restaurants there and food was very pricey. We will definitely go back again.

Poor service .... A very disappointing experience at Harrah's ... You may want to consider another property in Atlantic City.

Arriving on a Sunday, we didn't think we'd experience any issues with checking in. However, at 1 pm we were told that our room wasn't ready. The seemed understandable given the hotel was sold out the night before, except for the fact that all 6 rooms that we had booked we're not available. We even tipped the front desk clerk, but that did nothing. In fact when we came back later and asked for help she didn't even seem to remember us. Not even one of the six rooms was available by 6 when we went to dinner.

We had to pull our bags back from the Bell stand so that some guys could take the medication they needed and we were forced to wear flip flops and bathing suits because we couldn't even change your clothes as none of the rooms were ready. To make matters worse, when we went to get our key later that evening, we had to wait 25 minutes in line just to get the key. Finally, upon being the next in line, another guest cut in front of the line because she had a complaint. The front desk clerk did nothing to encourage her to go back to the line and wait like everyone else had. After the woman's compaint was resolved, we went to go to the front desk clerk who quite loudly stated that she hadn't had her break that she was owed 30 minutes ago and was leaving would be back so we waited some more. On top of all that, the room was not well maintained and was dirty. There was actually mildew on the walls in the bathroom and we had booked a suite!

Oh, and there was a room service tray outside the room for it entire trip!

I lost my D.L. in the casino. Woke up the next morning & realized it. Went to the security desk & they had it. Started playing slots again & a custodial walks up to me and says "did you get your i.d. back" gave that dude $20 !!

Stayed for July 4th weekend and everyone is cramed into one hotel tower so far, and not all elevators in the hotel or parking structure are turned on causing long waits and lines for elevators (3 of 5 on in our area). At AC Burger staff and management rude and confrontational. Waited for a table on the water bay side, then seated next to the building directly between the trash area and a bar service area. (Manager said first come first seated, not our experience)

It's a very beautiful place this is my view from my room located at coastal tower 12 fl.

Bring your own Clorox wipes & disinfectant, the hotel rooms are not clean. Stains all on the linens. Very humid in the hotel room, carpet was wet and disgusting. Don t stay here.

We checked in. Room was tattered. Socks on the floor empty pringles can. Water dripped from the window all night and day. Shower has no pressure electric outlets worn out. Furniture was all scratched up

Amazing view from the waterfront tower. Rain or shine. The indoor pool is lit! The gym has all latest equipments and all in good shape. Casino 24x7! Too good!

My visit to Harrah's was to see a comedy show at the event center. Upon exit the garage elevator into the atrium this casino starts to show its age. There were some section of the carpet that looks like it could be replaced. Once we reached the stairs to the casino floor we were greater with the fun smell of cigarettes and what could only be described as bathroom cleaner. Which if you can imagine isn't a very pleasant smell. The event center was very well kept. Reminded me of my college theater. So I will give it that much. Didn't stay over night so I can not rate the rooms.

Love the hotel! Food is amazing by the pool side. Great customer service

If you're in your early 20s and sowing your wild oats, have the money to do so in order to pay for the highly padded bar bills at The Pool whether after dark or not then this place is for you. Especially, if you don't mind the lack of a lifeguard altogether or any other type of security to stop the legions of illicit activity going on up on the sun deck. Too often this activity spills downstairs to the main pool area - if you aren't watching your drink every second then dump it out unless you like roofies - even if you likely paid over $20 for it.
Aside from The Pool, the restaurants are amazing, reasonably priced & well-staffed. The casino floor is fun, the table game dealers are fun and will even teach you if you have never played that particular game before. I'd give the casino floor and the restaurants a 5/5 and The Pool a 0.

I want to it that the Harrah's hotel was one of the best I recently went back and I experienced the worst time ever ever going to the hair is much less any other hotel. The Room was filthy what wasn't filthy smell like smoke I was so disappointed yes they did try their best to make it right but you can't make right losing a whole day sitting there waiting for someone to come up and look at the mold in the bathroom or for that matter someone to come up and screw the door back on the cabinet, it was really not the best time the stand it at the Harris have gone down so badly that I didn't even recognize the place the playing there is not what it once was I wish that they would go back to the way they were it was a better hotel. Please! I loved the Harrah's

Got a comped room but this time room was filthy. Dust all over. Last time room was much cleaner in july. Casino was okay. Pool was okay but you have to wait in line early.

You can hear everything going on in hotel rooms on either side of yours. We were in the bay view newly renovated tower. One night we could hear someone vomiting next door, next night it was their alarm clock going off for hours, toilet flushing constantly. Secondly, when we checked in we told the girl our name and she didn t say anything, but she picked up the phone and you can hear nothing but her mumbling. She hangs up and tells us our room isn t available, they upgraded us but the room isn t ready yet... but she has no idea when the room will be ready. We wait about an hour, go back up (mind you, waiting in the check in line is AT LEAST 20 min each time) and they tell us the room they upgraded us to wouldn t be available at all that night, so they put us finally in some other room. Lastly, housekeeping hounds you to come in the room. If you forget to put the do not disturb on the door, they come knocking at 9am. And even if you have the sign up, don t walk out of your room because they will ask multiple times if they can come in and clean.

I'm visiting with my family and we went here for the buffet staff is terrific and very friendly server Eddie! She was amazing

BEWARE i went too the buffet and most of the food was either not cooked or over cooked. When brought too the attention of the staff they completely didn't care at all. I used too love coming too this place.

I went to Harrah's back in 2016 for my 21st birthday but this place has changed a lot since then. The customer service was very disrespectful and I got a room not once but twice that was dirty. I finally just packed up my stuff and left. Waste of time and a HUGE disappointment. I'm ashamed of Harrah's.

I stayed in this hotel yesterday in the waterfront tower. I got two rooms with "view" but my second room got the roof as a view and it was in a different floor. My room was not very clean nor the hallway. If you are going to gamble it is a great place and the staff was very nice. We end up staying just one night and they were nice to cancel the second night. We did not stay because pool was closed for the little ones.

They cancelled our room reservation because of our late arrival without informing us about it. Even that we did the online check in and paid deposit for the room which we never received back. Very disappointed

Had a greAt time celebrating my sisters birthday. Lots of new machines plenty of playing tables as well.

This is the worse hotel ever never going back to that hotel I check in at 1 pm and the lady in the front toll me they will let me now as soon is the room ready they never call me and when I went to check at 6 pm what s going on they toll me well check in is from 4 to 8 pm I talk to the manager and he did not wanted to here nothing he just said go talk to the front service and she said well looks like your room is ready now they just don t care about there clients good look to everyone I do not recommend that hotel

The Casino, lobby area and amenities are nice. They have obviously been recently redone. The hotel on the hand is in serious need of an update. In all fairness we booked our room for a steal on Priceline, but the hotel room was so bad we left. The carpet in the room was seriously stained, the bedding was ripped and stained, the tile in the entryway had stains that I m hoping were coffee drops and someone s hair. The bathroom had so much dust on the doors and the badly worn vanity it was visible from the naked eye, the same could be said for the furniture in the room. While this is a nice casino for a restaurant or a coffee stop, I would not recommend staying overnight.

This place is a good time. I would recommend going with friends and just letting loose.

Had a great stay up until we had to leave suddenly in the evening due too a family emergency the last night of my vacation. I spoke to the manager and she did not care at all and was rude. She didn t care that I was in a hurry to leave due to an emergency would not reimburse me for the night I was missing and not staying. Very rude management and I will call corporate

Clean rooms, friendly staff, good room service. I took down a star for the absence of amenities. Before booking the rooms we confirmed about the outdoor pool being operational. But it didnt turn out the way they promised.

Getting 1 star because there is no option for 0. Worst customer service, never have your room ready no matter how early or late you arrive. Never have the requested room.STAY AWAY. Visit Ceasars instead. They go above and beyond *Update- thanks for your response but will not return to this property. (Harrahs AC)

Originally in waterfront building had to move due to leak around window so room smelled damp exhausted from night life in casino no assistance with bags but I must say the resort itself was great especially pool parties

Room was not really clean and each day fresh paper cups were not in room . I had a problem with the price of my room charge 5he pool was not open and I was told it was going to be open.

Harrah's is where it's at! Always a good time and tons of stuff to do! From The Pool after dark to all the restaurants, Harrah's is killer.

Terrible experience. Room was dirty. Hair everywhere, bathroom was not cleaned, pillow cases had dried blood on it. Very disappointed.

Got a great price on a room and the place is gorgeous. Parking is cheap $10 and I got discount of $5. Nice room king size bed $64 a night. Went gambling, shopping and they have a great pool. ACBC (Atlantic City Burger Company) is a must stop. They have one of the best burgers, nachos and disco fries I've ever had and priced perfectly (Joe's great). Almost everything you need is on the resort. Smoking section for gambling and free complimentary drinks while you play. Would recommend for anyone who wants to have fun with a side of winning some cash!

I love it. Nice, clean & big rooms. Beautiful indoor pool but I don't like that u have to make reservations and it takes hours or maybe the next day and there's no reception.

On the plus side, our room was comfortable, especially the mattress & pillows. Negatives: the room was clean overall, but could have been vacumed better, slight odor of smoke in the room. Corners of bathroom need to be cleaned.

Newly renovated Bayview Tower rooms are fantastic! Same comfy beds in room, great pool, lively atmosphere!

Very slippery shower floor in Coastal Tower room. No hand rail or rubber mat provided.I fell and hit the back of my head very hard.These rooms were supposedly recently renovated. The shower floors are unsafe. If Harrah's is planning any future renovation to their rooms they should do a better job with this issue. On the positive side the housekeeping staff did bring me some extra towels that I could put on the floor of the shower so my wife and I wouldn't slip. No rubber mats though. I do do enjoy the Resort very much as it is the only place I stay in Atlantic City. Never had this problem in the Bayview or Waterfront towers. I hope you the Management at Harrah's corrects this important safety issue.

Didn't win a dime. Restaurant had quality food. Was easy to navigate various areas.

Went to online harrahs. Deposited 100 2 minutes later tried to withdraw and they wont give my money back. Had no problem taking my money. Big let down harrahs. I've been great customer at your casinos. I'll never return after this

Waterfront Conference Center offers unlimited possibilities for events. Outside balconies offer additional areas for events. Can also be used as a smoking area. Great nightlife at Pool After Dark. Restaurant choices plentiful. Rooms clean and spacious.

This place is huge. I didn't go there for the casino but on my way in I saw it and it was beautiful. This place is a 1 stop shop. It has Ice cream shops, massage and spa, hair salon, gift shops, restaurants everything. The room I stayed in was absolutely breathtaking. There were two beds, the bathroom was fully stocked and the cleaning lady was prompt the next day. The instructions for things like the internet and all the other info u need comes in the welcome package. The check in line is horrible. But on the bright side you can check out online. Be careful when the check in lady tells you which elevator to take you should listen don't wanna end up a block from your room. Oh and before I forget the sofa had a terrible dent but the room was too beautiful didn't wanna have to move to another room. Dispite that everything else made up for it.

I liked the hotel. Was there for a wrestling tournament, so didn't really get to enjoy the amenities. My husband did win $200 in the casino which paid for the cost of the hotel which was a very reasonable $50 a night, plus fees

I'll start off by saying i been coming to Harrah's exclusively for the past 10 yrs , i love this place and have amazing memories . My last 2 visits the past year the rooms have been extremely dirty i mean like a chair covered in maybe baby powder ? , empty water bottles everywhere, stained nasty couches with food crumbs and i also found leftover Valentine's day stuff in the room . I felt disgusted to say the least, but they did refund some of my money . The cleanliness has definitely went downhill. I still love Harrah's but if you want a clean room you have to stay in a upgraded room ( even tho i found the empty water bottles in a renovated room).

Unsatisfied guests was the theme of my stay. I was complexly blind sided by the lack of care I was presented with while staying at Harrahs. I do not think I will ever stay there again. It was just one problem after another and I was not the only one having the same issues.Manager James Brown Is a bully whom uses his position of power to look down upon guests when having a bad day and to treat us paying customers with so much disrespectful is just unacceptable. Shame on you! I can and will spend my and my company's money else where. Hard rock is newer and from what I hear the better option.

This is a great casino with plenty of slots, tables, and games for people to enjoy. I love that they have multiples of their popular games. It can get pretty loud, though! Parking is a bit complicated, and when I was there one of the elevators for the parking garage was out of service. Table staff are friendly and helpful, club staff are also very friendly but a little rushed.

Great casino, but the security at the club seems to try too hard sometimes and can be very rude. Once you're in though, it's a great time.
